Not the best Panera I've been to. It wasn't busy with In house diners, but they didn't have any spoons. Also didn't have any baguette left for soups. It's a bread place... I was told my only option was apple or chips but I asked to have a piece of other bread. The tables were sort of dirty. And there's no seltzer in the fountain. The people working here are so very nice. The young girl who ran my order to my table complimented me and was so sweet. I try really hard not to be negative and not to slam businesses. #Panera has lost my business. Period. I don't often frequent them but after having some dental work I wanted something soft and easy to eat. When my order was delivered there were missing items. I call the restaurant 4 times and nobody ever answered. When I reached out online to customer care they didn't respond either until I said I would dispute the charge with my bank. Their resolution was to offer me a "reward" that would expire in 60 days. When I said this was not acceptable and I just wanted a refund for the missing items I was told they could help me submit a claim that should get resolution in the next 30 days. REALLY? I used to really rave about Panera in general and it was one of my favorites even when traveling. Through the pandemic, though, they have lost favor with me. Lackluster service, food that looks rushed and sloppy, menu changes (no more Frontega Chicken?), long wait times for food, food that isn't prepared right, etc. Now that I've returned to the office several times per week, I try to patronize the location close by because I "thought" I missed it so much the last two years working from home. I stopped going to the location in Peachtree City due to the severe dysfunctional nature of that place, but it now seems to be the nature of the Metro Atlanta locations in general, with this location being no different. I used to love this restaurant. From personal lunches to catering for my office, it was always such a great place for good food. I ordered the half chicken Caesar salad because every time I get the whole, I can hardly ever finish it. Now for over $9 you get a little lettuce, 2 slices of chicken, a couple of croutons, and don't forget the dressing that they put inside the container so it takes up room so they can make the salad smaller. If this is what inflation has caused restaurants to do, I guess I will be eating all of my meals at home now. I paid to have my food delivered via Uber Eats so I didn't have to leave my home office today, now I have to go out for an actual lunch because I received a side salad that is worth $3-$4 but paid almost 3 times that much for it and it will barely be a couple of bites. So sad what this world has come to but shame on you Panera. I don't mind paying a little more for the portion size you used to serve. Instead you cut the salad way down and keep charging what you were charging all along. So sad. read more

It's been a whole pandemic since I've stepped into Panera Bread and walking in the door Asha saw me and greeted me with such joy and welcome that I was taken aback. She asked if I needed anything and I said its been a minute, so looking over the menu. She said she'd be right back and then a moment later Tati walked up with the same joy and care. I asked for recommendations and was offered more than the usual "meh" response. Instead, Tati shared her favorite 1st,2nd and 3rd options and even suggested customizations if I was interested. I have come to to this location a few times and have never had even a decent experience. The lines are ridiculously long during lunchtime as this location is right next to the Home Depot corporate headquarters. They only have 2 cashiers and do not have any of the self-service kiosks. Also, the food prep seems to take longer as well compared to other locations while seating is hard to find during peak hours. As for my last visit, I actually ordered a chicken Caesar salad but added kale for a small additional charge. When I received my salad, there was only kale and no romaine. After I spoke to an employee about the issue, another employee proceeded to just grab a handful of lettuce and threw it on top. There was no apology or ask to remake the salad despite their "promise" listed on top of all receipts of making orders right. After this last experience, I have officially stopped going to this location. I love some lunchtime Panera but you should stay away from this location. read more

I've come to this location several times and the food is inconsistent. Whether you get a good salad or not really depends one the "staff du jour." My favorite salads are the Asian Chicken Salad, Chicken Berry Salad and the new Thai Chicken Salad. Pastries and bagels are good. Their Pumpkin Muffins and Almond Bear Claws are to die for ! This Panera Bread is located at the corner of Paces Ferry Road and Spring Hill Parkway just off I-285 exit 18 (Paces Ferry Road - Vinings). It's near the USS Home Depot mothership. I believe it's the closest outside restaurant option for corporate Home Depot associates who don't want to dine inside headquarters. I met a friend, an HD employee, for lunch here on a Friday. It was busy with a long line around 12:15pm. This location is in its own standalone building. It's one of the bigger Panera Bread bakery-cafes I've been to. There's plenty of seating consisting primarily of small tables and booths. For a location that sees as much traffic/demand that it does, the business appears to be adequately staffed and clean too. There's free Wi-Fi. I saw several single customers settled in with their laptops and tablets out. Panera sells soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas, breads, pastries, and drinks such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. I tend to think of Panera as more of a breakfast/lunch place, but they're open for dinner as well. They have over a half dozen soups to choose from (the creamy tomato soup is one of their popular ones) and a multitude of sandwiches (~20) including flatbreads and paninis grilled with breads such as French, ciabatta, fococcia, and three cheese. The food is reasonably priced with most items under $10 each. In addition, expect to spend about $3-5 each for most of the beverages including caffeinated products and smoothies. I went with a "You Pick 2" cup of soup and half sandwich special. You can also pick from a half salad or flatbread sandwich. For my two items, I had the New England clam chowder in a bread bowl (regular bowl is also an option) and a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich. The clam chowder hit the spot. The broth was warm and creamy, filled with tasty little morsels of clam along with potato, celery, and onion. If I ever order this again, I'll probably forgo the bread bowl so I can get more soup. The Bacon Turkey Bravo is one of Panera's signature sandwiches and one I've had before at a different location. It's not bad. It contains smoked turkey breast, applewood-smoked bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce on tomato basil bread. The special sauce is mayonnaise-based, very similar to thousand island dressing in taste. Comparatively, it's tangier and has more texture to it. There are finely chopped/minced ingredients in the sauce (perhaps olives?). If you like cookies, their chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are delicious. Despite the somewhat hectic lunchtime rush, we were in and out of the restaurant, for our sit-down lunch, in under an hour. read more

The service has always been friendly and upbeat, always willing to help me decide on what I want to eat. The quality of food is good, as they use fresh ingredients in their sandwiches and their bagels are made fresh daily. Panera is a great place to come for a quick breakfast or lunch. On top of that, they guy preparing food did not wear a hat or hairnet, wi-if was down, they were out of some soups and some breads, and one of their lemonade flavors was out of order. This place also felt very dirty with dirty dishes everywhere, trash on the floor and even a pretty sizable bug crawling around on the ceiling. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The soup was cold, the sandwich was pitiful and gross. There was one tiny piece of bacon, the tomatoes were white and frozen, the turkey was cold and looked liked it was just dethawed, it was completely cold, and the bread was soggy and thin. It was not busy at all so there's no excuse for any of the food to be cold and poorly put together. I will not be returning. Save your money and get a soup and sandwich at a better deli. read more
