Great place for a soup and sandwich lunch. They have a good selection of sandwiches... Several hot Panini sandwiches are appealing to me - they have a chicken with avacado that I like to stick with. Their French Onion soup is good, but their tomato bisque is one of the better soups that I have had. They have some great looking salads that please my wife. Panera Bread on Scenic Hwy in Snellville, Georgia store is not a good store. I ordered a flatbread pizza and received a COLD pizza. The manager Tim was not helpful at all and not pleasant. He doesn't have good customer service care for customers. Even calling back a second time, he wasn't pleasant. The tone in his voice made me feel as if he didn't care about my situation at all. I'm giving two stars, parking was definitely a 5 and my cashier was spot on with assisting with my order; my only complaint was I ordered a fruit cup for my wife and when it was time to pick my order up I was told they didn't have anymore and I could substitute for something else, which was fine. I asked simply for chips or apple chips was and was told, "I can't give you apple chips because they are expensive and they cost us a lot of money." I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The lady who took our order was nice. Even though she was sweet she didn't get how to take our order and took forever. Once we got our food it wasn't even what we ordered. I had things such as avocado or cilantro on my sandwich and no cheese which I actually wanted. We ordered 3 sandwiches and only one came correct. The one that did come correct was not good. We also ordered blueberry muffins and they were not fresh. I will not be going to this location again. Walked in there starving with my three children after a long day I asked for three turkey sandwiches and cookies. When we got our order, the sandwiches barely had any meat on them. My children were starving I am a single mother and I was overwhelmed so I went and told the cashier they directed me to the manager and they didn't want to give me another order they told me to just deal with it. This location has a pattern of running out of staple items mid day but I still like their food so I just hope for the best . But today was by far the worst experience. Went through the drive through and ordered 3 grilled Mac and cheese sandwiches and a kids grilled cheese. Had to wait for about 10 min and I'm mad at myself for not checking the bag because the kids grilled cheese was missing when I got home (they remembered the kids yogurt but not the entree ). But the worst thing was the Mac and cheese sandwiches: they used sourdough bread instead of how it's suppose to come, it had no Parmesan crisps even though I specifically asked if they had them still and was told yes, and each half only had 5 pieces of pasta!! I came here a couple weeks ago on a Sunday after placing a curbside order. When I got there I parked and turned my blinkers on as the instructions said. I saw one person get their order and after that no one brought any orders out for the next 20 minutes. I tried to call inside to see what was happening but no one would pick up the phone. It was crowded inside and I did not want to go in due to COVID protocols. It was busy and Sunday so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Finally around an hour later I went inside and said I had been waiting for an hour for my curbside order. She then proceeds to walk to the shelf and say "I know we're supposed to bring it out but just come pick it up next time."....so why do you have curbside? My sandwich was bad and my mac and cheese was cold but I had already wasted too much time waiting for it. Never coming back especially after the employee told me it was my job to do their job. If youre not doing curbside properly why even have it as an option? Imagine someone who really couldnt go in waited to never get their food. They need to do better. read more

I always say if I had some money I'd invest in stocks for Panera Bread because there's no place but up for them. Everything on their menu feels like they carefully selected the ingredients to be healthy and tasty. My mom and I can't resist going there after a day of shopping at the plaza or for a nice brunch after doing nothing all morning . I love Panera and come here fairly often. I just left urgent care for the worst sore throat and I wanted some Panera mac and cheese and my favorite strawberry banana smoothie. However, when I got there, they told me the strawberry purée wasn't on their shipment they got today and are all out. I was so sad because I wanted one SO bad! But, the ladies working today were so sweet and truly went above and beyond. They could have simply told me they were out and to try something else, but, she made me a custom smoothie! She used the mango base and fresh strawberries and banana! It is SO yummy!!!! I told her she's going to spoil me now and I'll always want that and she said she will make it for me any time. I like to go to Panera. But here are few things... Not sure why they get B grade last several times on Food inspections!! They need to figure it out if they are Bakery or Cafe or both. I love their bread. I think they have best Baguette. But you can't get a fresh when you go after 630pm. Though they close it at 9pm. Coffee is bad. Manager Tim is very good. But employees need serious training. Noticed service get worse when managers are not around. By the way they are not rude. Just need to brush up their service manuals. 3star due to this. read more

If I could give less than a one, I would. This use to be one of the best Panera's in the Gwinnett area. However, it has become one of the worse in recent years. From charging you 75 cent for an Asiago bagel for the spinach avocado sandwich, which I remove the egg white; and every other Panera does not charge for this substitution. I went in yesterday and purchased an oatmeal and asked for granola on the side to add to it, which I ask for at every other Panera without an issues. However, Rosie did not know how to add it, so she asked the manager Shannon to help add the oatmeal, which I told her was never a problem for a little container of granola. When I looked at my receipt, (which I am glad I asked for) she charged me 2.50 for the granola!! Totally crazy and unheard of ....I told Rosie to remove the granola, but she could not do it, Shannon had to come and do it, which took about 15 min for her to finally come over to the register and it took all of 1 min for her to refund my order. However, she did not apologize or offer any support for what we just went through. Totally unprofessional, customer NO service and definitely non management or leadership material. I will never go to this Panera again...I hope this helps someone else. read more

Staff has traditional been enthusiastic and friendly while providing quick service. I was introduced to Panera Bread through some guys that brought some to my job. It was so good, I kept going back for more. So I've passed by this location numerous times and have thought about going in plenty of times. I actually did go in once but didn't see the bagel I was looking for. My friend and I were in the area (he was getting his eyes examined---should have gotten his head examined too..LOL!!) so I decided to get us a little treat down the street. Okay...1st off, I could barely get through the door. The line ended just inside the door when I got there and it eventually extended outside of the establishment. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier was friendly and struck up a conversation about USF (Univ. of South Florida), my alma mater...I was donning one of my beloved sweatshirts. (Hey, is this why the line was so long in the first place? Conversations with all of the customers?...lol) I couldn't remember which bagel I had enjoyed before at work, so I asked to have a closer look, and he obliged without hesitation. I chose two cinnamon crunch bagels (they had the closest resemblance) and got some honey nut spread for them. I was totally expecting to pay about $5, but the total was only a few pennies over $3. As my friend and I sat to eat, envied by everyone in the examination waiting area, we were taken on a brief excursion to heaven by the deliciousness of these bagels and spread. OMG!!! Firstly I am from out of town so I don't know the area, I drove up not only for the Thanksgiving holiday but to see my father who suffered a heart attack that morning. I thought Panera whom I usually love would be a great healthy choice after 8 hours of driving and being in the hospital. Well apparently I was wrong, not only could I not find the place but no one and I mean NO ONE would pick up the phone the multiple times I called so I could get some direction. Other favorites are the chai tea latte hot and iced. So many different soups and sandwiches to try. This is my go to lunch place when I'm Out with friends. The restaurant was virtually empty, very few patrons, and I stood waiting in full view of the entire staff only about 10 feet from where my food sat on the counter. The staff of roughly 10 employees fraternized, joked, engaged in horseplay with one another while occupying themselves with literally no work activities at all. They would glance up at me, roll their eyes, and ignore me some more. All 10 of them. Ate there for lunch today with my sister. I ordered a to go bread bowl and soup for my husband who was off from work and home dealing with house renovations. The soup wasn't filled anywhere near the middle even. I called and spoke to a manager. He was apologetic and very professional. He asked me if I would be near the area. I told him I would not. He said he can deliver food to me and asked me for my address. Not only did they deliver the bowl and soup but they added a cookie and a bag of chips. It took less than hour to arrive.
