Ordered a Soup & Sandwich Combo of broccoli cheddar soup and a tuna sandwich along with a strawberry lemonade. The food was great, the service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Panera's is a tried and true place for a good meal.

clean yall d*** eating utensils before yall give them to people!!!!!!! im so sick and tired of this specific location always giving me dirty a** spoons. if i had a dollar for every time yall gave me a spoon with bread crumbs on it i would have enough money to buy my entire family an entree plus something to drink. get it together!!!!!

September 17, 2021 I only came here out of convenience, since my car is being serviced nextdoor. My previous experiences here have been lackluster and poor service. The door was unlocked, so I would assume they are open for service. I walk inside to see signs that read "kiosk or drive through only." When I ask an employee where the kiosk is, she merely points in the direction--there weren't people at the counter. I go back to the food pick up area to inquire how to order and I'm told drive through or online orders. I am unable to drive through since my car is being serviced. This is a huge inconvenience to Panera customers. As I sit outside typing this review, several other customers are walking up to the door to find the restaurant is closed for dine in service. Do better Panera at Telegraph and 12 Mile Road! It's sad, this used to be a nice location, but it seems to be continuing to spiral downward.

Inside of the burnt Panera Grilled Cheese that the manager told me was acceptable/typical.

Please see the Image of the burnt grilled cheese I received today. I did as instructed and called and spoke with the manager. I was told that I could drive back to get a new sandwich but what I received was accurate because the sandwiches are cooked open face. No apology. I told him I order grilled sandwiches pretty often and that they are not burnt and he did not agree with me but said he would make it for me. He turned down my offer of showing him what the sandwich looked like. I declined to take my time to drive back to basically receive the same thing I received originally. This is unacceptable, and not the Panera style I have grown accustomed to through the years. Their food is expensive but good and I'm willing to pay for it. I'm not accepting the burnt scraps this manager is offering. I want a refund and the manager and staff should be trained.

They do have a dining room, but my order didn't give me an option to mark it "for here," which added to the confusion. Despite the place not being busy, it took about 25 minutes to get my food. When it finally arrived, the grilled cheese was a miss. It was served on a flatbread and came out rock-hard--so tough it was barely edible--like it had been overcooked. The soup did arrive with it, but the overall meal didn't feel worth the wait. Customer service was another weak spot. There wasn't much guidance or engagement, which made the ordering process and the delay more frustrating. I had high hopes for Soup Dive, but this visit was disappointing. If you've got plenty of time for lunch, you might give it a try, but it's not a great option for a quick bite. I'd love to see improvements in the ordering flow, speed, and food quality--there's potential here, but it didn't come through on this visit.

I did appreciate how straightforward and accommodating the staff were about it. They answered my questions without hesitation, which is always helpful when navigating gluten-free dining. This felt like it was right around a pound of meat absolutely massive, it's 7 hours later and I am not even close to hungry. Great value here! Staff is friendly too. There is no reason a sandwich with two slices of bread, some sandwich meat, bottled Russian dressing, and two slices of cheese would cost anywhere over $8... I have been patronizing this restaurant for over 12 years. I have a feeling that they are taking advantage of their long standing position in this community, a loyal customer base, and customers not understanding pricing of beef.. 6 slices of corn beef is about $3, two slices of rye bread is $0.50, two slices of Swiss cheese is $0.20, a spread of Russian dressing is $0.05.... And they will charge you $20 for a sandwich..... this is awful, disloyal, and advantageous. Don't go here, find another place for lunch that respects hard working people trying to get a decent sandwich. Their food is great, but no intelligent person is paying $20 for a sandwich. It's almost laughable if it wasn't so disrespectful.
