Good food.. fresh baked goods. Not a lot of variety when it comes to choices though.

I do love panera but I have to say, this is the worst panera I've ever been to. The food takes longer than any other panera i've been to. The buzzer never went off for my food and they didn't even bother to call my name. My soup had obviously been sitting out and was cold. My bread was as hard as a rock and when I asked for a new piece, they responded "they're all like that." The name is panera bread not panera stale bread. read more

Great food good quality. The service is great as well. The service is fast and the employees are polite the tomato soup is very good. The place is very clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee was horrible. It was burnt this has happened more then once. But they have other really good drinks. read more

First time here ! And I will defiantly be coming back ! had requested alterations in my meal due to my allergies and it was made right ! just as I like ! The girl at the front counter was very nice greeted me right away and made sure I got points on my owners card by asking if I have a rewards card, those rewards add up quick . Juan made my meal he mentioned to me that it said no tomatoes and I confirmed that was correct . He had great customer service skills was professional and with my observations saw he communicated very well with his co workers . They filled my smoothie to the top which was great many Panera's I got to they never fill it to the top , the smoothies are not cheap so I was happy to see it filled all the way to the top ! I love this location there is this cool guy who is always nice too me that works there. Sucks I cannot remember his name. But he's very nice always speaks no matter what time of the day I enter into there. My favorite items are in this order is cinnamon crunch bagel ommggggggg so good! Next would be Mac & Cheese yummy! Lastly would be the Napa chicken if you like a good chicken salad with the works you have found it here. I would say this location could do a little better making sure their vegetables are a lot fresher that's why I gave them four stars read more

This Panera location is a hot mess. Lots of people behind the counter with blank stares on their faces. On a recent trip, we were there just for pastries and drinks. It took forever to order, there was no coffee out (a detail that seemed to have escaped the person at the register) and they got our order wrong. Really? How do you mess up four pastries with the receipt in your hand. A friend who had been there earlier in the day was complaining about her order too. It's a great location, so I hope they get their act together. read more

I cannot believe this place still meets brand standards, it is slow, indifferent and gross. Even the managers barely know (or at least practice) safe food handling. Today i saw a staffer in front of a manage place a cleaning bucket on a food prep counter, wring out some kind of cleaning fluid and wipe down the expresso machine then go right back to food prep without hand washing, oh but it is okay because they use those little paper slips to grab your baked goods right, yuk! So after that, i shuld have left but i was hungy (and in a different line). So after waiting for abiut 10 minutes to order i was rung up. I had to ask for the coffee cup i ordered, she had already forgotted. Then they were out of coffee, unless you like hazenut, no light roast or even dark roast, decaf had timed out. I hate haze nut but amazingly all they had ready to go were haenut and decaf which they would not draw me a cup from but made me wait again until they changed the air pots. Then i went back to the counter for my bagel, not made yet, they forgot to make it. I have never seen a more incompetant work force or leadership crew than exisits here. After waiting again the made my bagel and gave me cream chesse, yes the wrong kind (the replace the one they gave me in their stock after plating it, isnt this a code violation too?). The final delight was when sitting by the fireplace banquette a mouse ran out and around to the other banqutte. The manager said upong being told "oh yeah he lives under there". I have heard how great Panera is so I decided to try it! Hopefully there other locations ate better then this one! Sandwiches have 1 slice of ham a piece of lettuce you could make a salad with and of ton of mayo which is pretty bad when you had asked for mustard!!! Specifically asked for no mayo! Also forgot my fruit cup and pickle! Definitely will not be returning especially because had to wait a half hour for this slop!!! read more

This is strictly a review of their catering services. I ordered Panera catering for the morning of my wedding. I order online and got one of the breakfast packages. The plan was to pick up the food on the way to the bridal salon so everyone could eat breakfast while we got hair and make up done. When I arrived at Panera, they had no record of my order even though my credit card had already been charged. Furthermore, the manager was not apologetic for the situation and did not seem to be concerned about moving quickly even though we informed him we had an appointment to get to. He did pull the order out of a binder so they did have the order and just did not fulfill the order. We had to leave one of our bridesmaids there to wait for the order while the rest of us went to the salon and someone had to go back to pick her up once the order was complete. read more

It pains me to admit when I restaurant chain outdoes the small guys, but Panera is really, truly an excellent place to get a sandwich. The bread is awesome, the ingredients are fresh, and despite the fact that they have locations scattered across the USofA, each one I've been in manages to maintain a small, warm atmosphere. And, I mean, you won't spend more than you would at a Quizzno's or a Subway, yet the food puts those types of places to shame. read more

I was in the area and decided to pick up a salad at one of my favorite fast food restaurants Panera Bread......I think I arrived at the wrong time....there was a crowd, it was extremely loud and smokers hanging in the front creating a smoke haze for customers to walk through in addition to the heat we are already experiencing.......I substituted my roll for a croissant, I received half a croissant-???? I went to pick up a straw for my iced chai tea and realized how messy the condiment section was as well as the dining sections......I won't totally leave Panera, I'll try another location and at another time read more

I've been going here for years and always have a good experience. I recently ordered the Frontega sandwich and half a chicken Caesar. The chicken Caesar was really good, if a little overpriced...but that's what you expect with upscale fast food. The frontega sandwich is a whole different story. The chicken tastes and smells like pork! Apparently that's how all the smoked chicken is, which is absolutely disgusting. I don't eat pork and this almost made me puke everywhere. The person behind the counter offered to make me a new sandwich, but I declined, citing how I made my horrible decision and should live with it. I won't take points because of the awesome customer service and my amazing past experience. read more

Absolutely terrible. I drove out of my way to go here because I had a gift card. I get there and wait to order for about ten minutes. So far so good, to be expected since it is a Friday night. Once placing my order - I wait another ten minutes. I ordered the half sandwich half salad combo. As the person preparing my takeout order seemed to be the manager and I watched him double check the bag... I made the mistake of assuming he included all my items. I get home, again... A bit of a drive, and of course I have half of the sandwich and a piece of bread. No salad at all. Are you kidding me? I guess it's my fault for not checking that the numerous employees working on my order got it right... Even after they double checked the bag. I will not be back and I will tell others to choose a different location or to choose a different restaurant all together. read more

I have come to this Panera every tuesday and thursday around 10am for the past few months and every single time i have come the service has been terrible. You get in line, and they take the person in front of you. you wait and wait thinking they are going to serve you next. They do not greet you, they don't say i will be with you shortly. Then another customer walks in and they wait on them in a different line...... You are thinking, didn't they see me standing here the past 10 minutes, I know they looked at me multiple times and did not say a word to me. You then switch to the other line thinking they will wait on me after this person. Then the same thing happens and you are not acknowledged at all. This time the manager comes out, and you tell them your concerns, the manager sends you to another line that is now almost out the door. I am a very busy mother, I drop my child off at school to come here to do homework for an hour or two while she is there, not to mention I am pregnant. I do not have the time to be waiting and waiting to be acknowledged to get an orange juice and a bagel. I have never been somewhere with worse customer service and zero compassion for human beings. This place is a complete dump. Last time I was here there was a guy working in the back making innappropriate comments to another girl working there, then he walks through the place on his phone saying "hey baby girl...". Everyone here needs education in customer service. The only thing I can say is that the food is good..... other than that, I would give a zero. read more

I love Panera Breads, but the customer service is not good. Last week Ion 9/2/2011, I purchased a large order of bagels, 3 orders of the bakers dozen bagels, a cinnamon roll, 2 chocolate brownies and a baguette. The cashier rushed to get the cinnamon roll and brownies from off of the day old rack where they were storing the day old products instead of the serving me from the freshly baked items in the display. I gave the cashier my Panera membership card and she failed to swipe it in order for me to obtain my rewards points. I made a second order and the cashier failed to swipe my panera card again. I left the store with three large shopping bags in toll and did not realize that my panera card had not been swiped until this past holiday weekend. I went on the website for panera to contact me but no one has so far. I may have to contact the Corporate Headquarter office to get some type of positive response. This same cashier gave me the wrong coffee order about a month ago. I contacted the company about this incident also to no avail. --a Disappointed Customer read more

I went in at 7:30pm and the place was rather busy, and yet they were out of bread. I wish I was kidding. My boyfriend ordered a half sandwich, half soup. He was told that they were out of the bread the sandwich is normally served on so he was given other options. Apparently, the bread my sandwich usually comes on was also unavailable but I was not informed of this. My boyfriend's sandwich was way smaller than normal due to different bread and I essentially got a grilled cheese sandwich on white bread. Something I could have made for myself at home and not paid $10 for. We were called when our order was up, except only my boyfriend's order was ready. I still had to wait for mine. I ended up getting two fontina grilled cheese sandwiches...on white bread. We also did not get our sourdough rolls. I will more than likely not be going to this location again. I mean, seriously, how can you be out of bread?! read more
