Just went here for Christmas dinner and the entire experience was great! We nearly forgot that the Chinese-all-you-can-eat place was not open Christmas day so like the years before, we went to this location for December. Spending a holiday here was pleasant with good food, kind staff, and great service. The food I had included a special which was a stuffed green pepper and had mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts for the sides. Preceding that was a tasty beef orzo soup. My parents enjoyed the food as well. Almost as a tradition we were curious about dessert which we usually end our meal on at this place. When I checked out the spread alone I was in over my head trying to see the almost countless sweet options. But that was when a major person on the staff (possibly the owner) let me know what everything was. I was impressed he knew the vast amount of cakes down to the cupcakes and tarts! My dad and I both selected the German chocolate cake while my mom desired the lemon meringue. All was tasty! Everything, this time I went with 3 family members who had never been and the experience was even better. If you don't want dessert then you better walk out with eyes closed. Decent diner. I've been here before for breakfast but never for dinner until recently. Like most diners , there is a large menu with a ton of options along with a nightly specials menu. There definitely seems to be a lot of repeat customers that are friendly with the hosts and servers. The booths in the front have a acrylic sheet to help separate the booths, which is a great idea but the ones surrounding our booth were loose because every movement caused them to vibrate. A little annoying. The meals we got both came with various choices and we both got a house salad. It was a basic salad with chunks of iceberg lettuce and for me a little messy to eat. I definitely left more than half of my salad uneaten. My other diner got the eggplant Parmesan. He was happy with it but the piece i tried had very soft eggplant inside which is not my favorite way to eat Parm. I got the pastichio special and it was really good. Very filling. My dinner came with dessert but I skipped it as I was full. They do accept credit cards to pay but they stress to leave tips in cash, although I think you can put it on card if you need to. read more

I'm my opinion using canned mushrooms take away from the quality of the freshness of a great salad. This short cut is a deal breaker for me when it comes to ordering their spinach salad. I was able to taste my husband's shrimp scampi entree. It was a little bland but shrimp were a good size and tasty. We have been frequenting that place for years, always ordering the same thing. However, on the night we visited, the owner seemed to have decided to be rude. The waiter got our order wrong and tried to correct it by bringing what we originally asked for. Unfortunately, our chicken breast was cold, so I requested it to be warmed up. When it was returned, it was burnt. To make matters worse, the waiter charged us for the wrong item and not what we actually ordered. When we tried to discuss this with the manager to fix the bill, he became irritated. Despite my fiancé paying the bill, the owner continued arguing with him over the waiter's mistake. I have been going to this place for several years, sometimes two or three times a week. On yesterday, I had a problem with the pork chops. It was quite obvious that my chop had been cut off, and not given the entire thing. I even showed them the difference as far as it missing the bone that the other one had. Long story short, the owner got in my face and told me that I always have a problem with the food, and if I don't like the food I should not come. He even named a few times that I did bring to their attention that I had a problem, which was very lately. I said oh apparently you do not appreciate my business. I could go on, and on, but I left by saying, I will not be returning to this place! I couldn't get over the fact that he's going to tell me each time I sent something back and what it was.
