It was quite busy @ this Panera. Person who prepped my food was rude & seemed annoyed. I ordered pick 2 broccoli cheddar soup & a salad. My cousin ordered the same. The serving sizes for both was very small. I was still hungry & I get full quick. It was a chill vibe. I liked the music playing on the speakers.

Found a bug in my salad. I'm 38 weeks pregnant. Unacceptable.

Panera Bread ran out of bread, and gave us a turkey sandwich without turkey. Crap service.

Two-fer menu is very good. Coffee is remarkable - between diner-style and Starbucks/NESPRESSO. Each day's highlights is worth trying.

The main benefit of that being I didn't have to decide what I was having for lunch. This was the choice. I like mediterranean because it tends to be slightly healthier than some other options. This place is right up my alley because of the vegetarian leaning options on the menu, which is another benefit of this particular cuisine. Having said that, there were quite a few choices for me. They have bowls, salads, soup, sandwiches, platters, I mean, it's endless. I was planning on taco bell for dinner so had to compensate somewhat with lunch and decided to build a salad. I did greens, their mix of rice and lentils, cauliflower, cabbage, pickles, hummus, hot sauce. I am not a big fan of spring mix and I wonder if maybe something hot caused the greens to wilt but they were way too wilty for me. That was not particularly appetizing but everything else was really tasty. The hummus, especially, holy shit. I could eat that with a spoon. Two of my colleagues got the jersualem falafel sandwich and raved about it. I tried some of their fries and that seasoning is a game changer. I also got the garlic dip (to eat at home, later, don't worry). I couldn't tell you what that substance is and idk if I even want to know but it is whipped lusciousness. I am also genuinely curious to know how much garlic they put in there because it literally BURNS. No concern for vampires for quite a while. Very tasty, would definitely order again.

From the previous reviews, we had anticipated a lively crowd of work-at-home techies taking a long lunch... but when we arrive, the place was empty. Obviously the service was good and the lady answered my vegan wife's many queries. She knows her dishes. Lunchtime prices were reasonable but when we surveyed the dinner menu, we lost our appetite: entrées as high as $40* The food was great! Fresh falafel and pita. Great Baba, hummus and red pepper dip. None too spicy. However... The ambience was not enhanced by the cheesy Pandora channel, with ads, playing on the audio while a travelogue from the Middle East blared on the big screen TV. Remember this place is not a bar. And who is Vera? What's their positioning? Their one-word description as "Mediterranean" is a bit vague. Wish this place well, but the lack of signage, marketing and being on a very competitive street of good restaurants, I hope they make it. We will go back... despite the pricey parking

TLDR: Great vibes. Prices of a fancy restaurant for subpar diner food spruced up by cloth napkins…read moreand a parsley garnish. The ambience and vibe of the restaurant is upscale and located in a frequented busy area. The wait staff are dressed formally and seems like management runs a tight ship for hospitality. We swung by to check it out a few months ago and I'm still bothered by the disappointment so here I am. I ordered the Lamb Shank $39.00 and my friend ordered the New York Steak Aux Poivres $36.00. We also ordered two cocktails. The cocktails were plain - I ordered some sort of pomegranate and liquor mixer and it tasted sour and bitter. There was a notable lack of craftsmanship and sophistication to it. And for the price of $18.00 it was incredibly underwhelming. The other cocktail was no better - sour, bitter, and a hint of peach juice. The Lamb was cooked nicely, but was very bland, it also came with cous cous, and that was even more bland. I couldn't finish my dish, and had to get pizza afterwards because of how disappointing it was. My friends dish was better, but he likened it to something you could get at a mom and pop diner for a fraction of the price. I didn't want to complain or send it back especially because the waitstaff are just really doing their best. So we paid, tipped, thanked them, left, and will not be returning. I hate to be a complete snob - but if a restaurant is going to put in this much effort to aura farm a certain aesthetic, the food should at least compare. It's like they want the concept, but missed the mark by a huge landslide. Each time I go by it's empty. If you're the owner and reading this - don't waste lamb; please season it better. Comment below to let me know when you have done so, and I will try it again. If the seasoning is better I was recant my review. Thank you.

My order was ready quickly, and everything tasted fresh and clean, which I appreciated. The ingredients tasted like quality produce, and it felt like a healthier lunch option. That said, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The chicken looked much crispier in the menu photo than what I received, and it was a little bland, even after adding sriracha. The cowboy caviar was good but lacked the kick I was expecting, especially since I thought it would have more jalapeño flavor. The broccoli was also softer than I prefer..I rather have it a bit crunchy instead of soft and mushy. The chicken portion was on the smaller side for me, and I was still hungry after finishing my bowl. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for a quick, fresh, healthier meal. While this bowl wasn't my favorite, I'd be open to trying something different on a future visit.

Loved the menu and healthy choices. The ordering was easy but the staff wasn't exactly helpful. The restaurant didn't feel clean but the bathrooms were disgusting. And to top it off, no soap in the bathroom. Food was good and wonderful alternative to the usual, but if you're looking for clean don't come here.
