The rice had a very faint coconut aroma that enhanced the chicken's flavor. No sauce came with it, but it could have used something. The steamed chicken dumplings were a freebie and were flavorful and tender, loaded with plenty of ground chicken. They could have used some herbs or scallion or something as they were a little one-note, but they were definitely hearty. The pork buns were the best of all. They were bursting with flavor, spicy, sweet, tangy, savory, and satisfying. The buns were pillowy-soft and calmed the heat of the pork. They are a MUST!
