This Panera location always seems busy and a bit out of order. The dining area tables are wobbly and are typically occupied by teens and tutors. The staff seems to get along well as they have personal conversations and giggles as they work to fulfill the orders. Glad to see them smiling rather than drudge through their day. This location could earn more stars if they repaired things and swept up a bit more often. The location has a steady flow of customers which might account for the messy floors and tables. The food is consistently good and fairly priced.

AWFUL FOOD and service.I placed a mobile order for this location I showed up a little early so I could ask if I could replace my sons yogurt with a baguette piece I waited for a second the lady brought out my food and when I told her what I wanted she said okay just go ask over there which was where they were serving out their food. I walked over to ask the gentleman for the baguette he looked at me befuddled I told him that again that the lady up front told me to get the bread from here he goes oh no it's a dollar now.... I'm explained AGAIN the situation that it's for my sons meal I talked to the lady he goes I know but it's a dollar for bread now....I gave up and sat down with our food. The flat bread I order was a rubbery dry piece of cardboard with toppings on it, the chicken was fatty and whoever cut it didn't do a very good job. I ended up throwing it out after trying to make do but it was so upsetting, the salad was fine but the egg had such a funky smell I gave up on that too. my sons kids meal was fine the only thing we actually enjoyed was the cinnamon roll but the visit overall was disappointing

I came to this Panera bread few times. It's in the corner, you have to park a bit far and walk. But staff are nice and food is great. I had multiple visit with different food and all were great. Highly recommend and will return soon!

Panera is my first option for lunch. Everything is freshly made. I love their paninis & soups. They have a very good check in system where in you enter inside & on computer you enter your name. Then server will call you at the counter. You place your order & you will be given a token. When that token blinks it means your order is ready. You can collect your order at the counter. Food came out good. My panini was great. Freshly made with fresh ingredients. And the tomato basil soup was very flavorful. For water or soda they have a machine you can go take it yourselves. They have lot of dessert options as you can see in the picture. I didn't try any of that but I have heard good things about their croissants. Will try next time. Restrooms are clean. Service was great. Food was good. They have lot of food options apart from paninis! Ambience was peaceful.

Today was 5 star day. I got the Strawberry Poppy seed chicken salad and it was delicious and looked so yummy. I also appreciate the rapid pick up.

Mediterranean chicken salad and broccoli cheddar soup. Hard to believe this is Panera.

What happened to Panera? They have upped their game. What a noticeable improvement to their menu, ingredients, customer service, and dining areas. No more preservatives and an improved, healthier menu can be found at Panera. My favorite is the Mediterranean chicken salad with kale and sun-dried tomatoes. It's full of tasty and fresh ingredients with a light dressing. Their broccoli cheddar soup is another favorite of mine. Not so healthy but the macaroni and cheese is worth indulging in with those soft shells in a bath of creamy white cheese. Kids meals come with apple, yogurt or chips. Avoid the grilled cheese. It's spongy and weird. Staff come along constantly cleaning the dining room and if you visit often enough, they will begin to greet you by name as you enter. Nice job, Panera.

Bread that was so narrow that it didn't hold my sandwich filling. Common sense clearly failed here.

Maddy gave the worst service ever. Her eye roll at customer for want to change his order was very unwelcome and rude.

To be honest, the idea of a basic rice bowl didn't seem too exciting, but I knew would be a healthy option. Then I sat down and dove in to find that this isn't your average bowl. Everything was so flavorful! I had the charred chicken thighs and they were so tender and juicy. For sides I ordered the cucumber ranch salad and broccoli with lemon and garlic. I would absolutely order both of them again. The whole thing was served over a bed of brown rice and came with a side of spicy aioli. I see now that they have a handful of locations around Florida and one in Charlotte, NC. Since they skipped over SC, here is my official plea to put a Naked Farmer in Charleston... specifically in my neighborhood please!

Everyone agreed Sweetgreen was a great option. Our group wanted to dine outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather so we placed an order online for pick-up. Online ordering was pretty easy. However, after placing the order, I realized I accidentally ordered two of the same bowls, so my husband and I walked over to Sweetgreen to try and correct the order before they could complete it. The staff was really nice and was able to remove the extra bowl and refund us. It also didn't take them long to fulfill all six of our bowls. We each ordered a different bowl. I opted for the Shroomami which has roasted tofu, warm portobello mix, cucumbers, basil, shredded cabbage, roasted almonds, wild rice, shredded kale, and miso sesame ginger dressing. It was phenomenal! I love salads with lots of flavor (duh) and textures and Shroomami was definitely it! It was quite filling, too. My family couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! Can't wait for Sweetgreen to open a location in Phoenix. Hope they open one in the East Valley!

After finally trying it, I honestly do not understand the hype. I was born and raised in New York for over 40 years and have eaten pizza all over the state. This is nowhere close to New York style pizza. I have never tasted or even seen a pizza like this from NY. The closest comparison I can make is a random pizza spot I tried once in Washington DC. The crust is massive, and if you look at my pizza or almost any photo posted here, you will notice the same thing. The bottom was not charred enough to give it any real crisp, and the dough itself was very dry with a strange baked texture that did not resemble traditional pizza dough at all. There is also a heavy amount of cheese, which overpowers everything else. The sauce was decent at first and they are generous with it, but I kept getting hints of olive flavor. Unfortunately, I hate olives, and I do not understand why olive flavor would be in the sauce unless olives were requested as a topping. As for the atmosphere, the place was extremely busy due to the surrounding nightlife scene. It was very loud inside, making it hard to have a conversation, and the constant crowd added to the chaos. Parking was also difficult and required some patience just to find a spot nearby. Overall, the pizza is decent, but it is nowhere near New York pizza and certainly not deserving of its top rated reputation. In my opinion, this place is good, but its not great. Heavily overhyped and overrated by people who may not know what real NY pizza tastes like.
