Proof we bought food so it's not her saying we didn't do anything
    Sarai M.

Who ever this is at front desk super rude! We came in 2 adult with 2 small children. My husband went to sit down so I can wait for the iPad to be open up and place an order. First thing she yells no public bathroom. You can't just sit here doing nothing! excuse me. I have kids we are ordering food. None of the iPad are available because people are infront of us. She I tell her I'm waiting for an iPad she yells again crap saying I'm just telling you ! I love SoFresh but the one in Brooksville because they are always friendly and always wanting to help. This one in downtown Tampa you made my experience super disappointing that if it wasn't my kids wanted to eat here I would have found something else quickly. When hiring should make sure to tell your employees to relax with the anger attacking attitude.

Work has brought me to Tampa for a few days, and since I flew in a little early, I was able to grab some lunch before the week's events rolled out! SoFresh is like any downtown "healthy" food cafe. Meant for the locals and downtown corporate crowd I'm assuming. They have a standard selection of salads, sandwiches/wraps, bowls, smoothies, and desserts (pre-packaged cookies and brownies). It's nice that everything starts off vegan or vegetarian, and as you add proteins and toppings, you can make it as non-veg as you want, LOL! It is very inclusive! My only gripe was the wait time. I personally don't think a salad should take 15 minutes to make, especially since they weren't particularly busy around 2pm, but at least it was a packed bowl. I thought I was able to sub out the balsamic for BBQ, but they gave me both anyway. The chocolate chip cookie that I added onto the order was a pre-packaged chocolate chip cookie. It wasn't anything special, but my sweet tooth was appeased after hitting my "health" quota with the salad.

Wrap came with 2 out of 7 ingredients.

This place makes good food, the problem is that they don't make your order, they just make whatever they want. I have ordered here 5 times and I have ordered the same wrap every time. Except, I have never received the same thing. Things are always missing, added, or randomly on the side. I've never really complained or asked for a replacement because it's frustrating but not really the end of the world. However, on this most recent occasion, of the 7 things I put on my wrap, I received 2, chicken and lettuce. No corn, carrots, rice, onion, or avocado. This time I called because it's happened time and time again. When I called, I nicely explained the issue and then they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again. Will avoid this place going forward due to incredibly poor customer service and no regard for what's in a persons order.

Great food and HORRIBLE customer service from counter employee every time. Counter employee was seen eating and playing with her phone while in clock.

Have only tried their juices and it was delicious every time we ordered. The service is 5/5. the lovely lady who works there customized my order every time. The menu has lots of options for all dietary preferences. I love their full size tablets that you can use to place your own order, super convenient and very easy to use. The place was clean. Lots of space to sit inside as well as outside.

No wait, cordial, and fast. The employee offered me a water without asking. My kind of place. I ordered the Cali Bowl with Chicken Breast... super clean and good post workout meal!

Always a great experience here. Clean and service with a smile. I stop in every time I'm in Tampa's Arts District.

I just want to say sorry for ever going to another location because this place is the BEST. I tried a new sofresh and they were not good at all. The veggies weren't sautéed right, little to no seasonings, just plain out horrible. This location let me down before with the portion size, but this today they made it up!! The customer service is always amazing and the location is clean! I order from here every time I'm on this side of town!! Whoever is back there cooking this stuff needs a raise and some recognition!!! You made my day after ordering today! Thank you!!

I love coming to so fresh for a quick bite that's healthy and fresh but still full of flavor. They are always timely, and so kind whether it be for a order in or takeout. The environment is always a first choice for us when it comes to work lunches or treating a new employee. It's a nice, calm place to get together for a quick lunch, or to have a working lunch. My favorite is the Cali bowl, and the Mediterranean salad always with their beet juice

Rise & Shine (delicious & healthy!)
    Rachel L.

I stopped by here after the free evening yoga class for a healthy dinner. It was walking distance and the perfect place to eat out and still feel great. I ordered the Rise & Shine. It was a nice, fresh salad that didn't bore me. I especially liked the quinoa, sweet potatos, and bacon along with a side of mashed avocado. For protein, the bowl comes with 2 poached eggs. I added chicken for $2 and they seasoned it well and it came out tender. My friend got plantains from across the street at the Jamaican restaurant and I added some to the salad to give it a nice natural sweetness. I like the concept of quick and fresh healthy meals here. However, the downside is the cost.

What the comfort bowl looked like after I ate the 3 chunks of beef and the 2 pc of broccoli
    Stacy A.

I was really looking forward to my comfort bowl, but I was disappointed. The rice had an off flavor (like cooking oil which had gone bad) and since rice is 80% of the dish (they don't look at all like the photo, mine had 2 pc of broccoli, about 3 teaspoons of tiny diced sweet potato, 3 giant chunks of steak--which were delicious--all on a thick blended bed of rice, quinoa and what I assume is cauliflower although it was so tiny it was hard to tell). So I basically paid $25 for 3 chunks of beef and 2 pc of broccoli, as the rest was inedible. I think the green sauce is either pesto or chimichurri , can't tell because it just tasted like oil with no flavor. I'm debating going back and trying another bowl on a different day, to see if it has better flavor.

    Dee R.

This is great little spot downtown to have lunch. It's pretty busy and there was a line to order. The concept is about creating your own combination by picking your toppings on sandwiches or freshly made salads. I have to say their Chicken is advertised as natural non Gmo and it is great. I had the Meddirainean Salad that comes with a small chickpea mixture on the side. The greens were fresh and the dressing was flavorful, not oily. The service us quick and there are plenty of places to sit. Give it a try.

    David S.

Better than I expected and service was great that had no problem with me changing the ingredients, the the lady was a bit worried about my combinations (I did accept her stated concern in one ingredient). But whatever you see in the pic was actually very very good.

Not only the drinks are phenomenal, but the food is absolutely amazing. The hubs really likes the brussels sprouts here. I think they are too wet. I wouldn't order them myself. I normally like them crispy on the outside and moist in the middle and not wet. It was a weird sauce almost like Cajun, which is unusual for brussels sprouts. I still think Yeoman's has the best Brussels sprouts in the area. The onion rings here are the absolute best. The breading is flat and smooth, and the onions are thick. Places that make the crispy bumpy batter usually scratch my throat being so crispy however, the onion rings here are flat and smooth, and that doesn't happen. I like to order it with a side of beer cheese dipping sauce; it is absolutely incredible. I definitely recommend ordering a side of beer cheese dipping sauce. The drinks here are so strong. There are a few parking garages, but even those are a pain because people park like idiots. The parking situation isn't On Swann's fault, but it's an annoying factor. We had reservations well in advance, so we didn't have to worry about a wait. It was reasonably busy for a Saturday at brunch time. The decor and overall ambiance was classy but comfortable, which is great imo. Our server was nice and checked on us a good amount of times. The wait time between ordering our food and it coming to the table felt a bit lengthier than I would typically expect, but the food was delicious so it's hard to even complain about that. I got the short rib hash and a croissant and both items were wonderful. The croissant was flaky and buttery, it comes with a honey dip and butter on the side, would def get again. The short rib hash was also a menu item I would order again - the eggs were cooked perfectly, and I'd say I'm a little picky with how runny my eggs are. These were runny, but not TOO runny. The potatoes had a nice crisp to the outside but nice and soft on the inside, the short rib was so tender, so juicy, it was just a very well rounded, great tasting hash. This was my first time visiting On Swann for brunch, I'll be back for sure, but maybe on a weekday instead of the weekend since it seems to get pretty crowded in the Hyde Park Village area!

The appetizers were all packing big flavors and often a unique twist. The Korean crab shrimp scallion pancake was light an airy. I didn't notice a ton of seafood flavor, but it was fun to share. We were well taken care of but they seemed to be spread thin because getting refills and getting our check took a bit longer than expected. One is issue was that the menu was very different from what was online via Google. I should have gone to their website I guess, but several items were not available and the filet I was so excited for had a very different set of items. No Brie au gratin potatoes or braised rainbow chard, citrus gremolata and a fig chutney. Now, let me say that my filet was delicious. I loved the sauce and the asparagus was good but for me, the potatoes were super underwhelming. A nice sauce or something would have made them better. They just tasted bland, were really dry and lacked any flavor. My wife expected the lamb or pork chops, they were both not on the menu. She got fish and chips which she really enjoyed, so it was a win. The Asian wings were our appetizer and were delightful too. Now the only real negative for us was the noise. We got there at 5:30 and it was fine. But as more people came in, the sound bounced around so bad that it became almost unbearable for me. I wanted to go so bad because people laughing and talking made my head hurt. Would I go back? Probably not. I didn't enjoy how loud it was. We've tried half the menu but my favorite is the rigatoni that you can get without protein or add to the side. As for dessert, I absolutely love the s'mores chocolate custard. Also very delicious! The service is always serving! lol it's always quick, attentive, and friendly. The only downside is the limited time you have at your table (90min) when AJ is there to dj, but we get it! :) I do recommend going on a night when he's there, and also on a night when you can have more time to hang out. If you're going on a night that AJ is there, be sure to book a reservation well in advance.

I recently came to Willa's for lunch here is what I thought…read more Atmosphere: The place is quaintly and simply decorated with pops of color throughout the space. The space is big with lots of natural light coming in which I loved! Bathrooms: They have restrooms for men and women. The women's restroom had two stalls. The bathroom was pretty clean. I didn't like the coloring of the bathroom, it would make me crazy if I had to sit in there for a long period of time. Service: The minute we walked in, we weren't greeted by anyone and we just looked around because we'd never been here before. It took about a minute or two for someone to help us get a table. The rest of the service was good overall. Our food came out quick. I do wish the happy hour options were explained to us when we sat down, we had to ask our waiter to explain it to us. Food: I'd say overall their food is good, it's not the best I've had in Tampa. If you want to come for a decent brunch and drinks this is a good spot. We tried the 'potato latkes' as an appetizer which was really good. I had their 'Smashburger' for my entree which was good, but I've had better. I did like their fries. The drinks were the best part! I had their 'Pink Hugo' which was really good and my friend had their 'Green Machine' which was delicious. Overall the food was good, but nothing amazing to me. Maybe I didn't order the right thing. I'd be willing to come back and try their brunch options as that seems to be what people like the most. Overall, it's a good place to come for lunch with a friend. It wasn't super busy on a weekday, so you don't need a reservation. The prices are decent, but everything in Tampa is more pricey now. **Parking Tip: they have a VERY small parking lot for customers behind the building. There is a larger gravel parking lot behind the building where you have to PAY to park. It was around $6/2 hours, I'm not sure if it's more expensive at different times. Try to look for free street parking in the area if their free lot is full before going to the paid lot! Or if you can car pool with friends do that!

I was sadly and honestly disappointed. I don't see us returning unfortunately. We were sat next to…read morethe servers station, we suggested to the manager that they put up a barrier for future guests. First we could not hear each other from all the silverware clashing and second throughout our dinner 3 times glasses were shattered at the station. The third time we were concerned, a little piece of glass had fallen in our food. The server and the manager were nice but the manager seemed to think that the solution was for the servers to slow down. That doesn't make sense to me but ok. They did remake a plate to go for us, so that was nice. The food was a little meh to me. The short ribs could have used some salt or seasoning before making the ravioli's (same with the chicken parm) just a suggestion. Pasta tasted undercooked and as if it was box pasta. I've lived in nyc and have had some really good Italian food there so I'm a little critical. I think Olivia is a little more hype and a nice ambiance for being in south Tampa than good food.

The whole family loved it. Great coffee and tea. We started with the Burrata and Garlic Bread. The best garlic bread I have ever eaten in my life. My daughter had the pepperoni flatbread, which she was delighted with. Husband had the Chicken Parm Sandwich. Phenomenal sandwich. Loved the pesto and the soft bread. Delicious! I had the Chicken Milanese- great dish. We will be back!
