I originally stopped in thinking this might be more of a coffee shop so I could grab a snack and coffee while pumping gas--kill two birds with one stone. From the outside--and even inside--it's aesthetically appealing and looks like a great spot. But the experience didn't quite match that first impression. The food itself didn't hit the mark in the taste factor--nothing terrible, just not memorable or worth the price in my opinion. That said, I'm open to trying other menu items because maybe I just didn't order the right thing. Customer service was pretty average--nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it didn't hit the mark this time, but I'd consider giving it another shot.

Upon leaving I asked for a refund on the oily, uneaten pizza and I was told that although no one waited on us, it was my responsibility to bring it back to the ordering counter. He refused a refund. I felt bad, we used to really enjoy Za Za's, but we will not be returning. Maybe if the two people who were working on the 14th would pay attention to the customers instead of talking non-stop to each other, maybe all the customers, including us, would have been satisfied.
