They have wonderful staff here but the service is pretty terrible. I've consistently received burnt bagels, salads and sandwiches that are missing items. This Panera is not one that you can sit and eat inside so, generally you wont realize something is wrong with your food until you've left the premises. They are also Consistently out of ice and coffee. I'll give them credit because they are in a busy location at lunch and breakfast hours, but still it's a little crazy to consistently give out bad product and not restock ice and coffee especially during the morning hours. Additionally they've now added the bagels to an open area in the center of the restaurant, no tools to pick up the bagel, not even a bag to put it in, and again no covering considering them incredibly high traffic they get in a small area it seems like a terrible choice.

Stopped for lunch. Food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the turkey sandwich and the vegetable soup. What I appreciate the most is the consistency--the food at each visit is the same. This location also has friendly staff.

I miss the Au Bon Pain that was at this location before Panera came in. I work in this building and could regularly rely on a pretty decent soy latte when ABP was here. And all it cost me was $2.74 including tax. I stopped by a couple times after Panera moved in as it is one of the convenient places to get coffee in the building. After a couple tries, I have to say they make a non-drinkable awful tasting latte costing close to $5 with only almond milk as the plant milk choice. If you order regular coffee they charge extra for a splash of almond milk. ABP used to put soy milk out in a canister just like all the cow milk options. I am not happy that ABP was replaced by Panera at this location.

The staff here are incredible and do a fantastic job keeping order in true morning rush hour chaos.

After eating here I had a terrible bout of food poisoning. I would give no stars if I could. I will never eat here again!

Kids menus were $9.99 (I always judge a place on this, bc sometimes the prices are through the roof). Sushi roll I got wicked something was incredible - big & flavorful! Pork belly app was yummy as well. Mashed potatoes were smooth and so good. Brussels were also really good, caramelized and crunchy. My husband got the trout - that unfortunately was not good. Greasy and just not well prepared. He ate it but it was not yummy. Also -he got 2 gin & clubs both times the club was flat. Strange for a bar. All in all, good experience.

My girlfriend got the steak and eggs which she thought was good but on the saltier side. I got the crab cake benedict but my eggs were way overcooked and not runny whatsoever. My server was nice and apologetic about it. The sushi was surprisingly good and fresh. I was skeptical at first about sushi at an American restaurant but was happily surprised. Overall, a bit disappointed about the restaurant but may have been an off day. Would love to comeback and try their signature burger. The service was great, and the restaurant itself was really pretty and had such a nice atmosphere. We all got the mango frozen cocktails, and they were AMAZING; so refreshing, and honestly the perfect pairing with the food. Everyone in our group ordered something different, and everything we tried was so good. I got the Thai vermicelli, and it was absolutely delicious! I also got to try some of my friends' dishes, and everything was flavorful and really well done. I'm usually pretty nitpicky when it comes to coconut curry sauces, but it was so perfectly balanced and flavorful. It was easily some of the best Thai food I've had in the DMV (honestly!). No complaints whatsoever. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area! :)

The khao soi had good flavor, and it came with rice. The chicken wings were for my son, he said they were the best wings he's ever had. The beef curry had good flavor, but the beef was a bit overcooked. Service was a little bit of a miss. When the waiter first came, he asked us for our food order. However, we wanted to order drinks first. I was able to order my cocktail, however, the waiter left before anyone else at my table could speak to order a beverage. Food came out very quickly. This is not the type of place where you would want to enjoy drinks and food over a period of time. However, if you are super hungry, your food will definitely get to you quickly. Restaurant was crowded, but not super loud. Overall, I would come back for the food, I just wish that I could have more time to enjoy my restaurant experience.

The restaurant I very clean and the decorations are really pretty. We ordered soup dumplings and noodles and our food was ready really fast. My husband ordered the beef noodle soup and he said it tasted amazing. Our chicken soup dumplings were full of flavor and a lot of broth inside.
