They messed up my order forgot my items & tried to tell me I was wrong until I read them my receipt then they fixed it still with a attitude. My family's been coming to this Panera for so many years. We love this location; everyone is friendly, the service is fast, and our food is always good. There is a gentleman named Brandon who usually takes care of us. He is so nice! This review is in relation to my experiences at other Panera Bread locations... Some days, it hurts to not crave a broccoli cheddar bread bowl during a long day of work. This location, situated in a high-traffic stay-at-home-mom stomping ground of a strip mall, has some of the worst service of any Panera Bread I've ever visited. I've been working in this area of town for going on four years, so I've dropped in this location on average once every few months because it takes me five weeks to get over the last mixup during the preceding visit. The food... same as all Panera Bread locations... but even when the lines are not long, I still manage to have to go back to the prep counter to ask for my side, explain I didn't order a sandwich or leave with the onions on a salad that I asked to have held. read more

whenever I order rapid pick up from this panera, it's ready on time with everything I ordered. However, today I went in and ordered my food instead. My salad tasted kind of funny, and at the end all my change was missing. It wasn't on the floor or under my chair, and we hadn't moved the entire time. Really not a fan of the new menu. Why change a good thing? I don't eat out often, but when I want a quick lunch Panera is my go-to. Or Panera used to be my go-to. I went today. The salad I loved is no longer on the menu, nor are many other salads. The one I ordered was not great. The greens were funky and there was noticeably less chicken. AND the carryout container was a plastic bowl (what happened to the cardboard boxes? Good luck Panera. You had a good thing going for a long time. I'm so tired of this Panera not getting my sandwich right. I always get the Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT. Almost 1/2 the time it's missing either the turkey or the avocado. This is the WORST Panera I've ever dealt with! I only get a limited time for lunch so I have to have it delivered. On almost every single occasion there is either something missing or messed up about my order. Most of the time the coffee is only HALF full. This last time I paid for a Greek yogurt and it wasn't even delivered. On multiple occasions it has taken over 2 hours for them to deliver and when I call about the order it's just met with "it will be there soon." There's no corporate complaint I can make as they always tell me it's simply up to the individual store managers to determine if a refund should be given or something free can be given. I've been to the new location twice now, a couple weeks apart. Both times I waited almost 20 minutes for my "you pick 2" meal to be brought to my table. The first time I ordered the half chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and a Greek salad. The second time I ordered a half steak and arugula sandwich and a cup of cream of chicken and wild rice. BOTH TIMES the restaurant was not busy. There is absolutely no reason a simple sandwich and cup of pre made soup should take anywhere near 20 minutes to be served to me. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because the first time the gentleman apologize right away when he brought my food without me even saying anything yet, and he offered me a free pastry. Because of that, I didn't write a negative review about that visit. But now that it happened twice, I felt like I needed to, even though this time the kid also apologized for the wait before I said something and I noticed they gave me a full sandwich instead of half, probably because they knew I was visibly angry about the wait. So at least they make up for it by giving me free food, but honestly if that's how long it's going to take every time... I don't think I want to bother. Typically, I like Panera because they have quite a few vegetarian options. In the past few months, the menu seems to have changed and the mozzarella, tomato, basil panini changed. The new version is not very good. read more

The convenience of a drive through is appealing, especially when you have kids in the car. However, this drive through is awful. Each time I have been at this drive through, the wait has been way too long. We're talking over 15 minutes. When I pull up to the window, I can see that the pace of the people working in the back is ridiculously slow for any restaurant much less one that offers a drive through. Pathetic incompetence would be a marked improvement in the staffs ability to attempt to serve customers. Conditions are clean and extremely uncomfortable, HVAC is ridiculously bad. Parking issues compound the negative feelings of this Panera. The prices are very high, please help by wasting materials, condiments and cups.... The dirtiest and the most disgusting men's bathroom. Every weekend we meet with some friends. I know they are very busy and the make good money, but it does not seem they spend a penny on that bathroom. It is very smelly, the urinal leaks on the floor for a long time. the toilet looks disgusting and the paper towel dispenser was open or broken. This Panera is so close to my home but I would go out of my way to find another Panera. All that has changed and it is now my go-to Panera. The manager is awesome and so is the staff. They actually engage me in conversation and they are so very nice. They talk about the new menu that is coming out and they don't complain about being at work, which I heard all of the time. I am vegan plant based and they modify the food that I order. Once I was given a salad with chicken and I asked to take the chicken off but they made me a fresh new salad. So much has changed and I have not been disappointed! read more
