    Bread instead of sandwich

Ordered "you pick two". Chipotle chicken avocado melt was 99% bread- "would you like some chicken with your bread?". Fuji apple salad- chicken was slimey, most of the lettuce was the center (butt) part that ordinarily is not eaten by humans in a salad.

Super bummed. Waited 15+ min for this delightful turn off......

Check out my photos. I'm really bummed at panera in westford ma. I live in this town and eat there pretty often with my wife. Now, that's all changed because of the health hazard I feel they tried to feed us. DING - SHAME If you think being busy calls for fresher food, you're sadly mistaken.

Service is beyond slow!!! It shouldn't take 15+ minutes to receive an order, especially with not that many people inside the store.

Great customer service, fast, and clean. Parking is a bit tough during busy hours, but worth waiting for a spot.

Extremely rude customer service with catering order. You're in the customer service business - if you don't like it, then leave!

If you're looking for upscale boutique sandwiches, curated charcuterie boards, and a cozy atmosphere with owners who truly care, this is the place to go. My family and I discovered them a couple of years ago, tucked under the West Acton Village building, and they've quickly become our favorite sandwich shop and gourmet cheese market. My son, who is in college always makes a point to get their sandwiches when he is back home. Their sandwiches are upscale, boutique creations. Our family favorite is the Ploughman's Lunch: rosemary ham, mango chutney, pickled red onion, cheddar, and lemony arugula on a Portuguese roll. It's the perfect balance of savory, tangy, and fresh. Our second go-to is the Pig and Fig, which is just as delicious. They also have gluten free bread available. In addition to the sandwiches, their cozy shop sells cheeses (if you love blue cheese you have got to try Rogue River!!), charcuterie, natural wines, craft beer, and carefully curated accompaniments like jams and chutneys. I've gifted their chic napkins and artisanal jams many times, and they always make the perfect host or hostess gift. They even carry unique finds like Bret's goat cheese and chili pepper potato chips, which I can't find anywhere else! On Fridays, they even have free wine tastings, which are such a fun way to discover new bottles. The owners Dawn and Tamara (aka Eve and Murray) are incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. You can tell they put thought into every cheese, wine, and gift item they bring into the shop!

There's fancy wine, cheese, snacks, interesting ceramic items, wooden spoons and serving plates , toys, etc. After looking around and selecting a few items (some honey, a dark chocolate espresso bar, and 2 small toys for my grandsons) ordered a couple of sandwiches on some fresh baked rolls, Watched the lady make them and then paid $60. Yes it's expensive, but I think it's worth it.

Banquet seating across one wall and high top seating in the one room dining area with a bar/drink area and coffee station. Lots of great breakfast choices. I'm so glad I went with the Western omelette. It was one of the best ones I've ever had! Perfect amount of perfectly sized ham, onion, peppers and cheese melted throughout and the wheat toast that comes with it is only one piece but it's a very large thick Bread, which was delicious. I ordered it with hashbrowns, which I was excited about, but they are not actually traditional hashbrowns ( shredded potatoes grilled), they're like McDonald's hashbrowns. They were kind enough to switch out for the home fries, which were very tasty. Build your own burrito $12 was nice addition but the hollandaise was lacking on the benny. They also had some breakfast/lunch specials, and who doesn't love biscuits and gravy!? so good! Service was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back soon! Lots of parking that's shared in the shopping center. Note: they have full liquor license and open until 2pm on Saturday

The burritos are always made within 5-7 minutes, piping hot, huge and so tasty! Here's our order: Sausage, peppers, home fries, and cheddar cheese Sometimes the burrito will show up with salsa but I'm not complaining! I could do without the salsa though because I like adding hot sauce on my own. But, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the burrito is so tasty. We have never sat down in the diner. I have been inside to use the bathroom though and the place is nice. It reminds me of a modern, clean version of a traditional diner.
