So it's not enough food if you have 4 people that eat. Maybe enough for 2 adults and an infant. You could throw in an anorexic girl as well. I also had a problem with the ingredients. While they did have some great cuts of flank steak, the salmon portions were frozen and the chicken breasts were those big frozen blobs you get in the big plastic bag at Cub Foods! Hello, I'm paying about $20 a "meal" here, how about some fresh ingredients? The recipes were ok. There was marinated flank stead, salmon with pesto sauce, some beef and chicken dishes as well as lasagna (too goopy) and soup. And the point of paying $20 for some soup is......? I have to say the facility was VERY clean and the staff was around answering questions or telling people to go faster since their time was running out. It was nice to have them actually involved.
