I had a late lunch at this location while on a business trip! Panera is my comfort food, my stable source of healthy food and reliable service! My BBQ Chicken sandwich was out of this world! It was prepared fast and hot! The ratio of sauce to solid chicken chunks was perfect! This sandwich is made from white meat chicken breast and not over mixed parts. I also ordered the chocolate chippy cookie! It was delicious! Sandwich came with a bag of potato chips that I instantly enjoyed! I was hungry, and Panera delivered! I am a sip club member have been for over a year. I stopped in Saturday morning for my coffee and my breakfast sandwich and I have to say that the coffee tasted horrible this morning. I usually get light roast. It didn't taste good so I tried to dark roast and it was just as bad. I don't know what happened this morning but hopefully the coffee taste better tomorrow. read more

Truthfully I only continue to come because of the self serve decaf coffee (and almond milk creamer), the baked goods, and the patio. But many recipes/ingredients have absolutely changed in the last few years. For the past 15 years or so I've been ordering french onion soup. Even when I found out I am lactose intolerant, I ordered sans-cheese. There's nothing like dipping those baguettes in Panera FOS. Due to the high sodium content I switched to salads for a while, but recently ordered my heart's desire again. It was inedible. Strangely sweet, onions undercooked, super salty but watery, no flavor. Just awful, like dishwater. Not even the baguette could save it. For the past many years my kids have ordered the Mac and cheese. I typically get a few bites when they don't finish it up and also it's delicious. However the last several times it's been less cheesy and more watery. And again, strangely reminiscent of dishwater. They definitely keep the place clean, but I miss the PB of yesteryear. When they would bring you your food, and it felt more like a local cafe. It's feels more and more like a chain. Also it's absolutely freezing inside, but the patio is pretty great on a nice day. There's a shaded side and a sunny side for whatever weather. This is especially nice as there are very few places in WF with a decent patio. Prices are out of control for the portion size. $45 for a coffee, 2 kid m&c, 1 adult m&c. How sad to have to write this poor review. Have been coming here for at least a year with my friends....oatmeal has been delicious and hot. What has happened to Panera Bread? Friends & I came here a couple of weeks ago; my friend gave her order to the gentleman at the register & went & sat down at a table. He began taking my order when some woman, whom we've not seen there before, moved him out of the way & began taking a woman's order who was after me.....I had to step aside, while she completed the order. My friend at the table came over to me asking why they had not taken my order yet. The the woman, whom we've not seen before, proceeded to take my order, which the gentleman had already begun before she arrived. The oatmeal was cold, the woman whom we've not seen there before was rude. We tried giving Panera another chance this last week. They're now serving lattes in a ceramic cup, which my friend did not like, instead of the paper cup. After enduring another bad experience, I doubt we'll be back any time soon....my friend says she doesn't want to go back, so the three of us will go elsewhere. read more

When you very first walk in the door to your right are a huge stack of dirty bowls and plates of leftover food that people have left there when through eating. I lost my appetite before I could even order. Someone in that restaurant needs to be in charge of picking all that up and leaving that area clean. Just seemed dirty. read more

New restraunt in town so we had to give it a try, while waiting for the food it was very open with plenty of seat as well as outdoor seating. Everything was clean and nice my only complaint was there was no sauce for the pizza to dip in. Outside of that I'll visit again try a new item on the menu. read more

We waited over 20 minutes for breakfast sandwiches that once they brought them out were cold. Second time was today. Went to the drive thru. No one was in front of me. I ordered a bagel & an iced coffee. I waited at the window over 10 minutes. For a bagel!! Then once she finally came with a bag, I looked inside & it wasn't my order. She said "oh you had the xyz". I was in town on two different occasions visiting my son at the AFB and enjoyed breakfast at this location both times. So many coffees and lattes to pick from , for a cold beverage they offer coke products and 4 different types of ice teas ( caffeinated , decaffeinated, black and flavored ). My family breakfast sandwiches on rolls and bagels . We also had a pumpkin muffin and cinnamon roll . Some may not know , there is a microwave in the fountain drink area under counter for guests to heat their pastry to the right temperature so you can enjoy your pastries warm or hot if you like. Tonight I was just trying to get a half soup and 1/2 sandwich but when I was checking out, it wouldn't let my tip to the driver go through. So I called. They told me that I would have to call Door Dash but that would have made my half soup and sandwich 30 bucks. My last experiences with your company has been amazing but tonight was trash. First time into this establishment. The one near DFW Airport was much more in terms of menu options, ambiance and affordability. I ordered a steak and white cheddar cheese sandwich for a family member. The family member told me the beef was like shoe leather, and they were not impressed with it. I ordered a BLT with avocado, and it was good, but they hardly put any avocado on it, and the crust of the bread was chewy. Schlotzkys makes better BLTs, compared to Panera. Another family member had the mac and cheese. It came with a half a bread roll that was inedible, as it was as hard as a rock. The cost was also a negative factor. The sum to feed 3 people was over $30.00 not including the tip. To charge so much and get so little was a definite negative factor in my book. The kiosk setup was an aggravating factor. They did not have any card readers that were set up for Chipped cards, and the menu was very limited. There are better restaurants to eat at in this area. Panera is not what it used to be.
