My hubby's fiesta chicken was all bread and hardly any chicken. My chicken Roma asiago bagel stack was good but it didn't have that pizzazz to make it great. We ate here because we were fortunate enough to have gotten gift certificates at Christmas. The Kettle baked potato chips were good, though they were in need of salt. Service was prompt. Not my favorite chain for them. I've had good and not good experience here. I dined in once, get fast service on a weeknight. Another time, dined with friends and we waited at least 20 minutes and the place was almost empty. Tonight, did it. I had placed the order at 4:45 for 5:20pm as I was getting ready to leave work. Again, not super busy when I walked in. My order hadn't even been started when I came in at 5:30. The worker apologized and said he'd get right on it. He was very nice about it and got it done within 2-3 minutes. Not sure what the point of ordering for a certain time though if they don't even have it at least started. read more

Visited this location with a client for a place to eat, and chat and it fulfilled my expectations. Quiet inside and it's not an overly large place with your typical Panera booths and tables available. Ordered a you pick two meal and tried two of their salads. From the moment i walked in, I was impressed! The restaurant was modern, clean and customer service from the get go was excellent! I was able to use the kiosk to order my food. The lady in the bakery ensured I would have the # of chocolate chip cookies I ordered. When I got my food, the lady at the counter told me to "enjoy and have a good night." First time going to Panera bread. I choose the Chipotle chicken & bacon flatbread pizza. My mom got the broccoli and cheese soup and caesars salad. Waited about 10 minutes for the food. I was in the drive through line for 30 minutes. As I sat waiting for my food, I watched the drive through person (Aisha) wear the same gloves that she took my cash with, handle bagels and other foods. The timeliness was horrible, the food handling safety procedures were shocking, and the mac/cheese was cold. McDonalds does a better job, and that is saying a lot. Where is the manager on duty? I'm sad to see this Panera have low ratings. We made a pit stop here and it was great ambience, clean bathrooms and tables. Loved the music playing. Manager was so kind / she gave our toddler a free cookie after we already paid for our small order ($9 total). My only complaint is that it took a long time to get just a toasted bagel with butter. Another very delicious breakfast! We can always count on Panera to deliver hot, fresh, delicious food. Bagels are fresh and tasty... my husband always gets the everything bagel, which is a light and airy.. not your typical New York bagel but I like the flavor of cross between bagel and bread.. don't really need the heavy traditional bagel. I had the avo and egg white sandwich, which is a bagel bread with avocado egg, white and leaves. They did discontinue the cranberry muffin, which is sad. Good hazelnut coffee too! The food was great, but the customer service was even better. I made mistakes when ordering online, but the staff listened to my concerns and quickly fixed everything for me. More importantly, everyone was very cheerful and friendly while doing it, which is something hard to find these days. Went here for lunch with the family, easy parking. This location seems quite new! We all wore masks, they had blocked every other table with cute Easter Eggs display. No issues eating safely inside this location. Good outdoor seating available but we decided to dine indoors. Very spacious and bright interiors. Food was good, kids were happy with their pizza. They actually caught a mistake they made to the order and brought a new one to us. I wiped our table once more with wet wipes because it didn't look as clean as I liked. Us gig workers deal with mismanagement and situations just like any other and this Panera Bread is by far one of the best ran businesses in the area. I have been here three times in the last month and have nothing but great experiences. The service has always been great and on several occasions I have had the staff come by and asked me how my day is going. I've tried three or four different Pick 2's as well as just having a BBQ salad and they were all delicious. So far one of my best experiences was when I made a mistake and accidentally ordered from my phone at another Panera. I sat for a while wondering why my order was taking so long and when I went and ask them they asked me to check my receipt and sure enough it was at a different spot. They quickly got my order to me and didn't make me worry about trying to correct the other order! Great over all experiences every time!! read more

I've been 4 times since they've opened; twice, they made my sandwich wrong, once they left an item out of our order and we didn't realize til we got home (went through drive-thru) and it took over 10 minutes on the phone talking to several people to get it credited back to our card*, and then today, we came through the drive thru and sat. For at least two minutes. I asked if anyone was there and they finally acknowledged us and asked us to wait. So we waited.... And waited..... And finally left to go to chick fil a. This Panera has always given me and my family a horrible experience. There is always a long wait time for our food no matter how many items we get. They also are always out of at least one product, usually more. This particular night they were out of at least 3 different items that we tried to order. I have had two very poor experiences with this Panera. Both times I have ordered a bagel and had to ask someone to prepare the food for me because it was so slow. All of their pastries and other items that should be fast to prepare take a long time. Many other people in the restaurant shared the same experience as myself. When I first heard that this Panera Bread was opening up right next to my job I wasnt as excited as everyone else because I never been to Panera before so I really didnt care. On the first day they opened a teammate came into my job and dropped off some coupons and also gave us some cookies/bagels which I thought I was very nice. My coworkers ordered a bunch so I figured I'd try it out. They have a really neat app to order from that allows you to pickup or have your food delivered to you (Delivery starts after 11am currently). I've ordered quite a few times already and I've tried different things l, steak, egg and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, my favorite is the avacado, egg white and spinach. That was hella healthy looking so I definitely wanted that! I havent had any bad experiences here, pickup is a breeze when I'm on my way to work in the morning, just grab and go from the pickup shelf. I'm hooked. read more

Twice now I've placed a "Rapid Pickup" order to only be disappointed in how un-rapid this place is. I intentionally order online, pay BEFORE I get there so that I can quickly grab the order and go. But NO way, these folks have no idea what rapid means. I showed up 5+ minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be ready - they didn't have it, hadn't really started and then looked at me like I was crazy for being annoyed. They move at the speed of sloth and have no friggen clue what customer service is. Avoid unless you have all the time in the world and the patience of a saint. read more

I used the drive through of this establishment and ordered 3 soups and some bread for my family. I paid and while I was waiting, I began to observe what was happening in the kitchen. I saw a young blonde girl tie a few bags from the steam table and assumed it was because it was the end of the night and they were starting to put food away. A few minutes later, I watched as this employee used her TEETH to open one of the bags (I am guessing it was the french onion soup that I had ordered because it was dark brown in color). Another employee saw what she was doing and attempted to block the first employee from my view. As this was happening, they were giggling with each other. I watched as she got the bag open and laid it back into the table. The manager (I am assuming she was oblivious to what had happened?), came up a moment later and ladled soup from that bag into a to go cup. As another employee (not one of the first two) tried to hand me my order out of the window, I shook me head and said "Oh, no, I want to talk to a manager.". When the manager came out, I told her what had happened. She said she would "talk to" her employees. I told her that not only was that completely unsanitary, but the fact that Covid is such a threat to people at the moment, it disgusted me that anyone would put their MOUTH on a customer's food or the vessel that holds their food! I do not know what will come of it, but I have contacted corporate. I wish I would have warned the vehicle that was behind me of what I had witnessed, but I was in complete shock that anyone working in food service would think that doing that was OK! read more

Disappointing. I went in to order the new duets special for $5.99 they have which has soup and a half of sandwich. As you walk in the door it shows says, "try a duet!". So, at the menu I am expecting to see something about it on the board. Nope nothing. I figure it's just the soup and sandwich combo and they renamed it. I order that- broccoli cheddar soup and veggie sandwich. However, I find out that it is not. It is only select soups and sandwiches. How am I supposed to know this?? Apparently, I am just supposed to know the duet choices even though they are not listed on the menu, outside on the window or anywhere to be seen. Even the supervisor on duty was not helpful and could not answer my question as to why there are no description. She said well, I can tell them to you. So, she did. Even with all the hassle she redid my paid order, refunded me the $2.50 and I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup "duet" for $5.99. They even had the other food done and the buzzer going off. Although I am a big fan of Panera food, this location leaves much to be desired. I used their kiosk to order a sandwich for my daughter and a pick two (soup and half sandwich) for myself. The order was prepared quickly and I took it and departed. Upon arriving at home, I discovered that they had neglected to include the half sandwich. That is just plain sloppy.
