Was looking forward to trying this place for a coffee and a bagel. So first off I liked the strong brew coffee. I also like the cinnamon raisin bagel. I've had better in both categories, but both were ok. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Coffee is self service. 2. At first, i wanted to order a cinnamon roll and asked if that could be warmed up. I was told I could do it over by the coffee station where there was a microwave. I was caught off guard by that and changed my order to a bagel because I confirmed that they would toast that....hmmmm? 3. My bagel was toasted as requested. My bagel was mishapen. My bagel came with a small container of cream cheese that I would have to apply. Needed more cream cheese. 4. Tables were not wiped down and for the whole hour I was there, I did not see anyone going around to wipe tables. This was a turn off for me. Conclusion: There are better options available that are less work and hopefully cleaner.

A bug was found in my Fuji Apple salad with chicken. So disgusting.

A bug was found in my Fuji Apple salad with chicken. Giving me free extra protein? I'm speechless. I wish I could give 0 or -1 star.

Slowest internet ever. Stopped in for a coffee and some wifi before having dinner but couldn't even get their Internet to complete a speed test. And the coffee wasn't all that either. Parking lot is narrow and folks zip through here a bit too fast. Watch out.

    Asian chicken salad to go

Asian chicken Salad was ridiculous and just think I paid $12.00 for a cup of lettuce made by someone who had their hair wild with no net and no gloves on. I will not return again.

Came over here after spending most of the morning at Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's home supply store. Which of course, got us extremely hungry. The place was a Grand Central Station of activity. Still, this staff was able to keep up with the demand and we had a really great chicken Cobb salad with avocado and my partner had a great chicken sandwich with a salad. Despite being a wonderfully sunny day, they don't have al fresco seating, just crowded air conditioning seats... Oh yes, I'm in suburbia... As other Panera Bread locations have undergone a noticeable decrease in quality, this one seems to be holding up well. The two things that I cannot understand about the Panera Bread business model, is number one, egg dishes stop being served between 1030 and 1100, even on weekends. The other one is that the two cash register locations tend to confuse customers and create mayhem among the staff.

I don't know what took me so long to give this location the review they deserve but better late than never, i had an outstanding experience with the staff about a week ago. and i mean THE ENTIRE staff from start to finish was the 'gold team' 1. the guy who held the door open 2. the young man who took my order, after stopping me from using the kiosk "hey i'm not busy, come on over here." 3. the taller lady who was not only cleaning but also checking on a nice busy dad who was feeding his kid mac and cheese. She was basically giving the dad all the tips she could on cleaning up his child besides taking the kid herself! 4. the two guys in the back who addressed me by name, asked if i wanted a nutritional guide and checked if i was okay with both tomato basil bread AND a bag of chips 5. this same taller girl who slid me a cup for some tea 'cuz she saw me just looking confused from all the joy i had then she proceeded to help this elderly couple at their table enjoy their meal too! 6. this guy who brought me my meal. bagged to perfection and served with a smile i swear to you this could have been a disaster but i am guessing this particular night crew was the gold team or something. I went so far to call corporate that night to tell them how fantastic they all were. as for the food it was panera. just that. fresh, and normal food. but if it wasn't for the gold team, i don't think i would have had such a wondrous experience.

One of the dirtiest Paneras around. Take a look begins the counter. Dirty floors ageks on the floor etc. Rude service too.

Here is the updated review for Pickles & Chip's including their Italian sub options:…read more Pickles & Chip's Sandwich Shop 1707 Foulk Rd, Wilmington, DE 19803 Rating: Pickles & Chip's is a long-standing, family-owned counter-service deli and sandwich shop located in North Wilmington, Delaware. Operating out of a simple storefront on Foulk Road since 1996, it is a local favorite for hearty breakfast items, standard deli cold cuts, and specialty grilled subs. Using their exact menu terminology, here is how the food breaks down: Italian / Italian w/ Prosciutto: Their classic cold sub option, loaded with Italian meats, cheese, and fresh sub toppings on a soft roll--with the option to upgrade to their Italian w/ Prosciutto for a sharper, higher-grade cured meat flavor. Stevi's Grip (Sandwich Special): A popular hot/grilled take on the classic Italian, featuring grilled Italian meats, fried onions, fried sweet peppers, and melted provolone cheese, all wrapped up and grilled. Bellywhopper (Breakfast Special): A massive morning sub packed with fried potatoes, fried onions, diced ham, eggs, and melted cheese on a sub roll. The Barnyard (Sandwich Special): A heavy-hitting sub combining both cheese steak and chicken cheese steak, topped with bacon, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Kevin's Original (Sandwich Special): A chicken cheese steak topped with fried onions, mayo, and extra black pepper. Kim's Tender Concoction (Sandwich Special): Crispy chicken tenders tossed with lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing wrapped in a sun-dried tomato wrap. Side Orders: Classic deli sides including crispy French Fries, Old Bay Fries, Cheese Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, and whole Kosher Pickles. Service is fast, friendly, and unpretentious--a reliable neighborhood spot for quick takeout or delivery.

The wrap was refreshing and had fresh ingredients. Prices were decent for what you got. Pretty good but wished the wrap was bigger. Would be interested to try other sandwiches here especially since they are not far from us!
