We had an office luncheon catered from here for the holidays. The service we received from placing the order to delivery was fantastic. The food completely surpassed our expectations. Everything was hot and delicious. We will be ordering from them again. I do have one suggestion to include serving spoons with catering orders. If you can't supply them with a catering order then you should inform the customer when they place the order. read more

I tried this place for the first time, dis-appointing. Ordered "spaghetti&meatballs", notice that "meatballs" has an S on the end? Well, when I got home to feast, there was only 1 meatball, and it mostly consisted of bread crumbs, very little meat. Spend your food monies elsewhere, this place is a rip-off. read more

I have been wanting to try Pantano's for awhile after seeing their breakfast menu, but didn't get around to it until now. I was craving breakfast foods for dinner one day and decided to try out Pantano's since they offer breakfast all day. I called in an order of french toast and 2 eggs and the order was ready when I got there. The food definitely hit the spot. The only criticism I have is the price, I finished everything with no leftovers (which I normally don't do) and paid somewhere around 12 dollars. I gotta say, I'm not a fan of the cardboard ads tacked up on telephone poles in the area. There's a reason why that ish is illegal. But, I was looking for a spot with a lot of lunch options, and Pantano's is it. If nothing else they have a LOT of options. Having been a counter guy, I know how LI deli's go, and I can tell that Pantano's is deli-plus. That Hanstedt, not far from Pantano's, can keep up, says a lot about Hanstedt, since Pantano's is obviously running a serious operation. My coworkers and I order breakfast from Pantano's all the time. The food is good, the coffee is good, and the service is good. Our order usually takes no more than a half hour or so to get here. Normally there are no problems with our order, but because we order so often, occasionally an order might be slightly off. If this does happen, they make us a new order and get it over to us FAST! I usually place the order with Luca, who is the owner. He is very nice and he is definitely a jokester! My favorite part, though, is when John, one of the delivery guys, delivers to us. I am shocked that this place has the reviews listed. It causes one to question their validity. My panini was missing its vodka sauce, leaving it dry and certainly not what I chose and was charged for. The calamari was like "calamari jerky". It was bone dry, and the consistency of Styrofoam...scary actually. This was all delivered with no paper goods and, as if it weren't enough, the delivery person rounded up from the original price at the door! read more

First and foremost visiting Pantano's has become a frequent part of my weekly if not daily activities. The iced coffee.....jumbo size of course is needed to make my day complete. My favorite is the crumb cake flavor made perfectly to my liking puts Starbucks to shame LOL. The tuna fish is out of this world and I am very picky when it comes to how my tuna is prepared! The chicken cutlets are delicious and a huge hit with my family. The owner of the establishment John Luca and his staff are friendly and always makes you feel welcome. It's refreshing to have a place as Pantano's in your neighborhood that you can pop into at anytime for anything you may need or want from a simple iced coffee to a salad, sandwich and so much more.
