During the moving process it had got a little grimey and I didn't want to stress about cleaning it myself. The cleaners arrived on time were very friendly, but the cleaning wasn't great. When they were done I took a quick look around as they pointed out what they cleaned, but after they left and I could really look I had to quickly run and by some cleaning supplies to try and redo it....never good! First thing first, the replies for scheduling were pretty fast. The schedule was for today at 11am. Mid sleep, at 10:22am, I found out they were here so I had to get out of Bed really fast, throw on anything, and let them in. As soon as they came in, they started cleaning. I made myself something to eat really quick when they started and waited in my car. At 11:49am, I got a phone call they they were done. I went up, everything looked great and smelled good. At the time I didn't look at everything but it looked great. When they left, I took a quick nap, and decided to look around. Something told me to look under my ottoman, my shoe tray, and the kitchen counters. This is what I found. The following day, the owner sent someone to come clean the stove, apologized, and offered a discount for the next service. Today (8/2/19) They came back to provide the same service. I scheduled a move in cleaning service with them. Initially, I noticed and thought my place looked great but looking back there were some things that I'm kind of upset about. First thing is that the light in my bathroom light fell. They informed me that they never touched it and it was the same in the other bathroom. However, I was informed by someone else that it would not have fell if it hadn't been touched. This was very upsetting for me to hear since I really believe if it was an accident then just replace the item for me. However, I didn't appreciate being misled about this. The other light in my bathroom is just fine and I had no issues. The other thing I noticed which I thought they cleaned was the kitchen floor. I have a rug in place but I expected the floor underneath to still be cleaned which I don't believe it was. There were only chairs that could have been easily moved when cleaning. There was also some grime that I noticed in the main bathroom that was not fully cleaned either. However, the people that came seemed nice and were on time and I really hate to just give an average review. But I felt deeply upset about the experience the days after especially finding about about my light. read more

Wesley got back to me quickly and was able to fit me I. Last minute which was good. However they did a really poor job! Nice couple but their communication was poor. They were in such a rush and didn't seem bothered if they did a good job. I found dust balls on the floor, they didn't clean the kitchen counter tops and left table and shelves with dust on them. I ended up cleaning when they left. I took pictures when they left and sent it to the owner but all he said was sorry. The right thing to do would be to send them back to clean what we had paid them to clean. Not good. I just wasted $140. read more

This was a pretty good service. Good customer service is a must for me and they were very polite and answered my questions. The estimate they gave me was the exact amount the total came out to as well. I wanted to give my good friend a gift when she was 2 weeks away from her scheduled C-Section so I thought having her apartment fully cleaned was a great idea. Meanwhile she was at the hospital, i had them clean it and everything turned out great. I wanted her and her husband to not have to worry about cleaning anything. Unfortunately, I have to leave my first bad Yelp review. I hired Panther cleaning to clean my Bathroom and living room for 3 hours. The cleaners did a mediocre job all around (they missed a lot of areas and even mopped around a chair instead of moving it, who does that?) The big problem though was they dumped their cleaning mop buckets and sludge down my shower drain instead of my toilet, causing major shower back ups, that plunging and drain cleaner could not resolve. Leading not only to a much bigger, uglier mess but me having to hire a plumber to resolve the issue. I ordered a cleaning service from this company via Amazon home service provider service. They confirmed their service multiple time via email and text message. I took off of work, prepared my home and made arraignment for my pets so that they could do their job of cleaning my small home. I scheduled my day around this appointment which I say again was confirmed multiple times. 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive for my cleaning they texted me to tell me that they would be rescheduling my appointment to the following day. This is entirely unacceptable. Beware if scheduling service from this cleaning provider. They are not reliable. Great to work with, and very responsive. I needed a last minute cleaning for my 2br 2ba apartment, and they were able to accommodate, communicating consistently. They were perfectly prompt - even with all of the rain and having to drag their cleaning equipment up three flights of stairs. Literally, the job was to start at 3 p.m., and they arrived at 2:55.
