I ordered on doordash and they forgot to give the delivery driver my papadia. When i called they didn't give me a refund when my order was 27 dollars for a 10-inch pizza and the papadia. Instead they gave me credit on my account for the next time for a free one. When you work in the food industry like i do, you know that it's important to make sure the driver has everything in this order. By far the worst experience i've had with papa john's. The workers need to pay more attention to what they are handing out. I would put 0 stars if i could. read more

I have been having this store deliver to me for over 8 years. I tried ordering deliver today and had this store plus 2 others 12890 Highway 9 and 5665 Highway 9 all with in five miles of me tell me that I am not in their delivery area. So instead I enjoyed a nice Domino's Pizza as Domino's was happy to deliver to me. It looks like their corporate office is a little better at customer service than their individual stores. I wrote an email to the CEO of Papa Johns and their Senior Director of Operations has emailed me back that they are working on the issue. read more

Well when I went to order they weren't very fresh at all really rushing me in my order. Couldn't get my last question out before they hung up on me. They informed me it would be 15 to 20 minutes before delivery going on 45 minutes now. Been an hour we called back and they said it showed a pick up, they are now suppose to send it out , will see how long it will take to get . It took about 1 1/2 to get here, Luke warm ask for extra sauce, extra garlic cup nothing came with order. Did call back and spoke with marissa and she was truly sorry, she gave us the pizza free of charge and the next one will be on them. Truly tried to help the business out by ordering because my brother , really is skeptical about even ordering food these days. I hope marissa speaks with the employee bc if he really didn't want to be there he should not , and I can understand that. read more

I love these bread sticks. Put them in some garlic butter and it's so good. It slides down your throat so smoothly. It's pure Bliss. The pizza was hot when it arrived and they delivered it promptly. The delivery guy was nice. And the pizza was nicer. read more

The company went thru a slump in recent years but new leadership now. The revamped app is much better as well. I've started ordering pizza from them again in recent months. I prefer this Papa John's location. They make an overall better product here and this Papa John's is conveniently located in the same shopping plaza as on of the best Kroger stores in the city. You'll catch the link in a moment. Their crust is surprisingly good, especially considering it's fast food pizza. The cheese is quite adequate. The sauce however, is the worst part of the pie. As with most pizza chains, Papa John's make it sickly sweet to try and hide the bitterness. A very artificial tasting sauce with just a trace of discernable tomato flavor. The sauce detracts from the overall appeal of the pie. I also learned how much the sauce adds to the weight of a pizza. The difference is startling. I've ordered a pizza with light sauce and that helped significantly. Then I thought to order it with no sauce and it turned out to be the best Papa John's pizza I had ever eaten. Add your own toppings when you get home. They're better quality, more plentiful, and much less expensive per ounce than the skimpy amount you'll receive from the pizza place. I still think that Jet's deep dish is an overall superior product when compared to any of the chain pizzas out there but Papa John's has its moments. Keep an eye out for their promotional specials. read more

I wasn't that impressed with this location. I usually order Dominoes, but they can get pricey sometimes, even for just one pizza and maybe 2-3 sauces. Received my order after maybe 45 mins to an hour and when I opened the box, could automatically see that it was undercooked. The crust wasn't golden brown, the slices were uneven and sloppy, also fell apart at the slightest touch. For what I paid, I could've just ordered from DoorDash...never again... read more

I was hesitant to get a pizza here because of some reviews I saw here. That hesitation was unfounded. The staff was professional and the pizza on time. They were taking the standard precautions with the 'Rona. The pizza was cooked right and tasted good. Sure it wasn't your Mama's. This location is trash! I called in to order because the app wasn't working. There was an in-app coupon and I asked if they would honor it they told me no. I went ahead and placed my order with the cashier who could not hear at all! So after having to read things multiple times I placed my order. It took over an hour but that's expected. When my pizza came it was a cheese pizza when I wanted pepperoni. I called back in and they said that's what I ordered, I said absolutely not the girl took the order wrong. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold only to not come back to the phone ever.. I held over 20 mins for ultimately the phone was picked up and then hung up. Absolute worst. Tonight I ordered a pizza to my apartment, at Amli Northpoint, papa Johns delivers to all of our event nights, but tonight as other nights as I placed a order on line, the delivery person could not find our call box in front of our building, as I explained this to the delivery boy, where the call box was! He told me, this was a big place and could not find the call box, the last time I had to go down and get my pizza, but no more, it's called delivery for a reason, I will never order from this papa John ever! Maybe if a delivery boy, can't find a call box that's over 5 foot tall maybe he shouldn't be driving! I told him I would never order from this location ever! Years ago my dog passed away while I was on a long vacation. When I returned home, I found his rotting corpse decaying in the summer heat. I had left him in the care of a person whom I trusted, but I was let down, to say the least. Sorry if the image disturbs you. We've used this Papa John's location for years and we've never had bad service or bad pizza. In fact, I'm always impressed with the drivers at the door as they seem genuinely happy and not just "at work." Tonight's order was no different as the delivery driver was very friendly and even brought us paper plates and packets of cheese, hot peppers--all without our requesting them! It may not sound like much, but in this day, customer service means a lot and I find that this location always goes above and beyond. Once our pizza was slightly "late," and in a week or so, I got a free pizza coupon! I didn't even complain about the pizza being late, but they took matters into their own hands to make sure all was well. You can order from this location with confidence!
