Will not deliver on to Ft Custer: manager/owner states that "vehicle searches take 30 minutes" after I informed him that the base will let his drivers on if they (the drivers) have a name and building number. (Vehicle searches take maybe 5-10 minutes...just have ID ready with insurance/) Gate guards stated that some pizza places will not deliver on base because "they kept getting busted with pot". This place has the worst customer service. You have to double and triple check your order. Word of advice, open your pizza before they leave, if delivered. I have had way too many wrong toppings and when I call they are not helpful. If I wanted to bring it back and wait 1 hour I could get a replacement, after already waiting 50 minutes for it to be delivered. i ordered 2 pizzas at 1107pm jan 26th via grubhub. they said it would be delivered between 1205 and 1215. come 1245 i still didnt have the food. so i called. they still hadnt taken it out, they informed me they were leaving now. i called back at 130 because i still didnt have it and i wanted to cancel (note, they are 4 miles down the road from the hotel according to maps). the girl informed me i could not cancel. i asked for her name and store number, the then hung up on me. so i called grub hub to cancel. i called the store back to complain about the girl, and i asked for either her name or employee number and the store number. the manager then informed me that he could not give me any of that information and that he would call his manager himself, but I was more than welcome to order two more pizzas and have them delivered. no. Very disappointed. We did take out, and when I arrived to pick the pizza up, the staff was extremly flustered. It took a few minutes for them to get out things out, we ordered two pizzas and two boxes of garlic knots. As I got in my car I looked at what we got and they gave us cinnamon sticks instead of the other box of knots. I took them back in and told them we got the wrong order, they apologized, however said the next batch would be ready in 20 minutes. That seemed ridiculous to me, so I said i'd take the cinnamon sticks, everything was fine. When I got home with the pizzas and everything else, we were all dissapointed. Both pizzas looked and tasted burnt, so were the cinnamon sticks and garlic knots. Everything tasted burnt.
