I received my order on time, but that's probably because I called at a "not busy" time. Food was hot and looked nice. THE WORST PAPA JOHNS I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM, and it isn't even in the hood. -Ordered online, my order came without any sauces - even though i added in the DRIVER INSTRUCTION to include it. Every time I order breadsticks they always forget to include sauces. -I stopped the driver to ask about the sauces, and he acted like he didn't speak english, mumbled something and kept walking. -I called the location (and not about the driver), because my pizza and breadsticks were completely incorrect. I should've checked that before the driver left-not that he would've done anything about it. -The kid who answered acted like he couldn't hear me. He passed the phone to a young lady without telling me to hold, or that he was transferring me to anyone. She hopped on, confirmed my address - and said what I had was what i ordered. I told her that the receipts on the outside of the boxes and the food inside the boxes are two different animals. They advised it would take an hour to come back out with the correct order. The lady was rude and short and I made her repeat herself every time she decided to cut me off. This is not the first time my order has been completely wrong - but this is the first time I called because something may be incorrect within their system to continuously get my orders wrong. I can count on one FINGER how many times my order has been right and i've been living here for years. I'm only writing a review because the child on the phone was rude. This establishment really doesn't deserve 1 star! My husband and I called to place a delivery and the employee yelled at us stating that he could not here us while there was music blasting in the background. We raised our voice and he continued to yell that he could not hear us and continuously cut us off while we were speaking. Really? I also called an order in days before my classroom party and they failed to deliver my order, promised me pizza the next day and still failed to deliver the pizza. It took me going up to this establishment days later where I received free pizza and my order became free for my students but we had to get it ourselves. I waited an hr after the received a notification that my food left and did not receive it. I was told there was nothing that can be done and the driver left the store and hr ago with my food and it was not delivered. The manager offered 50% off my next order for this issue and hr and 15 minutes later the driver calls and says he couldn't get in touch with me and went back to the store. I called the store and spoke to the "manager on duty" and he thought it was funny. I asked for his bosses name, Barry, to let him know how crazy this whole situation is. The pizza is good but they have awful customer service. The employees are rude and disrespectful. I would recommend going to another Papa Johns. The lady didn't even give us an estimate on when our pizza was ready. She got an attitude with my dad when she couldn't understand that both of the pizzas had sausage and pepperoni. I have been very nice but today's delivery has put me over the edge. I have ordered from this location about 6 times and of those 6 times only one delivery man has actually came upstairs to my door. That I appreciate and that deserves a tip. They keep sending this one delivery guy who does not come to the door at all but has the audacity to circle "TIP" on the receipt. I do not mind tipping at all, I do it regularly to show my appreciation for the service but when you wait in your car and slowly walk to the apartment door with my food, I should owe you nothing. If I have to meet you half way for my food, then it should not be deemed a delivery. I might as well do pick up. I leave instructions on how to come to my door and yet I still have to meet my food half way. Definitely will not order delivery from this location. read more

Lauren (manager at the Lake Arbor location) is a terrible manager. She stated that the delivery driver was on his way with our pizza, but then I call back 20 minutes later and she states that the driver is just now leaving the store. She offered no compensation and did absolutely nothing to remedy the issue. Our order was supposed to have been delivered between 7:22-7:32pm and the tracker indicated it was completed at that time. We called at 7:41pm and she said that the order was already on the way. Called again at 8:10 and she said the driver just left with the order. When I called her out on it, she said there was nothing she could do because there is a 2-hour delivery window (even though this was not indicated online at all). When I asked her about this insufficient notice she said they could not notify us online, so there is nothing she could do. She offered no free drink or refund of the delivery fee or anything at all to remedy this terrible service. I do not blame the delivery driver, I blame Lauren for being a terrible manager and doing nothing to provide good service to customers. She needs to be fired immediately. read more

This review is to let people know that the service here at this establishment is not good. I never order pizza but I had a 15-year-old girl who wanted Papa Johns at her sleepover birthday party. On March 31, 2017, I ordered two pizzas online which I thought was way over priced for two large pizzas. One pizza was spicy Italian and the other was a cheese pizza with pineapples because the birthday girl and some of her friends are vegetarian. However, we waited for about an hour and a half before we get our pizza. When the delivery guy gets there he hands me one pizza. I kindly let him know that my order had two pizzas and the one he handed me was not the correct order. So, he went back to his car, called the papa johns and they told him I only ordered one pizza. I spoke with the woman who received my order online and she explained how even though I put in the information online to order the two pizzas because I didn't push a certain button it did not add the two pizzas it only added one. So even though I was irritated at this point. Not with them but myself. I asked the delivery man if I could go to the papa johns and order a pizza myself. His response was, yes. I drove to the store park and when I walk in I attempt to order a cheese pizza. The woman in the establishment tells me that I can not order here because they are only excepting call-ins. I thought to myself hmmm.....that is weird but okay I am already here let me just call in the pizza and leave till it is ready. So I ask the woman for the Papa Johns number so I can call in my order and wait in the car till my pizza is ready. The woman from Papa Johns proceeds to tell me that she can not take my order while I am in the building and they can only deliver my the pizza to my house. At that moment I was very confused as to why they even let me come in the building. I was also confused why they would not just deliver to me since I have traveled all the way there and clearly shown I am not coming to harm anyone. I am just trying to feed 6 girls this pizza.She then says I can not be in the building because of safety reasons. I felt like crying because all I needed was one pizza I could have paid then whatever the pizza cost and left but no that did not happen. I let her know that if they were so worried about their safety the door would have been locked, the only reason why I drove 10 minutes from my house was because the delivery guy told me I could order my pizza in person (so he gave false information), then now my time is wasted and I have 6 girls at my house hungry waiting on pizza. She asked me to leave and I do but I felt like I wasted my time, and my money buying one pizza for 22 dollars when I thought I was getting 2 pizzas for 25 dollars and they were not accommodating or willing to work with me.
