This was my first time ordering pizza here and I did check the reviews before ordering and reviews were really bad but yet I thought will give it a try, I ordered garden fresh pizza med size (strictly as it's a veggie pizza) and cheese-sticks, it was delivered in 30 min, the cheese stick was uncooked and went straight to trash but the garden fresh pizza looked good, but taste was ok but to my horror I see a pepperoni on my pizza as we don't eat Pepperoni I am saddened by the fact that they didn't take care while making it and delivered uncooked cheese sticks and veggie pizza with pepperoni on it. read more

I had high hopes when the delivery time was estimated to be 34-44 minutes. I should have known better. Arrived 29-39 minutes late. Door dash delivery driver, not a Papa John's driver very carefully took a picture of his "proof of delivery " and neglected to ring the doorbell to let us know the pizza was here. So it sat outside for another 16 minutes. Upon opening the box of course I was shorted the extra Ranch sauce I had purchased. In addition to that part of the side of the pizza looked like the top half was scraped up. Picture for reference. I like papa Johns. It's easy and convenient. But I will never order from this Papa Johns again. The last several times I ordered pizza for my family, I added (and paid for) two spicy garlic sauces. Every time, they fail to bring it. I know it doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but I hate paying for something and not getting it, especially when it's happened multiple times. So tonight, I ordered papa Johns and paid for 2 spicy garlic sauces. I even added a note asking them to remember it. Of course, they didnt bring it. So I called and very nicely asked them to bring some to me on another route when they had a chance (I was purposely very nice about the situation as I'm not the type to typically complain, and I explained that I pay for it every time but they never bring it). The manager's response, "Yeah I see here that you ordered it...but no we can't drive to your house just to bring you 2 sauces...best I can do is put a credit on your account for a couple free sauces next time you order." I've never experienced the level of uncleanliness that I noticed at this location. No one was wearing gloves and EVERY person there was covered in dough...clothes, hands, nails. There were traces of flour and dough EVERYWHERE - from the front door pull (as if someone had gone outside and come back in) to the counter to the cash register. Very unhappy with this experience at this favorite location. Ordered pizza for my son so I can dine out with my wife for Valentines Day and experienced the worst customer service. They told me 45 min wait for carry out. Arrived at the 45 min mark. Told it was 5 more minutes then the trouble began. Customer waiting were upset for the wrong order. One customer came back with 3 pizzas complaining they were burnt. Manager and employees yelling back and forth. Manager yelling why people were still waiting up front. Upset Customer yelling at the manager why he was there with his 3 pies because she wouldn't come to give him credit for the burnt pizza. When my pizza came over an hour after ordering it was burnt. I complained. They actually looked at me and said it looks burnt but it's not. I lifted the pizza and said so what is this then? They pulled the pizza away and started to argue and I left. Soooooo disappointing to let my son down while we go out. We had to settle for Dominos pizza for my son. It was delivered within 30 minutes. My some was surprised and pleased it was fast and good. The people working at this store are thieves. Everyone who has ever eaten a Papa Johns Pizza knows there is one Garlic sauce already in the box with the pizza. I like extra and so when I went there to pick up my pizza, I paid for the extra garlic sauce and when she did not give me what i had paid for, I was told is it not in the box ??? I mean are you charging me for something that is already in the box anyways.. or how else do ypu think there are two Garlic sauces in the box which is clearly not the norm and I did not order with the pizza.. While waiting I see the workers at the register slouched over with no mask on, talking and one is scratching himself, lifting up his shirt scratching his stomach and chest. I ordered my pizza for the first time using Papa John's app from my iPhone 4. I picked out a pizza from their current deal and added all the toppings I wanted. I clicked order now and I was done in no time :) I got an email conformation saying it will be ready in fifteen minutes. So I drove to the location since it's only couple of minutes away. I walked right in to pick up my pizza once I was done with the payment. Let me tell you that they've never messed up any order of mine and the pizzas are always ready ridiculously fast. The pizzas themselves are absolute gas, they're so delicious. The employees are super chill and it's close to my house. They always have great deals so it's a win win situation for everybody. After many years of eating Papa John's pizza at various locations I can honestly say this by far was the worst experience ever. I ordered 6 pizzas for my family on Thanksgiving Eve. Two of the pizzas were horrible like they had been sitting for hours, barely any sauce. One was a vege pizza and the other was a chicken pizza. When I called the store to inform them of my issue I was rudely informed by Darren "there is nothing I can do". I told him we didn't eat either of the pizzas and they could be returned for new fresh pizzas or a store credit. He refused to offer anything, not even an apology. Went to this location and I was treated like ROYALTY!!! This location is so CLEAN and I would go there anytime. The General Manager is great ...I can always count on her smile and professionalism. Do NOT get pizza here! My boss and I phoned in an order for a birthday party. We called a day early to make because we hoped to make it easier on the staff at Papa John's. When it came time for the pizza, they were a no show. We called, and the pizza was delivered nearly an hour late. The manager that had taken our order had placed it for the wrong day. Unfortunately, the story gets even worse...When I went to speak to the general manager, he promised free pizza to compensate for this error. He claimed to "put it on our account". Well, when it came time to order our free pizzas, we again talked to him on the phone. He could not find the free pizzas on our account. My advice is to go to Dominos or Johnny Bruscos! read more
