Papa John's is one of my favorite if not my favorite chain pizza stores as it has a quality of the bread as you would expect from a quality mom and pop pizza place with the convenience of just place a call, the only issue I have is that the quality of the pizza greatly varies with each chain store but lately I think that they are working on it. read more

I always get great service when I come here. The pizza may not be the best but I can really appreciate the employees going out of their way to be friendly and patient. Their upselling is a major plus. Kudos to you guys. read more

Worst service ever I order my pizza on the phone get it all confirm and then show up to the store and they said the order got canceled. Did not even bother to call me or do nothing had an arrogance with the way he talked and communicated with me basically saying I have to order again and wait for at least 30 minutes when they told me to come by in 20 minutes. The pizza was horrible. One pizza the white sauce tasted sour like it had sat out. The second pizza was as if it was from the day before. Both pizzas were hardly room temperature from a 15 min drive home. Literally took a bight from each pizza and sent my husband to take them back. I've been ordering there for about 10 years, they used to be good, not sure if they changed ownership but it's been horrible the last 2 years! My last order took over an hour, everything was cold, the first time I call, he said 5 minutes, the second time I called 15 minutes later, he said 4 minutes! Me and the girls were stuck in the Concord Pavillion's parking lot after a show when my truck died, and had to wait 2 hours before the tow truck arrived...and WE WERE STARVING. We called every pizza joint nearby but all we got were excuses for why they won't deliver: It's on the other side of Kirker Pass Road, we need a proper address, we're closing in an hour, etc. Papa John's took our order and delivered in record time. This has been a nightmare from the start. This location is completely unprofessional and I'm surprised that Papa John's allows them to continue to use their name. This was our first and last time ever going to this location. I should have walked away when I arrived and the total was $10 more than what was quoted on the phone. I had to argue to get the price I was told. Note this location is 25 minutes from my house. I picked up my order on the way home from work at 8:53pm and by time I got home changed and sat down to eat it was 9:40pm. Now for the good part. I'm relaxed, ready to catch up on Blacklist and I find that my pizzas are both under cooked, just dough in the middle with some odd tasting sauce and toppings. Everything about it was off. I tried the wings that I had ordered and they were like rubber. A huge layer of fat wrapped the almost nonexistent meat and bones inside, it made me gag. Now this location closes at 9:30pm so when I reached for my phone it was pointless. I called today when I got home from work around 5:45pm. I spoke to the manager on duty telling him everything that had happen. He told me that I should have called the night before or in the morning on my way to work. He also said he can't do a refund the day after. After he heard that I was upset I was told that he would speak to the owner and call me back. He did call me back to tell me that I had to bring the pizzas and wings back to the store even after I told him it was 25 minutes away. I'm glad that I stored the pizza. I'm on my way there now... I returned my pizzas and wings and issued a full refund. Grateful that I got my money back, upset that I had to go through so much to get it. I guess they have never been a customer before or just don't care about how they treat theirs. read more

This doesn't have to be a very long review. This store is gross. I ordered a pizza and there was a large, dead bug on it. I asked for a refund. They said I would have to physically return the pizza with the bug to the store for inspection. I told them the pizza was already in the trash, but that I had a picture. They said the driver would have to get the pizza from the trash and return it in order to process a refund. In other words, they don't treat customers very well, and they also don't treat poorly-paid drivers well either. read more

I ordered a vegetarian pizza for delivery. It was delivered undercooked, the dough was crispy on the bottom but very gooey under the toppings. It was really disgusting, not edible at all. I called to let them know. The manager told me it was undercooked because i left the box checked for a regular cook. I should have requested that they cook the pizza longer. I let him know that I wasn't aware that they served it raw unless otherwise specified! They did not offer any solution at all!! So, I went online and made a formal complaint through their website.
