First, I ordered online for delivery. I get real busy durning the week and papa johns is never my go to for pizza but they were open so I decided to give them a try. It was a mistake. They called me after accepting my order and said they had no delivery drivers which I can understand durning this pandemic retaining or finding help period has been hard for lots of businesses so I didn't hold that against them and opted to pick up my order. When I returned home with my order the pizza was burnt. Papa johns is not cheap pizza to have just spent $30 and having picked it up only to get home to burnt pizza was a huge disappointment. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!Ordered pizza for my job. Paid $350, never bothered to show, didn't even call us. They finally called after 2 hours late and delivered. They did cancel the payment, but all my staff had already bought and eaten something else. Will never order from them again! I called and placed a delivery order on Friday January 1st and once I had placed my order a lady called me back from this store and told me that it would be 2 1/2 hours before they could deliver. I told her that it was for my boyfriend at work and 2 1/2 hours wouldn't work for me so to just go ahead and cancel it and I would figure something else out. She then said well it may not be that long it could be sooner but couldn't give me a time estimate so I told her again that it was okay that I didn't want to chance it so to just go ahead and cancel it. She then said K and hung up the phone. About an hour later I received a call from a driver asking about my order and said that it had not been canceled. Not sure why it was so hard for her to cancel the order but she was completely rude and unprofessional and I expect a full refund on my card. read more

I'm so disappointed in the service...it took over 40 minutes to receive my pizza which wasn't even the pizza I ordered. Then I got a call back that they gave the order to someone else and now I have wait for them to remake it. The part that really disappointed me was the manager didn't even apologize nor cared, he basically had an "oh well" attitude. read more

In the years this store has been open it has some good managers and some real poor managers. Unfortunately you never know who your getting or what you'll get, best to avoid altogether The continuous revolving manager issue is killing this place! One week good, next week crud. Worst costumer service and pizza I've ever experienced!!!! I ordered a large works pizza delivery and the crust was still doughy. When I called to inform the manager about it she was VERY rude! I called it a pan pizza which apparently is not the type of crust I ordered because she informed me there were 'No PAN pizzas made that day. Then she told me that all of the pizzas are cooked at the same temperature so she didn't understand how it could not be done. Asked me to bring her the pizza so she could look at it as if I was lying about it not being cooked properly. Mind you I had it delivered so why would I drive there so she could inspect it!! I told her I would not drive there and she said 'Well what do you want me to do about it?!' In a snotty and rude voice!!! I have never had a manager deal with a complaint like that ever!! Will not ever order from Papa Johns again anywhere!!!! She should be removed from her position as a manager!! read more

I have no problems other than the fact that I never get sauce when I order delivery. I always purchase it. So I'm wasting 1.20 on 2 sauces every time I order that I don't get. I order pizza like twice a week. So like $5 a month. Y'all are not a subscription service. That's too much money to be spending on sauce to not use it. Stop forgetting my sauce! Talk about bad.. these ID 10 T's can never get anything right. They manage to mess up in every aspect it's not even funny. No one there cares about the customers or service they provide. I've been there 3 times now and it gets worse and worse. The first experience I had there they got my order completely wrong and were extremely rude when I confronted them. The next time I ordered they forgot to make my order and when I got there they said they would expedite my order. I waited over an hour for a cheese pizza (& while I waited I observed how they did things). I saw people being unsanitary by not wearing gloves or anything. The guy at the cash register touching all the money was cooking the pizzas.. Then this third and final time I went to this location I placed my order and drove 20 minutes to pick it up to only be told me order was canceled (without notice) on accident. They claimed that someone called and canceled their order and they accidentally clicked it for my order. So the manager comes and doesn't do anything about it. Basically tells me I'll have to wait the 45 minute wait like any other customer. I said "oh that's fine, I'll wait." And then about 5-7 mins later he came back and said "I'm sorry but we actually lost your order again in the system. What did you have?" At that point I was done with their nonsense. Horrible!!! Our pizza & wings just arrived at 8:40pm after I placed an online order at 6:09pm. The pizza is completely cold, not even warm (we live only a mile from the store, road conditions are good). This is the second time we've had a problem with delivery, & it will be the last time we ever order from them!!! read more
