The child that put my order together ($32 with all the extras ). Didn't appreciate me asking why it didn't have all of the extra toppings I ordered and paid for. Told me not to be so rude when I asked why it was lacking half of the toppings I paid for...... parents please feel free to raise better people. I'm at my wit's end with this place, half the time you place an online order all goes as planned, the other 50% they lose your order, look amazed that you even placed one even though you are showing them your confirmation email, tell you they will get right on it, do they move you to the front of the line? NO! back to the end, even though they admitted to me that they lost my order and it was NEVER going to be made even though I certainly paid for it. When I asked for a refund, oh sorry we are too busy we cannot do that now, maybe tomorrow. What a joke of an establishment. Terrible management. read more

In general we love Papa Murphy's. Its good pizza that is guaranteed to be fresh and hot out of the oven once we get home. It also works great if you know you are going to have a lot of people to feed - a situation where pizza works great but delivery isn't quite tasty enough. The take and bake pizza is so much better than any delivery I've ever had! This location has friendly staff and has always gotten our orders right. Although I'm not a fan of their cookie dough, at least not right out of the tub - its a lot like a sugar cookie with chocolate chips rather than a chocolate chip cookie... read more

When I called ahead to order, they told me it would take 20 minutes to prepare. So I'm pretty ignorant of this place... I had no idea that you take an uncooked pizza home and cooked it. Any other pizza place would have taken 20 minutes to actually make my pizza. Thus, imagine my surprise when he gave me an uncooked pizza to take home. Does that really take a whole 20 minutes to prepare? Also, this is one of those places that charges you for crushed red peppers which is a darn shame. read more

OK, I'm from Chicago so I usually want a deep dish pizza. When I want that, I order them on-line from my favorite Chicago pizza joint and get them shipped on dry ice. However, when I just want a pizza from a local chain here in Lakewood CO., I only go to Papa Murphy's! Everything is super fresh every time and the people there are so nice. We now order on-line which is super easy and efficient. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be and we absolutely LOVE baking it the way we want to. Just went in for a pickup tonight and our order was all ready to go except for our salad. We asked for the Mediterranean but there wasn't any left. We didn't even have to bring it to their attention before one guy (sorry we didn't get your name!) offered to make one for us and apologized for not having one ready for us. He whipped one up in about three minutes. No hesitation and we didn't even have to ask for our salad or for him to make us one. Excellent customer service and excellent quality food! Will definitely be back! It's nice to know these guys care about customer service. They could've easily said they didn't have anymore salads for the night and refused to make us one but they didn't. It's due time that I write a review for this place. My husband and I have gone to multiple pizza joints in an effort to get some delicious pizza.. but a lot of them just didn't cut it. We were both baffled that this place has such delicious crust, ingredients,.. everything. The Chicago stuffed is our favorite but thin crust sausage is delicious too, and perfectly crispy. First time customers. First thing to say is that when we went in to order our pizzas we noticed that the store was VERY clean. There was no food on the floor on scattered on the counters and no bad smells. We were so impressed that we mentioned it to the two men working there. Next thing is that the 2 pizzas we ordered were very delicious. From the sauce to the cheeses to the toppings added. All was fresh tasting and quite a pleasure to have for our dinner. We will definitely be going back for more pizza as long as they maintain their standard of cleanliness and quality food. read more

I was passing the back of this place which was open, and two men were serving the line. One of them saw me looking in, as there were geese feasting on huge raw mounds of pizza dough on the pavement outside their door and it was just so sad I had to stop and ask who was doing this. The very large very sweaty man who had no facemask on grew very defensive very quickly. He said the pizza dough "were things found in nature" which truly explains a lot. This is animal cruelty. Those two birds could hardly move. I told him I would report him and I'm doing this as well because instead of saying he would stop he accused me of "harassment". What a sad joke. I will not be ordering any more pizzas from this place. And maybe you should close right now out of respect for what is happening. And maybe you should wear a mask. read more

First of all the pizza was good. One crust (original was so thin you could read a newspaper through it) but my problem is with the help. I ordered 2 pizzas and one cookie dough on line so I would not have to wait. when I arrived there was no pizza for my in the rack and they couldn't find the order. After 5 plus minutes they found the order and made the pizzas. They handed them to me and I left. Not realizing that I didn't have my cookie dough. Being as this was the fist time I had purchased from a Papa Murphy's (temporarily living with a relative in Lakewood) I was unaware that customers were supposed to grab their cookie dough out of the cabinet. When I got home and realized that I had still been charged for the cookie dough I called and asked for a credit. I was told that they would "put me in the book????" and issue a credit to my credit card. No credit so two days later I called and explained the issue, again told that a credit would be issued. Five days later still no credit. $5.00 is not the end of the world, I'm just going to forget it. Bjut the whole issue indicates how screwed up this franchise is. read more

This place is the worst run place. A couple weeks ago got the 2 topping special for 10$ for a large 2 topping pizza order 2 one 2 topping the with just 1 . The kid tried to charge me full price for the 1 topping.Then a week ago called in a order for 2 pizzas and they said they would be ready in 15 minutes .Get there and they didn't even make them ,the same kid took my order and acted like he never talked to me when I placed the order with him. So I gave up on that one and went to the one on West Belleview.Never will go back to that on Kipling they need to change personnel that work their in my opinion . read more

A couple of weeks ago I placed a online order for a future pickup. Got there 30 minutes after my scheduled time, and my order was not ready. The girls there were rude about it, and unhelpful. They told me breadsticks should be in the cooler...I agree with that, but when I tell them there were none, they acted like it was a inconvenience to make what I ordered. They begin to make a item, using a tub that was on a lower shelf that said keep refrigerated, but you could tell it was not cold. When I questioned the use of a product that said keep refrigerated, but was not, they told me their managers advises them that is where it should be stored and it is fine. I left with out my product, I didn't want something that could be unsafe. They would/could not provide a refund since I paid online. I sent a message a few weeks ago asking a manger to contact me about this lack of service, lack of product I paid for and unsafe food practices and have yet to hear from anyone. read more

Tried to go by this location for pizza tonight -- Papa Murphy's has specials on Tuesday nights. They've apparently "closed for renovations" for a week, but didn't bother posting signs in advance to try to advise any of their customers. They just let people drive over to fine them closed. Great customer service!! (Sarcasm) I'm inclined to believe that this location is likely owned by the same owners as the only other location within 5 miles (Sheridan and Jewell), because we went to that location and they are ALSO "closed for renovations". Seriously?! I can safely say I won't be a returning Papa Murphy's customer any time soon, if ever. And to clarify what another recent reviewer posted -- the square this location is in is in no way "sketchy". It's in a perfectly nice part of Lakewood surrounded by $300-400K homes... Was told you can but you will have to pay for it. Got the taco pizza and it was over the top with onions. Always had good service here. Flavor is what to expect for a papa murphy's. The strip center means lots of parking and I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes to get the pizza ordered and made. Papa Murphy's is probably the best overall food deal around but i have recently had two disappointing experiences. #1 i received and e-mail promoting an online deal but was unable to order at my local store so I called them andthey assured me that all I had to do was bring a copy of the email and they would honor it I did. They didn't. #2 another email about the Friday Fav 5 deal. I called and actually had a conversation regarding the deal, placed my order and when I arrived, was told that I must NOT have ordered the Fav 5, and that next time I should be more clear. No $5 pie for me... Editing this review: upgrading score from 2 to 5. Over the pasr few months, my experience with this store has reversed 180 degrees. New management or new employees or just a new attitude. Doesn't matter... Thanks for the outstanding effort. It is appreciated. read more
