I was unable to discover a single bit of artichoke on my chicken, bacon artichoke pizza. Disappointing.

Ordered a family size pizza today and paid for the addition of olives and Italian sausage. Plenty of olives were added, however, I found only a few crumbles of sausage in less than a 1 1/2" square spot on the pizza. Further, a 3/4" wring of the outside diameter of the pizza lacked any filling whatsoever. I used to get nice chunks of Italian sausage when I ordered it extra. Today there was less than a teaspoon. Italian sausage must be as rare and as expensive as Beluga caviar these days. read more

Came in almost before close, doors were locked. When I knocked on the doors they looked and started laughing and would come answer. A couple minutes of me knocking before they finally came, and then had an attitude. If you're going to hire high schoolers at least make sure they aren't entitled assholes who don't do there job. read more

I had to walk out. I went in to order a pizza. There were no other customers in the store. A few employees were preparing pizzas. I glanced at them and looked up at the menu. No one said anything to me. I was standing there for about a minute when a man came in and walked right to the register. A female employee walked right by me. She glanced at me but said nothing to me. She then went right to the man who had just come in. He started ordering his pizza. I was appalled. I said I was here first as I was walking towards the door. She started talking as I was leaving, I kept walking. Horrible service. I will not go into this store again. Tried to place an order in store and they had already put everything away before the store was actually closed. I had arrived with plenty of time to have them make a pizza and still be out the door before 8pm. I like their pizza more than any others and the app is very easy to maneuver and customize. However, today I tried to input a mailed coupon on my online order and it wouldn't take it. Kept saying it was not valid. I asked the store attendant why it rejected the coupon and he said coupons are only allowed on in store orders since there is no way to manage multiple uses of the same coupon. Come on, in today's AI world, Papa Murphy's needs to get their entry system into the 21st century!! read more

The papa Murphy store in Hayden has wonderful workers and their pizzas always delicious

I used to love Papa Murphy's. The last couple times I ordered from there, I was upset at the lack of toppings compared to past orders. I had a medium pepperoni and it only had 7 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. Last night I thought I would take a chance and try again - ordered a medium Cowboy and was super disappointed at the toppings once again. Very few olives, hardly any sausage and barely any mushrooms. I had to add my own cheese or it would have just been a bit of sauce. Sadly, I will never order from there again. read more

Ordered a Cowboy pizza and received ground sausage on it instead of Italian sausage. Girl at the store told me they discontinued Italian sausage and only use ground sausage now. Called Liberty Lake store and they still use both types of sausage. If you discontinue a product your menu in the store and menu when ordering online should reflect that a certain product is not offered in your store.... smh.... read more

The owner. Say no more. I feel bad for the kids who work here. Ebenezer Scrooge owner treats them terribly, and what's worse is you can see it rub off on them and they show attitude to each other. He is not afraid to yell at them right in front of a long line of customers. Just a very negative place. Slow service as well. Someone should turn him in to corporate. read more

So this review is not about Papa Murphy's in general. It's about this particular location. I generally prefer pizza places where they bake it for you, but it is kind of nice if you're out and about to go grab a pizza, go home, shower, then bake it fresh rather than coming home and having to go out again if you want pizza. That being said, this location does not live up to the standards of other Papa Murphy's. I went here once, and the owner was incredibly rude to both another customer and a kid who was working there. The customer didn't get what she ordered and he got mad at her, then at the kid in front of another employee, myself, and a different customer- and threw the pizza. He was "cold" towards me too. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. Having done food service in the past, I get that sometimes things happen before you as the customer get there that might cause tension - though he should've handled in the back. So I come back here and based off what I witnessed, and the other reviews, it's clear to me that this is a regular occurrence. They weren't that busy. The whole purpose of a take n bake shop is to go in, get in line, they make the pizza and you're out in 2 minutes. That's how it was every other time at other Papa Murhpy's, but not this one. I was told it would be 20-25 minutes, then after my order was placed two people called in and the owner yelled to an employee "QUIT TELLING PEOPLE 25 MINUTES I'M MAKING PIZZAS TELL THEM AT LEAST 40!!!" It was at about an hour by the time I got my food. He yelled at the employee a few other times related to answering the phone and putting people on hold and gave clearly contradictory orders. Everyone just looked at each other so awkward. I was in there an hour, and it was clear the owner has no idea how to handle a rush of every kind. Papa Murphy's is great. This location? Where to start? Where to start? Slow service. Employees who are as lost as the manager/owner of the place. Walked in, placed my order. Stood to the side and watched as half the employees were playing grab ass and the other half were busting their asses trying to get orders out. Watched 4-5 people who ordered after I did get their pizzas and leave, all the while the owner is standing there with a cathartic look on his face. Terrible service! I ordered a pizza and two Caesar salads. When I got my order home, I noticed they didn't give me salad dressing. I called the store and the kid told me "to come back and get it" otherwise there was nothing he could do. I asked to talk to a manager and he said one would have to call me back. No one called me back. If this was not a well known Pizza chain, I have no doubt this place would already be out of business judging by the many 1 star reviews they already have. read more

I've ordered from here Many times through their app or Uber eats. Just had a delivery and I thought it looked like the cheese was less then normal. After baking it could see hardly no cheese. Who wants a crust and sauce pizza. I could get a new pizza if I went to their store which I explained does not work for me as I am disabled and have no vehicle . Nice friendly staff, fast efficient service but food handling definitely had some problems. They staff was great at wearing gloves but never changed them after touching their body, hair, computer screen or jalapeño peppers. Outside of that the price is good for the amount of pizza. I haven't been to this store in about two years. The last time we had pre-ordered our pizzas so they would be ready when we got there. My wife went in and the pizzas weren't ready, so she had to wait behind people that were ordering their pizzas in the store, which is unacceptable to begin with. While my wife was waiting inside, my son got sick all of a sudden and puked inside the car while we were waiting. I ran inside to get napkins and they didn't have a single one to give me. So we had to drive home with vomit all over the back seat. I don't hold grudges, but this place did me wrong that day and they lost my family's business. I always got diarrhea from this store's pizzas anyway. Not worth it. read more

Writing you directly from the establishment itself just to let you know how long the wait at this place always is...I online ordered and was told my order would be ready at 4:30 pm..it is now 5:00 pm and I am still oh-so-patiently waiting for my order. While talking to some folks also waiting, I learned that some of them have been waiting 40 MINUTES!! Absolutely unacceptable. I like Papa Murphy's pizza over any other pizza chain but, having to wait what feels like forever is just not worth it anymore.. UPDATE: Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star.. it's 5:10 pm..just got my ONE pizza..they messed up my order. This is supposed to be 1/2 and 1/2......looks like 3/4 and 1/4. I asked the person in charge if that looks like half and half and he said it looks close. Close is not half, they have one job. I paid almost $16 for a pizza that I have to cook myself. He offered to remake my pizza that I waited 30 minutes for and still needed to go home and bake. Really awful. I have to say I very very rarely post on this. But this papa Murphy's and the staff are all terrible. There's 15 people in line, 9 employees working and we're all in line or 20 minutes plus. Yes they are all teenagers but that's no excuse for poor work ethic. Everyone is moving very slow, there's usually at least 3 people standing around doing nothing. All 20 people waiting at this establishment are pissed. And it's not because the staff are too busy and over their heads because that's understandable. It's because they are all moving like turtles and not even listening when they get orders. They have to triple check what the person even said. I will NEVER come back here. As I type this people are walking out the door inpatient and upset. Get your staff to hustle up and prioritize their positions. read more

I've been to this Papa Murphy's location about 4 times now. Every time it's been a call ahead order, and every time I've had to wait 20+ minutes for my pizza AFTER the time I was told it'd be ready. I'm wonderfully pleased with my experience! We went in looking for pizza right before closing, expecting some annoyance from the employees because of our last minute arrival. However, the guys, Noah, Dom, and Kole, were great! Very friendly, were patient as we decided, very prompt, and not even remotely perturbed by us coming in so late. It was awesome! Last time I ordered pizza here I did it online. It said it would be done by 4:55pm. I showed up at the drive in at 5:10. Was asked to park in the lot and somebody would bring it out. 5:43 when I got my pizza... another time I was at the old location and waiting for my pizza. An elderly women was trying to come inside and fell on the ice and split her head open. The owner/manager (white haired fella) slipped out the back door while I and one of his employees helped the lady... (he witnessed it!) I've never looked at that prick the same. read more

Ordered pizza, was told the wait would be 2 hours. Showed up when the pizza was supposed to be ready, and I had to wait another hour and a half because they kept messing up orders. When they finally got to me, they had completely messed up my order and asked if I was ok taking what the y made, or else I would have to wait. Papa Murphy's pizza quality is consistent. However the management at the Post Falls store lacks customer service skills. The owner/manager, George, is never helpful or pleasant to deal with. On multiple occasions I have ordered online for pickup at the drive through only to have the drive through not staffed when I get there. I've waited multiple times for someone to come to the window and nobody shows up to help you. This last time I had enough and drove away. If you order from this location plan to go inside, the drive through is useless. read more

I'll start by saying the pizza was fine. Exactly what I expected and the time frame for which it was made was ok based on how busy they seemed to be. The staff were nice and seemed to be doing their best. The reason for the one star is because of a man named George. I was APPALLED at how he treated the staff. I assumed he is owner or manager, however, I didn't ask. Just observed. The poor kids who work there are verbally mistreated and completely disrespected by this man. One girl was continuously made fun of for her height and there was even another girl that kept telling him to stop and be nice. While he was being so rude to the staff he also kept slamming trays of food around and throwing pepperoni on the floor. I'm all for having fun at work and inside jokes and understand that sometimes they are inappropriate or only funny to the people involved. This was not that.
