I ordered a chicken bacon artichoke, a pizza that by default should come on thin crust, and specified thin crust. I double checked with the gentleman that gave me my order that it was thin crust. After baking, I clearly do not have thin crust. Normally I wouldn't say anything about something like this and just chalk it up to human error, but this is the third time in a row I've ordered a DeLite pizza from this location and had it come on regular crust. Once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, thrice is a pattern. Usually this a great location so it's disappointing to have these experiences. Halloween night it was absolutely packed - you could barely get into the lobby. Every employee was hustling and even coming into the lobby to write names down and make sure they knew we were there for pickup orders. The lady who seemed to be the manager was very professional and direct with some customers who had little to no patience and we're not being nice at all to the employees. I felt bad for everyone working, but they kept calm and we're killing it getting everyone taken care of in the crowd. read more

Basically we use this in place of frozen pizzas. Better than any frozen pizza you would keep at home so it's worth it if that was what your other option is. The pizza is really good. I just don't like the hair I sometimes find in it. They're really fast at prepping your order, just be sure to check the accuracy. The whole fact that you have to bake them yourself isn't even a big deal cause most of the pizzas are done in 15min. So don't let that stop you from getting pizza from here. Let me just say the quality of the food for the price is great. The staff is very friendly. Maybe they just need more time or training to tie their hair back better & ensure order/price accuracy. read more

In nearly nine years of living in Puyallup and ordering from this restaurant I've never had anything other than great service and terrific food. The staff is invariably polite and helpful, even on weekends and during the COVID "carry out" rushes. The pizza is always fresh and made to order. They also have a delicious "go to" Chicken Caesar Salad for when the kid wants pizza but we adults wants something lighter. They are very 'coupon friendly', honoring online and mailed out discounts. A great product (and service) for the price. Quick tip: their cookie dough is very good, but their carry out, bake yourself S'mores are even better. read more

So here's the thing, it's Papa Murphy's, the pizza is decent. Here's the problem, the employees don't pay attention to the order you place and they are really limited on what they are willing to do do make your order right when they do mess up. I placed an order that included a cheese bread (there are two types and we order one of each). One cheese bread arrived and the other did not. They charge a $6 delivery charge and have a $1 service fee. When I called to have my order corrected, first without even looking at my order I was told they sent the right order, which they did, it was just incomplete. When she did finally look it up and acknowledge the error on their part they were unwilling to deliver the item that THEY MISSED. I was told I could drive to them (again I paid an additional charge for delivery) or they could put it on my account for next time. I paid for delivery for a reason and would expect that they complete the order that I paid for. Really, really poor way to do business. Again, the food is good enough, but the customer service is garbage. They accepted my payment for the food, right? And I was charged for delivery, right? read more

So I decided to go with Papa Murphy's today because they have been our go to spot, but today they really pissed me off. They have a rewards program, and the way it works is every time you buy a pizza, you check in on a tablet at the register and once you check in 12 times, you get a free pizza. Today we attempted to check in but the table was not working "since yesterday ". We asked the employees what can be done and the answer was, we can't do anything about it. Hey I got it, the machine is down but there's always a solution to a problem. My Solution would had been to take my number and when the machine is back up... sign me in and give me credit. I was there yesterday June 30th, between around 6:30pm while I was waiting for my Pizza to be made and the girl in the back was putting pizza dough into the machine with NO gloves on. I also asked for light sausage on my pizza and I got extra mushrooms. Overall, they normally have great pizza but with everything going on, I think gloves should obviously be work when you're in direct contact with food. read more

Excellent service, Excellent pizza! The last time I made an order, I had my baby with me. Seeing I was juggling a few things already, the employee "Dakota" stopped what he was doing, removed his apron, and carried my entire order out to my car! I was blown away! I've been a fan of this franchise for a long time, especially since they have their ingredients posted online and use more natural ingredients than a majority of your fast food style pizza places. They also have gluten free choices. This store in particular always makes my orders on time and the pizza tastes awesome. read more

Normally we don't get pizza from this location and we wont be ever again. I know Tuesdays are busy days, but honestly there was no meat on our Cowboy. We didn't notice until we got home, but we could only see one piece of sausage and very sparse on the pepperoni. We get Papa Murphy's pizza at least two times a month; so we know what normally comes on the pizza. read more
