It came out piping hot, fresh and fantastic. The crust was amazing. Light & crispy and held up to those ingredients perfectly. The way that the pizza is presented and cut into those grids gives it a stylish dimension & easier to share amongst others. A genius creation to make it effortless to handle. Atmosphere was fun. Even had time for a karaoke tune! Our server was polite and always on top of things to make sure we were being well taken care of throughout our experience. Superb customer service! This location is a family operated business. You can feel the presence of that right when you walk thru the doors. They had freezing cold AC blasting but also offered heaters for the outdoor seating in cooler days or nights. We were seated right away and the waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. Garlic and buttery, but not too strong. Crunchy on the outside amd soft on thr inside. Overall, this was a very strong showing. It's gonna be a problem for me that this place is 5 mins from my home. I will likely eat in or just do the by the slice to keep that strong crunch. I may ask for some jalapeño on the Hawaiian or barbecue chicken to get a little heat. I ordered two orders of meatballs (4 total) and only received 2. They did offer to remake the missing order, but I would've had to go back and pick it up, which wasn't convenient. When the mistake is on their end, there should be a better effort to make it right. They also didn't offer anything extra for the inconvenience. no complimentary order next time, just a credit for the two meatballs I never received, which is the bare minimum since I already paid for them. Between the repeated mistakes and the lack of real customer service, I won't be ordering from here again. There are plenty of great Italian restaurants nearby that get it right the first time, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

He deserves recognition and support--because employees like him make all the difference! Management failed him!
