This is a super easy and cheap pizza option. Call in your order and it is ready by the time you get there. Have a buddy start the oven and pop it in when you get home! Every pizza comes with coupons and baking instruction, make sure to hit this location on tuesday to get any large pizza for $10. The staff is always courteous and quick. I have gone in a and waited a few times as well and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my pie. This business needs some work. For the second time in a row i was treated poorly by the same employee. Luckily One of the other employees stepped up. I came in (admittedly a little alter than i wanted) at 753 and tried to order a pizza, i was told they don't accept orders 10 minutes before closing. That is all well and good except my wife called and tried to place an order 20 minutes before closing and was also turned down. I asked why they don't make pizza's until 8 and as he was making a pizza he said it was 8. As i have my phone in my hand that said 756. I know i am splitting hairs but in the service industry something that small can make or break. Customer service retraining is recommended for some of the staff. I did end up leaving with 2 premade pizzas they had in back thanks to the other employee. Will try and avoid this location from here on out. read more

While I do enjoy Papa Murphy's on occasion, this location is lack luster. (The location on McCarran in Northwest Reno is much better.) First, my fiance called and asked about a coupon for a specific pizza and whether they would accept it. The individual answering the phone indicated that they did and we placed our order. However, when we arrived, the manager (who did not even speak to us) advised his associate that they would not honor the coupon. Second, the attitude of everyone in the establishment was not enjoyable. If felt as though we were a burden on their day. Third, the pizza was just thrown together haphazardly. Again, I have purchased Papa Murphy's several times from the Northwest location and they are all smiles and helpful. I love 10 dollar Tuesday's. It's the Chicken Veggie with no bacon, thin crust, light on the white sauce for me. I cut mine in squares, by the way, and it's so gourmet. Spinach and artichokes! Oh my! Disappointed. Have been a customer for years. Today JC, the franchise owner, would not honor my online coupon, though I use them all the time. I like the pizza but the interaction with the owner over honoring the coupon specials is ridiculous. From the past reviews I am reading this is a very common occurrence. been a very long time since I've done the "take and bake" thing. but I needed something easy while I watched my 49ers suffer through their so far, dismal season..... first off, the 2 young men behind the counter were very helpful and politely mannered. I so appreciate polite from the younger sorts! Not bad pizza. However beware of the promotional Faves 5.00 Pizza. I ordered a large one topping thin. ( that's what the advertisement stated ). I was charged 11.00. When I asked about the special & what the difference was.. I was told the 5.00 pizza had more crust & less sauce cheese & toppings. Sounds yummy right!?!. The food itself is very good, but the owner ruins the experience. She is consistently working the cash register, older white woman, and every time she is at the restaurant I have a poor experience. She is very rude, disrespectful, and short with customers. I hate to give my money to someone who doesn't care at all about customer service. When she speaks to customers she does so in a condescending and angry manner. The employees, on the other hand, are very friendly and super helpful for the most part. I also enjoy the fact that they offer $10 Tuesdays for their pizzas and provide a lot of coupons and customers. What a crazy bad experience. I ordered a gluten free pizza and when I arrived it had been made with cheese. I asked to have it remade without cheese and was told by a very strange a rude staff member that I would have to wait behind the other orders. When I told him this was not ok, I was told that he was very busy and that other orders were waiting (by the way, I placed my order on-line 45 minutes before I arrived). I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he was the manager. Because his behavior was so very odd I asked again if he had a manager title after his name. He said no that he is the closest thing without the owners having to pay more. Ok, so now I asked for the name and contact information of the owners and he stated he was not allowed to give this information out that they would be contacting me....what? I then had 2 other employees come over and offer to help stating that the first employee was "out of hand" and there was nothing they could do.
