You order at the register and the guy was very friendly. I ordered a small supreme pizza that came with 8 slices. My co worker ordered the chicken parmigiana. It came with a side salad and garlic bread. Our food came out in good timing. My co worker did not like the chicken so much but did like the garlic bread and salad. I loved my pizza! I loved how crispy the dough was and not too much crust but just enough. The toppings and sauce ratio was perfect. I shared a slice with my co worker and he agreed that the pizza was delicious. SUPER IMPRESSED! Papa's pizza pie! It is under new ownership and it has been a while since we went back! Yesterday we went to celebrate our little nephew's birthday and I must say I was extremely impressed with the service. The food was incredible! When it came time to sing Happy Birthday, their TV screens displayed messages and music! The host never lost a beat, even though there were roughly 40 people there. The service we were provide by the customer service rep was exceptional. I asked for peppers, parmasaen cheese, plates and napkins. He provided us with exactly what we needed. This place needs a full on customer service etiquette training course! Not only did they make the wrong pizza for us, making it impossible to eat due to dietary restrictions. When we called to tell them the wrong pizza was delivered by Door Dash after waiting almost 2 hours, she told us it would be another 1 1/2 hour wait because they were slammed. They didn't offer to compensate us for the useless Door Dash fee. They ended up making another pizza that we had to pick up. We have been coming here for pizza and pasta for years. It is usually very good but we recently ordered spaghetti with meatballs and the angel hair pasta. There was minimal spaghetti sauce when there is usually plenty and the sauceless meatballs were just dumped on top. And the Angel hair dish was very bland. So disappointing.
