Working with Sue was such a great experience!!!!! :D Its not often when a business goes above and beyond to meet all of your expectations :) I was in need of some elegant sweet 16 invitations. I was avoiding going to a store like staples because I really wanted to decide all of the tiny details one on one with someone. That's why I'm so happy I found Paper wonders. Sue is an absolute sweetheart, who really cares about the client experience. When I first found paper wonders and gave Sue a call, she asked me what I had in mind for my invitations, and I told her we were thinking about a laser cut tree that opened up to the invitation. She understood what I wanted and had different samples and ideas laid out for us the same day, during our first visit. She is also great with working within a budget and is not pushy when it comes to add ons. I was tempted at some points to add cute add ons to our invitations but I had to remind myself that this isn't a wedding. However for my baby shower and wedding invitations I'm going all out! Lol :D Once we had some ideas going we visited with Sue 2 more times, and emailed concepts and ideas back and fourth. I was very particular on the spacing, symmetry and the flow of the invitation. She captured everything I wanted and helped made our party soooooo much better with our beautiful invitations. You can tell that Sue is truly passionate with her work and her clients and I just wish there was more small businesses that worked the way she does. Thank you so much Sue and to your team too! I also loved our conversations when we would get carried away and start chatting for 45 minutes or an hour lol I'll also add that Sue has a lot of knowledge in the party planning/ wedding industry. She has a lot of good tips for decorating and she even let me rent two of her backdrops from her for our party :D Anyone who is looking for some amazing invitations please give Paper wonders a try! :) You won't regret it! read more

I'm so SO SOOO glad we found Paper Wonders!! Sue has been so accommodating because she knew we were a little behind on sending out our wedding invitations. She was able to schedule me an appointment right away and once I picked out what I wanted she was able to send me a sample the next morning and basically, she finished everything in less than a week. My biggest stress with 8 weeks left was the invitation/RSVP but Sue has literally fixed that!!! I am sorry to say that this review is long overdue. My upscale destination wedding in Riviera Maya Mexico required an invitation that was luxurious and glitzy like my wedding will be... Audrey deserves a round of applause for her lovely hard work ! There are not enough words to describe how satisfied and happy I was with my wedding invitations Audrey went above and beyond to give me the most excellent experience a bride could ever ask for! She was organized and professional and very easy to work with! BUT !!! What really makes her above and beyond is when I had received my final order and went home I realized that three of the wedding invitations were missing the rhinestone appliqués to it. I called Audrey immediately and she profusely apologized to me! She offered and even showed up at my house with her toolbox and by hand added the rhinestones to each invitation in my living room !!!! And then handed me a check of $100 as an apology!!!!!!! Who does that?! AMAZING AUDREY DOES! I was floored and humbled by such great customer service. Long overdue review. My wife and I got married exactly eleven years ago today and as I was looking thru the photo albums, I was reminded of the beautiful job Audrey did for us, from the invitations and rsvps to the programs and seating name cards. We found Audrey thru a friend's recommendation and at the time she was in Temple City. My wife and I wanted a somewhat Chinese influenced design but didn't want the traditional bright red and gold 'bombs". Audrey was extremely easy to work with and allowed my wife to create our own custom design using her templates and tools. By the time we got married, we not only were super satisfied with her work, we felt as if we had made a new friend and even invited her to our wedding. After the wedding we saw each other a couple of times at bridal shows at my place of work in Pasadena. She has since moved to Orange county and we stopped by her Brea store before she moved again. Due to my change in employment we fell out of touch but I was delighted to find her here on Yelp. Paper wonders is fantastic! Sue is amazingly patient as she helps you figure out what design best fits your vision and your budget. Her prices are extremely affordable. I met with other companies, but Sue had the best price! Not only was her price the best but her quality of work seems to be of nothing but the best. Not only did she craft gorgeous and high quality invitations that garnered many compliments from our wedding guests, she was accommodating, communicative, and able to with with a tight timeline. My husband and I found Audrey, owner of Paper Wonders at a bridal show in Orange County. Initially Audrey's store was in Brea when we began working with her, and she then moved to Fullerton. Audrey has all kinds of samples all over her store not just for weddings, but bridal and baby showers, as well as thank you cards. Audrey provided invitations, programs, escort cards and table numbers for us. Her work is excellent, she is timely, and very well priced. For the type of invitation I wanted with a lace overlay and pearls, I was quoted about $5 more from other invitation vendors. In addition, Audrey really cares about her clients, my wedding was on 12/27/14, and I met with Audrey on CHRISTMAS DAY to pick up escort cards and she even made changes for me that day because I had several last minute add on's and drops. That alone demonstrates Audrey's high level of customer service. Hands down Audrey was one of my favorite vendors to work with, she was personable, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend using Paper Wonders. I would definitely use them in the future when needing a paper good vendor. read more

We used her for all our wedding paper needs and she came through with flying colors! Save the Dates, Invites, Menus, Table Numbers, Seating Chart - she did it all at a very affordable price. Everything matched and flowed with our wedding's elegant garden theme. We were even able to get wax and this cute L-O-V-E seal that, well, sealed the deal! We just received our wedding invitations and we absolutely love them! Audrey did a great job! We first met for a consultation where she showed us various wedding invitation samples. We narrowed it down to a specific style then put a deposit for our order. She was very patient with the number of corrections we ended up making as we were figuring out what we really wanted the invitations to say and portray. We came in for a final consultation and she showed us a mock invitation. She completed our order within a month from the final consultation and they turned out perfect! Additionally she gave us a few extra envelopes due to people commonly making errors on addresses (which we ended up needing). I am not sure about other couples but for my fiance and myself the wedding invitations were really what made our wedding surreal and it was important that the invitation set the stage for our guests on our overall wedding theme and style we are going to have (we picked one with ivory lace, purple satin ribbon, and a sparkling gem for our glamorous romantic theme).
