When I ordered my food with the server Mason, I ordered the chicken quesadilla for dine in and I ended up getting a chicken fajita platter for to go so that was very annoying to deal with. They did issue a refund and make it right but it was an unnecessary inconvenience. It wasn't too bad of a place to eat it's just the tables were too close to each other. It felt like I was eating with the people next to me

This review is specifically for the airport location at DFW terminal C. Our flight got delayed to San Antonio so we had time to get a bite to eat after all. Came in for a snack. My wife and I split the beef sheet plate and it was quite tasty for airport food. Good place to drop in if you have a few minutes and need some sustenance before the next leg of your travel.

After a 5am flight from Phoenix, my brother and I had a 2 hour layover in. Dallas on our way to Aruba. We looked at our breakfast options and decided on Pappasito's. Service was friendly and fast, coffee was adequate, and the food was very good too... Despite a bit of a limited breakfast menu, I was pleased that they were able to customize the breakfast platter with egg whites for me. If you find yourself at DFW and have the time, don't overlook Pappasito's Cantina for food or drinks!

Had a few hours between flights and wanted to sit and have a meal. Good service and food was out quick. Actually enjoyed it more than I expected especially for airport food. Way better than a dry $11 sub from the grab and go options nearby.

It was definitely a good amount of food for the airport for that price and the taste was decent. It was my drink. The margarita ouuuhhhh it was made very well. It tasted good too. If I had two of them I definitely would have had a nice buzz. It was $20 and worth the money.

Beef quesadilla was solid. Pricey, but solid. Post up at the bar and meet Jason. Guys about 10 feet tall, you can't miss him and his incredible personality.

At DFW my go to SPOT for QUESO and a MARGGIE! No matter what terminal I always make my way to break up my journey with a great time! Service is always speedy! I'd like the lights a little lower to create a separation from the terminal brightness!

We had an hour in the airport before our flight and my boyfriend recommended we go here as he has been to the other locations and it is a TX staple! I loved the watermelon margarita - it tasted like a jolly rancher! He loved the regular margarita. These were pricy as are all airport drinks. Chips were so thin and salty which I love- kinda reminded me of chilis chips!!! Salsa was hot and fresh. We got the queso which we were expecting to be a little bigger but it ended up being enough for us. When it gets busy you will have to wait and sometimes the staff can get overwhelmed. If you are getting up to go to the bathroom leave a napkin over your drink otherwise they will take it! The people next to us had their drinks taken twice because they thought they left. They did remake them without a problem. Would go and try more food next time!

The food was PHENOMENAL!!! If you don't try anything else, please try the BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP! I'm coming back just for that, but everything was pretty good. Pricey but it's the airport. The customer service was A1!!!! The ambiance friendly. If you're ever in DFW PLEASE COME HERE!

Chicken fajitas plate, chicken was well seasoned and moist with plenty for 2 to share. Flour tortillas, so good.

Service was excellent, given previous experiences in airport restaurants. Ambiance is festive despite being in an airport. The food was pleasantly good and large portions.

Im unsure why the reviews are in the 3's. I dined in on Christmas day, and was very well pleased. My server, Gabi, was exceptional, attentive, and a joy to the environment around her. The food was way better than I expected, being my first time there. Very hot, very fresh, and very full of flavor. Highly recommend!

When I have to eat airport food, I keep my expectations low. I was really blown away by the friendly, quick service and how good the food was. I got the fajita platter, and I was so full I didn't even need to eat dinner. Good size for the cost, flavor was really good. Highly recommend. The side dish of Chips and salsa may look expensive, but the amount of chips they give you is almost the size of a Tostitos bag of chips. Your welcome.

The epitome of airport scam restaurant. $20 for a teeny tiny chicken quesadilla with frozen chicken. The owner should be ashamed.

We received two different salsas, a green one and a red/brown smoky one, the smoky salsa was really good, and it had almost a smoky, very chipotle flavor. The chips themselves were warm and crispy, they were also pretty good with both of the salsas. I asked for the Avacado shrimp salad, and after about 10-12 minutes all of our food came out, despite the restaurant being busy. In total we ordered my salad, a Cactus empanada of sorts, a couple tacos as well as a couple enchiladas. For about 20 dollars, the proportion of my salad was stellar! I got plenty of shrimp as well as a gracious amount of Avacado to go with it, all sitting on a bed of crispy salad, diced cucumbers and grated cheese (not sure which cheese.) The enchiladas were delicious, I got a bite of it and it was very bright, the mushrooms in it went well with the flavor they were trying to go for, and the sauce on top was delicious. The music wasn't too loud but it was noticeable, the lights all around were nice and dim, and there was occasional floral and red candle decorations around the place giving it a flowery, near authentic Tex-Mex restaurant experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get really good Tex-Mex food with a very nice service! P.S: I love that they have the addition of mouthwash in their bathrooms, perfect for adjusting your breath on a date. But do not make the same mistake I did of pumping mouthwash onto your hands thinking it's soap, don't be like me

The service here was great on my visit. The atmosphere, albeit a little crowded, was comfy. As I do with my first visit at any Tex-Mex joint, I order the combo plate. I was very pleased with it here. The taco was crunchy with nicely seasoned (non-greasy) ground beef and lettuce and cheese served on the side (I told them no tomatoes). The tamale had a wonderful brisket-like filling, although there was a little too much masa for me. The cheese enchilada was filled with actual cheese, which is a good (if not rare) thing these days. The chili con carne topping was wonderful, as was the rice -- which is among the most perfectly cooked that I have ever experienced in a Tex-Mex joint. The refried beans were run-of-the mill. I must say that the enchilada tortillas are firmer than most. Not necessarily bad, but they definitely don't par-fry these things before rolling. I tend to judge Tex-Mex joints by their salsa. If it's served warm, I take points off the board. This stuff is served ice-cold and has a wonderful bite. Bottom line: If I lived here, I'd be a regular. Excellent Tex-Mex.
