This visit was slightly better as we were greeted right away with a smile, but I noticed the bar ware hadn't changed much. My vodka martini was served in a small glass with no stem, and our bartender again used his fingers, rather than a spoon or cocktail skewer, to extract the olives. The wooden facade behind the bar could be classy and beautiful but appears to be just an afterthought with only a few types of liquor lined up on it. This place seems to be more focused on beer. I did like the open windows which had tables directly under them although my favorite piece of decor is the original Victory Cleaners sign that hangs on the wall opposite the bar. If you're a beer drinker, this is more of a place for you, as the emphasis is more on beer than specialty cocktails.

With food trucks, live music, TVs, and an excellent pizza shop across the street, you can enjoy entertainment, a football game, and good food along with beer or even cocktails. For beer, they have an excellent year round IPA - Shack IPA - named after a lost building on LBI. It is West Coast style, generously hopped, and very drinkable. Swell Dorado double IPA is a bit more powerful, and the hazy IPAs are lighter and less hoppy. In addition to the excellent Off Season Sour, seasonal beers like the Imperial Pumpkin and stouts provide great variety. Ship Bottom's hard seltzers are incredible and light on calories. They have 8-10 flavors and mix the flavors by order. Try the Spicy Banana and Prickly Pear! We couldn't sit outside one time without hearing screaming and crying just FEET away. If you're ok with that, this is the place for you. Even Friday and Saturday nights it's packed with small children. Hopefully this is something that changes in the future because it keeps us from coming.

She had many groups but she still gave us top notch service. All the food is great here but I absolutely love their deviled crab cake. I can't get good crab cakes where I live so I devour them when in PA. I also love their house salad. I did not get pictures of main course since dived into eating them. They have great desserts as well. I love their rice pudding and this time I tried the peanut butter dessert which was great. I have never had a bad meal here. It's a place that I love to visit and catch up with family and friends.

Kudos to the bartenders for knowing what "up" means! I always get my goto drink, Grey Goose up with a twist, prepared properly and generously here. Can't say that about some bars in Delco I have been to--either incorrect or overpriced. The food is overall typical for a casual dining/bar. There are some must-try items on the menu. If you like crabmeat, the Norwood tots are a different twist with how to have crabmeat. Creative! The pizzas are pretty good as well. I am very much a "purist" when it comes to what a pizza should be made of, but the cauliflower-crust is my exception. I haven't had good pizza in Delco until I had the cauliflower-crust pizza. A thin, crispy crust! Not the thick, doughy crust that I have encountered with most Delco pizza places. For those that don't like cauliflower, have no fear. The cauliflower-crust pizza does not taste like cauliflower. You would not know it contains cauliflower. There are also some great specials I have enjoyed. One special I really loved was the halibut with risotto. I could eat that EVERY day! I come here pretty often. I have come here for lunch, dinner, drinks, and held my 50th birthday party here. The disappointing part was that it was never turned on for us. It took several minutes for a waiter to come over to greet us, and triple that to get our first round of drinks. When drinks were brought there were still 3 missing but were eventually brought out. All of our drinks were in wine glasses which was strange and we did not get wine. Our prosecco had the proper glassware however. The waiter then walked away but we called him back as we wanted to get appetizers. We placed them and off the waiter went. While we sipped and toasted another waiter come over stating they had a glass of champagne for someone at the table which had a piece of fruit on the bottom. Well 10 minutes later and almost done the drink they came over and said "actually that drink was not meant for this table". Did they expect us to return it? Why even say that to a party? We all felt like it took forever, not just me, and one of the women works at a very busy and fast paced restaurant and she even agreed. Our server was just okay and did not make the night feel special nor did any staff for that matter. For the food--The peach crostini appetizer was pretty good but everyone could tell they were canned cold peaches on the crostini. Cheesesteak egg rolls were mediocre. I ordered an appetizer for my main which was the tuna poke. That was decent and fresh but could have had more sauce/dressing. No one at the table raved about their food. Once we got our food we never saw our waiter till the end when we were all over it and ready to leave, especially since their live music went from upbeat summer vibes to depressing jazz music. After we were done taking some group pictures and paid we left. Never got a congratulations, come again, nothing. Honestly I am so disappointed which is disheartening as I was excited for the night and the decor/atmosphere, which all that it has going for this place. We ended up going out to another local spot for better music, service, and dancing.
