Their shop has nice a lounge waiting area with WiFi and coffee so I could work while I waited. Overall, high quality experience. I won't take my car anywhere else.

While the service itself was completed, the issue came when my husband picked up the vehicle on my behalf. He was attending to our 4-year-old at the time and was engaged in conversation with the advisor, Joey, when he noticed the driver's side door had been left wide open. Unfortunately, he did not immediately notice that the back portion of my driver-side mirror was missing--something that was fully intact when I dropped the car off. After contacting Joey, he admitted that the damage occurred when the vehicle was run through their car wash, which he acknowledged has been causing damage and needs replacement. While I appreciate the honesty, I am extremely disappointed that my vehicle was returned in that condition without being properly addressed before release. Due to scheduling constraints (including upcoming travel for my daughter's birthday weekend), I requested to bring the vehicle back on a specific day and asked for a rental car due to the inconvenience caused by their error. I was told rentals are not provided for one-day repairs, despite this being damage caused directly by their facility. I was then escalated to the service manager, Dave, but have yet to receive a resolution. This situation could have been handled much more professionally, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for years. At this point, I'm hoping for a proper resolution but will strongly reconsider returning to this location for future service.

After the deal was completed, the story changed, and now they do not want to deliver the vehicle as promised. Throughout this process, there has been a constant pattern of conflicting information, broken promises, and poor communication. We have text messages documenting many of these conversations, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Buying a vehicle should be based on trust and honesty. A guy walked over with an electronic pad. I gave him my name and appt time. He found it and wrote my service advisor's name on the car and told me to wait by the car. Soon a lady came over with a form and took down my information. I told her I had already checked in. She gave me the form to sign with just "20,000 check up written on it" and have it to me to sign. I added "left rear tire leaks". She said , "Oh, okay I'll tell Jacob." Soon I see Jacob come back his station and start dealing with another customer. Finally Jacob gets to me and we establish why I'm here. He says it will be an hour to an hour and half. I look at him and say "well it's already been 30 minutes. My appt was for 10 and it's 10:30!" He escorted me to the waiting area. After awhile a very nice young man strolled up and introduced himself and asked me how my service was going so far. So I told him how the first 30 minutes went. I asked how long he had been with the dealership (3 months) and his job ("customer satisfaction."). We had a nice detailed conversation and I definitely felt "heard." His name was Geoffrey Johnson. He does a great job and HE is the reason this review is 4 stars and not 3. They came to get approval to charge me for the flat repair. And I was FINALLY out of there at 12:30 pm.

I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

I will spare you the details but the auction company they got the car from lost the title. It took TEN months to get my plates. They finally got it done but honestly, every time I called, it was "she will call you back " and after my third time they finally would. Multiple emails with no replies for updates. It was this same thing over almost an entire year.... So exhausting. So for this reason, I do not give them my recommendation.
