    Turkey avocado wrap
    Marianne C.

The view here is fabulous. The service was prompt, attentive, and efficient. I ordered a cup of seafood chowder and a turkey avocado wrap. The food was excellent. They also served a grainy bread with butter, oil, and hummus. Nice relaxing experience.

For drinks i got the Miami vice which is my favorite and was a 10/10. It was refreshing and tasty and came with a giant slice of pineapple. I was disappointed because their online menu had scallops and a couple other dishes we wanted but when we got to the restaurant they had different menus without as much seafood. For entrees we got the cuban sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich. The cuban was huge and so filling we had left overs. There was a ton of meat/toppings and it came with a garlic aioli you couldn't go wrong dipping everything in. Overall this place had a beautiful view even with the rain. I would come back here for more of a casual meal and drinks. It is more on the reasonably priced side for marco island with the quality of food and drinks you get. You also can't go wrong with this view!

So good we got them on both visits. The coconut shrimp and peel and eat shrimp appetizers were also great. The Bad. The first night we went on a Friday around 5 and it was very busy. We sat at the bar and both female bartenders were attentive and handled the crowd well. By 6 the place was packed. We noticed the presumed owners being very active expediting orders, seating people and managing staff. They were doing a great job. Saturday night 2 male bartenders, one who disappeared and the other playing video games on his phone hidden by the register. We also noticed the owners were not present. A little later the owners were there, the phone was gone and the bartenders came back. After the owners left the service went with them. The phone reappeared and the second bartender stayed in the corner with his buddy. We had to hail one of them down to get our check. Totally disinterested. The Ugly, the bathrooms. My wife reported there was little to empty paper in the stalls. No towels to wipe your hand and trash everywhere. Overall dirty. If you go here expect great food and great service only when it's the female bartenders or the owners are present.

They do not post their drink menu online and was delighted to see such an extensive list. Our waitress said it changes quite a bit which is why they don't post it. We thought prices were in line with other restaurants on the island. We started with a caesar salad and arancini, both were good and portions were reasonable and what we expected. I had the shrimp and scallop risotto for an entree and the fish was cooked perfectly. Scallops can be tricky, but these were excellent. Risotto was creamy and delicious. Our friends raved about their salmon, also cooked perfectly. Large portion of fish as well. I wish we had time for dessert, but we will be back!!

The restaurant has inside and outside seating. We sat outside because the weather was nice. Service was friendly and efficient. The reason for 3 stars is the food, which in my opinion was at best mediocre. The kid had pasta and red sauce, which at $12 was overpriced. The pasta was overcooked and the marinara lacked flavor. It came with fries that were crispy and well seasoned. I thought they were good but the wife said she tasted old oil. The wife and I had a house side salad and frankly, it was pathetic. It was not attractive to look at and not well assembled. It looked like someone just threw together some lettuce, a couple of cucumber slices, and some diced tomatoes and called it a salad. The portion was very small. We wanted a wedge salad but were told that they "were out." Whatever that means. We ordered the Caprese pizza, $26, which was overpriced. The crust was not thin but not thick. It completely lacked flavor. Someone forgot the salt when making the dough. The pie was not fully cooked in the middle. The ingredients, which were supposed to resemble a caprese salad, never really came together. The wife did not like it all. I was not as harsh. It was not terrible, but it was not very good. We did not take the leftovers with us. I don't know where the 4 and 5 star reviews come from. Maybe we got them on an off night. Maybe we ordered the wrong food. I don't know. But what I do know is that I would not recommend this restaurant and we will not return.

We loved the oyster menu since it not only told you the name of the oyster and what region it comes from but describes the size, and taste which is something we do not see often. With that we have perfectly prepared martinis which I must say go very well with the oysters. After that instead of ordering separate entrees we decided to try the sushi. Fabulous super fresh. I typically am not a fan of a roll but in this case the tuna roll was best I ever had. This review would not be complete without mentioning the service was fast and friendly. Not only was it a crowded Saturday night but also a holiday weekend and the Resturant excelled. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Overall I think everyone loved the food - a friend got the lamb shank and said it was amazing. The only thing that could have been improved was the surf n turf special. The steak (which I think was a strip) was reported to be lacking in flavor... Pro tip - don't skip on the free bread/cornbread and butter! It's the perfect carb start to any meal!!
