I have been coming to paradise falls my entire life since my sister used to work here when I was little. I have always liked the staff, the service is always good, and the food doesn't disappoint. I love their blackened chicken as well as all of their appetizers. The outdoor seating is the best in the summer! I think it's one of the more hidden yet good places in Missoula. We stopped in for lunch, and completely disappointed. We sat at our table that had crusted dried food that was smeared like it was lightly wiped. There was also chunks of food under one of the chairs. Service was terrible, we had to almost beg for plain creamer, silverware, napkins, and water...our food arrived and we had nothing to eat it with. We eat at Paradise Falls at least once a week usually on Sundays during brunch and love it! The staff is super friendly and food is delicious. The Island Style French Toast is the best ever and the kids menu is super cheap plus under 5 eat the buffet on Sunday for free!! Showed up with 3 friends to have dinner outside sat there for 10 minutes before they even brought us our drinks only brought us to menus for three people brought us to our menus then sat there for another 20 minutes before they even came out as if he wanted anything we told him that we're leaving as to pay for drinks and home we're going to another establishment the guy then told us that the universal language was to set the menus on to the side we were still looking at the menus because we are waiting for them lousy service probably will not go back anytime soon read more

The food is just average at best! They also claim to have a sports seating area. We went in to watch the Chiefs game. I mean they are only one of the best teams in the league this year. We asked to have one of the many channels changed, even though the same game was showing on at least 4 TVs. They could not be bothered to do so, so we won't bother to give them our business. My husband and I stopped in here on a Sunday. Maybe it was our server's first day. When I ordered the portabella on foccaccia sandwich, she said, What? I don't even know what that is. So I pointed to it on the menu. I didn't understand the 2 tubs of caramel sauce for the sweet potato fries - whoever's bright idea that was, it wasn't. Ew. Sandwich was okay, bread was great, fries were good. Then my husband decides to order. He wants nachos. She says, Wait, like what kind? She suggests something similar to nachos on the menu. He said, Sure, but on second thought I want 8-layer dip. He orders one thing, the waitress is confused again, he orders another thing on the menu thinking it will be understood, she says a different order back to him and then brings him the correct order - 8-layer mediocre dip. We were there to just enjoy each other's company, so we didn't get upset. It really didn't feel worth it. But I won't be going back. read more

The buffalo chicken sandwich should just be taken off the menu. The menu says "tossed in buffalo sauce"... This buffalo burger is not tossed in any sauce and is very obvious is just a frozen buffalo chicken breast patty bought at Walmart (or some grocery store). The Gargonzola crumbles was more like spread on the bottom of the bun. Was too overpowering and I had to scrape it off. The worst part was the cost at 12 bucks... I come here more for the beer than food but this was one of the worst items yet. Depends on who you get as a server. Typically their bartenders don't help the service staff and if it gets busy in there they are trying to do a lot and missing things on orders etc. Ownership really needs to stop being so cheap and schedule more staff or get the bartenders to kick in with assistance. read more

My steak looked like it was frozen and thrown in the microwave before being slapped on a plate, it was completely unseasoned and although I asked for it medium, and the inside was barely pink, my plate was still covered in blood. The oysters didn't even look appetizing and when I finally mustered the courage to take a bite I was greeted with a soggy, gritty texture and a taste so foul I spit it into my napkin. I travel a lot and as such am always eating out. This place happened to be close to a motel I was staying and as such was the "easy" place to eat dinner. The service was good and staff friendly. The room appeared clean and the others there having a good time. I ordered the sour cream burrito and sides of rice and fried beans were so much that I took the entire burrito in a box. Everything was extremely good and The price - with my favorite drink - less than 20. This is now on my list of places to go again! read more

We found Paradise Falls on yelp when we were looking for a Sunday breakfast buffet where we could watch football. What a great experience! Every game was on at least two TV's. The food was fantastic!! The usual breakfast buffet stuff was there but also enchiladas, everything to make nachos, scalloped potatoes, chicken fried steak and really good eggs Benedict. We sat at the bar and were super impressed with the bartender Kayla!!! She's a very very busy gal but she still was very personable! She made great drinks!! Paradise Falls is very fortunate to have her behind their bar!! We live in the Bitterroot but we can't wait to drag our friends up for a Sunday Funday!! read more

Literally just left there. I kid you not it was by far the worst service I EVER experienced. When we got there and sat down she took our drink order and then when we asked he if we could please have the crab artichoke dip she meanly responded, "I'm not your server!" Then we proceeded to wait for 20 minutes For our server, before she came to us she checked on people that came in after us and took there orders first. Mind you I haven't ate all day and am hungry!!! She finally gets to us and asked if we were hungry. At the point I'm just annoyed and decided to not order and we were ready to go. So we ask what we thought was one of the servers if we could grab our bill and she rudely just stares at us, rolls her eyes and says okay in a snotty tone. I had the Buffalo burger w/ fries and the nacho platter. The burger was decent, a little over cooked but really good flavor. The nachos were Great! The best i have had in Montana so far. They could use a little bit of real cheese and peppers to make them better. I requested peppers on them but the waitress or the kitchen forgot. The drinks were well poured here. Really busy on the day we went. The Griz played the next day, so plan accordingly. There was a guy that was waiting on our table as well, short w/ black hair. Used to be one of my favorites in town, last night made me absolutely second guess ever coming back! The wait staff was TERRIBLE! Hardly busy, he sat around the bar talking to another coworker, took 15 mins just to get some water. Our food was cold but after the 1 hour wait to get everything we needed we didn't want to waste more time. The food is mediocre at best and the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you sit at the bar, expect to be totally ignored while the bartender and 2-3 servers stand around talking about their personal lives or the fun they had clubbing the night before. And Bill in the casino is brash and aggressive. He charged me for a drink while I was gaming (the same thing I get every time!) and then told me if I didn't like it I should take my business elsewhere. I called later that day to report this behavior, only to talk to Bill who hung up on me twice after calling me "ridiculous". For a place with average food, you would think they would try to excel at customer service....nope! So, I will never go back there and I will take Bill's advice and give other businesses my money. Worst service I have ever received in an establishment . We come from out of town quite often and come to paradise for the mozzarella timbers. Food we received did not taste good. Waitress never came to check on us but sat two tables away with three other workers and we would have to go up and ask for stuff just to get any service. Occasionally a blonde waitress would come by and ask for refills and was nice. But besides that service was the worst I've ever had. We Will not be returning anymore. PFalls has not been reviewed in a while. This is a staple for a lot of locals. Good, attentive service and a very good menu. I think they have some of the best wings in town. Service at the bar can be improved but overall, good. Sundays during football season is a good place to meet fun people and have some great specials. You should give this place a try if you have not before. The end of Brooks street where this is located doesn't have a lot to choose from, so this is a solid choice at that end of town. read more

I stopped in twice with friends while visiting Missoula. Thursday night we stopped for dinner. The food is pretty much your standard fare. My friend had the chicken strip basket and I had the fried shrimp basket. The food was really good. They served a huge long island iced tea, and for 29 dollars including the tip we got both dinners, a Pepsi, the Long Island iced tea and two Jameson's neat. Saturday we stopped in for lunch, I ate from the breakfast menu and got a perfectly cooked over-medium egg and two slices of bacon with hashbrowns and a piece of toast for 3.75. It's a clean, comfortable space, good service and good food and drinks for a reasonable price. Not overly creative, but done well. read more
