A friend and I went here today for lunch. We were promptly given menus after seating ourselves. However, after sitting there for over a half hour, we walked out. Several waitresses we're hosting tables all around us, but as much as we tried to get someone's attention, we were ignored without even so much as an aknowledgement! The waitresses were young college age girls and the tables they happily served were young college aged people as well. I don't know if that played into it or not, but we were two middle aged women. With limited time from work for lunch, we left because we simply didn't have enough time to wait any longer! Even as we left, nobody took notice! After talking with friends and family about this, I've learned that this type of thing is not unusual for this place. I used to eat here years ago and it was good, but things have definitely changed! Great sports bar and large outdoor deck for dining. Good food and service. Large beer and drink selection.

Quite possibly the worst breakfast in town. The service was awful and the coffee, for which I paid $2.25, was lukewarm and tasteless. Not going back. If it were possible to leave less than one star, I would. read more

I'm a 43 year resident of missoula. I have dinned at Paradise Falls for many years and have usually had a good experience. Lately the service has been extremely poor. I'm a patient man and generally give people a decent amount of understanding..especially given the recent circumstances with covid. I recently had a bad experience with not only there staff being extremely rude but also there manager. I waited for over 30 minutes for 2 glasses of wine before I went up to the bar to ask directly for our drinks. When the young man delivered our drinks he tossed them on the opposite side of the table that we were sitting at and left without any communication. That was weird to me and seamed extremely rude. After 90 min we finally received our meal. Not once did he return to check on our drinks or ask how the dinner was. Once we were done we tried to pay with no luck..I finally asked to speak to the manager (Mike). Mike was extremely rude and would not even let me speak when he was confronted. He just spoke rudely and turned and walked away saying do you see how busy we are..there were 15 people in the restaurant.. I literally just wanted to ask why we being treated so rudely but could not even get a sentence out. I strongly recommend staying away from this establishment unless you like rude waiters, rude management, and spending up to 2 hours to eat. I recently had appetizers and drinks with some business associates following a customer event. The wait staff was excellent, the drinks were amazing. We had the wings and sliders for apps. They had great flavor and done just right. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sports bar or just an awesome restaurant. read more

There isn't much to say that people don't already know about this place. Half the servers are great, others wreak of weed. Management is a joke. Food tastes frozen and costs just as much as places like the Iron Horse where the food is leaps and bounds ahead. Happy hour is respectable, however. we go to the sunday brunch buffet fairly often. Its about the only one in town and cheap, about ten bucks. they do get you on the drinks tho. there's about ten decent tvs on the walls so you can catch any game which is a big plus. the food is interesting both brkfst & lunch stuff, changes every weekend, some days are better than others but its usually good. read more

I can't stand this place. Every time I've had to come here it took waaay to long for me to get my food. Its ridiculous the amount of waiting you have to do just to get a burger/fries for two people. I never come to this restaurant unless i'm forced by family for someone's birthday. read more

I am not sure what happened... Management? Cooking Staff? a Sunday? Either way it was good back in the day, and no matter what the day, it should be at least edible. I sent it back my dish without the option to change my order or refund. In fact the staff told me it did look way to greasy, "it just slid off the plate when he trashed it". Thanks for that info... Please clean it up and fix what is broken... There are many fish in this pond and this bowl isn't worth swimming anymore. read more
