I am a lover of cute little coffee shops and this place is exactly that! As I drove around Crestline, this was one of the only coffee shops I did see in the shops surrounding the lake area. I needed an afternoon pick-me-up as well as wifi. I got the White Mocha Caramel Latte. It was pretty sweet for my liking (and I actually prefer sweet coffee)...but overall it was what I needed. It was a little pricey, but not super expensive...probably about the same as the leading chain coffee brand. They also have other snacks like muffins, breads, and some sandwiches. The interior is cute and cozy, with a few small tables. The outside patio is welcoming and very enjoyable if the weather permits. The environment really embraces the mountainous charm. read more

Very cute small coffee house. The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we found what to order. There are games and books for the little ones and a couple of seats, love seats and chairs. My drink was very hot and delicious. For the order of four drinks they were made in a timely manner. read more

Last summer I was driving around the High Desert and on a whim decided to head up into the mountains. I happened upon this coffee shop and was glad I did. I ordered a sandwich and a chai latte, both satisfying. I spent about an hour outside taking pictures of the views. I would definitely stop by again. read more

I went recently and the latte was not drinkable. It tasted really bad, but was also very high priced. My wife got a mocha and it tasted like one from a powdered mix and not from an espresso. It is a nice looking place but we thought the coffee was awful. My suggestion is to go two doors down and go to Lake Gregory Coffee Company. Your chances are better there. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Lake Gregory Coffee Company. The last coffee I got there was just as bad. read more

Lady is rude as heck, watered down coffee. Rude ass service she didn't say a word but snatched my coffee from my hand when I told her to please remake it bc it was watered down and milky. I asked for oat milk and she pour out a bit of the coffee and then pour oat over the regular milk. Like who does that, anyways. Go to McDonald's, that's a BANG for your buck compared to this place. Crestline is a small town in the San Bernardino mountains that offers 2 coffee shop options - the nice, relaxed, and well established Paradise Mountain Coffee and the more trendy new up and comer bar/coffee shop Lake Gregory Coffee Company. If you're looking for a bar like atmosphere with bitter coffee and local bands regularly playing music, Lake Gregory Coffee Company is the place for you. It's nice, but this place is definitely more geared towards the alcohol and local bikers. If you are looking for a true coffee show with a calm atmosphere, flavorful drinks, and warm friendly service, Paradise Mountain Coffee is the place. Their coffees are great, their teas are excellent and the employees are very sweet. Been going to PMC for years, but HAD TO try the other place when it opened, and quickly learned Paradise Mountain Coffee is the best. read more

I had two hours to kill while passing through Crestline so I decided to stop and get a coffee here. I didn't really get greeted by the owner when I entered and she immediately asked me what I wanted. I got a cappuccino which was all right, not great but not bad. But while she was making the drink she was chewing her gum very loudly and with an open mouth and a couple of times she coughed on the big expressions machine. That was a little worrisome. I ended up sitting at the table for an hour and immediately started noticing how dusty and dirty everything was. You can tell they haven't put much money back into the shop. read more

I have ordered a variety of coffee and chai...they are all excellent! I buy my coffee beans here and have been happy with its quality. This place needs to have access to a great bakery chef in order to be in serious competition with the coffee shop next door. Their muffins, cookies, or bagels are mediocre. In terms of service, if you happen to get the owner's wife, she's friendly. Once in a while, some young 18 year old cashier is a little too hyper, distracted talking to a friend seated nearby, and not paying too much attention to your order. read more

First it has a B rating by the Health Department. Second, this place is way overpriced. Thirdly, the lady does not speak English. My wife got one of their specialty iced coffee drinks and it was waaaaay too sweet! She could only have a couple sips and that was it. It was really bad. I got the hot Black Forest coffee which was decent. If ever for some reason I'm the future I'm back in Crestline I'll make sure to not go back here and stop at the Starbucks at the base of the mountain before heading up. read more

Best Coffee Place on the Mountain! I have been going to Paradise Mountain Coffee for years. I'm in Love with their Vanilla Chai Latte! The staff there are wonderful and friendly. They always ask about my day and my family. The owner and her nephew are wonderful and always make my drink to perfection. I have tried the other coffee place and the Chai I get from them is not nearly as good. If you want the true feel of our friendly mountain along with a great atmosphere and drinks, this is the place to go. read more

I love supporting small businesses but this one just isn't worth it. I've tried Paradise Mtn coffee multiple times and each time I leave utterly disappointed. The store is /very/ cluttered and the menu is difficult to read. More times than not the owner is in the back and you have to wait to be served. Once you are finally served the drink is way over priced for being made with the cheapest brands in the business (big train, etc.) The last time I went I decided to get some roasted espresso beans with my coffee and they were overly sweet and melted together. Only giving this shop a second star because there are no obvious health violations. read more

I came here with my family and we each got different drinks. I got a Mexican mocha and it was delicious. My mom got a white chocolate shake and it was wonderful too. Everybody else really enjoyed what they had as well. The guy who made the drink was very friendly too. My fiancé and I recently found this place down in Crestline and the service is amazing. The young man working both times was extremely friendly. I got a hazelnut latte both times and my fiancé tried the peanut butter coffee and the second time got a chai latte. All drinks were great and priced the same as most other coffee places. I live in Twin Peaks so I'm not in the neighborhood often, but when I'm in the area I will be back for sure. Keep up the great drinks and service! read more

The service knocks this average place down to two stars. I went in during lunch on a hot day. Well, I'm willing to forgive that they just had a 12" oscillating fan sitting on a desk just blowing tepid air around. What I'm not too forgiving on was the slow service (especially when there were only 2 other people there). I ordered the Turkey/Avocado sandwich, and it was just okay. They deal you a small slice of watermelon along the way, and I guess that's alright when you're looking for a light lunch (which I was). I just didn't appreciate the dude at the counter. I asked for water with my meal, and he asked if I wanted bottled water. When I said no, and tap would be fine; he looked at me like I was wearing a overstuffed salami as a tie! Sure enough, he didn't get it for me! I had to ask him again for water (2 glasses). He hid in the kitchen for about 3 minutes, then came out with one glass. I repeated that I wanted 2, and he begrudgingly slunk back into the kitchen. When he came out with the food, I was hungry and just ready to eat and move on. Again, the sandwich was okay-Nothing more, nothing less. Maybe their coffee is awesome, I don't know. But if you get a teenage dude behind the counter asking what you want; be prepared for (OH!!! While I was waiting for my water; there he was pecking away at his Dell desktop!) a long wait. read more

Don't waste your time. I live a few blocks away and decided to walk in,(first time customer) and was told, oh we close today at 2:30. Well, posted ours state later. Walked 2 blocks down Lake dr. to the local competition and was glad I did. Bottom line is most business owners should know that in our present age of media, most of us use Yelp and owners should strive for good reviews. This coffee shop appears to be run very poorly and don't care about being of service to the local community. After all, this was my first visit....very disappointed.
