Service was ehhh. One lady started my spa pedicure got up walked away to help someone with nails. Another lady came to help me after she was done with the pedicure she was doing. They charged me $10 for gel take off. I literally had half gel on my two big toes, and that was it. What a rip off. The nail polish for regular spa pedicure was tremendously lacking. All of the polishes looked old and watery and they had bare minimum color selection. The nail polish on my toes which was white, looked clumpy and cheap. Will not be back to this place. read more

Got a dip manicure... it didn't even last 1 week! Nails were chipped by day 2! So sad. A friend recommended this place and I was excited, but ended up being severely disappointed. There was also no cuticle work, no hot towel, no massage. $45 and I was in and out in 25 minutes. The place was empty, so it was not even like the nail tech couldn't have taken her time. Bad service. I went yesterday for pedicure and full set acrylics nails. The nail service was horrible because she trimmed down too far and didn't sand so there are bumps on top and side of nail. I made an appointment, and was immediately taken back which was great. But upon walking in a lady was yelling at me across the salon with a very unwelcoming tone. Once I sat down, I started to notice just how unsanitary everything was. Rags were stained and to the touch felt "crunchy", nail polish and finger prints everywhere. They didn't ask me to wash my hands... they didn't properly clean any items between use. Thank God I didn't get nicked because I would've probably gotten an infection. Got what I wanted: a French. The white paint was just blobbed onto my nails and you can see the physical hump. Some nails have stroke streaks from the brushes as well. Poorly done. Even when my nails were being filed down, they were very rough and made two of nails weak. Walking out, my nails were jagged still and I had to go home and fix it myself. I paid with card. They didn't ask for tip because they took it out themselves. Very disappointed with this place. read more

Kayla is my go to nail technician. I have been going to her for over a year now. She is absolutely friendly, sweet, accommodating and a true expert at her craft. My natural nails are long and she does a excellent job of reinforcing them with the acrylic and adding the special touch of a design on one of my nails in each hand. I do not recommend coming here to get dip nails. I usually go to a different nail place, but they were all booked and I needed my nails done. Dip usually lasts me 3-4 weeks with zero chipping. It has been less than 2 weeks and my nails look terrible! Almost every one is peeling / chipping. For $45 I expect far more :( Go to Kai Nails instead down the street. Definitely ask for pricing beforehand, I feel like they charged me more than I should have been charged since I literally got the same thing I did last month. Was the difference huge no, but the cost plus tip to 2 different people adds up. I've know of people adding a tip to the total cost beforehand or charging more to one timers, I hope this wasn't the case. I should have have asked for someone who I've used before. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I will not return. The gel manicure I got done here was sloppy, and barely lasted a week. I noticed little holes and bubbles form on the surface of my nails about 1-2 days later (refer to photos). This has never happened in the 10+ years I've been getting gel manicures. They also did an inadequate job preparing the cuticle area around the nails, so the polish looked messy around the edges. read more

After the Coronavirus the salon has very few employees. They ask you to make an appointment and most of the time they do not answer the phone. Even if you make an appointment they do not know how to schedule appointments so you could be waiting for your appointment for even a half hour. They really need to work on appointment scheduling. Maybe hire someone with experience who speaks English and actually answers the phone. When you make an appointment because they are very low staffed you might have to go with another artist other than the one you made an appointment with. So basically you make an appointment for nothing. The nail techs are all still good at their jobs. read more

Kathy is amazing!!! I've been going to her every month for 1 1/2 years! I am 35 years old and I've been getting my nails done since my teens and I've had some good and bad nail artists but Kathy is by far a level 100 pro! -She is a perfectionist she pays close attention to nail detail so her file is consistent, the acrylic is always even and her lines between nail and cuticle taper well and are seamless. -She does design really well! We always add an accent design to my ring finger nail and she draws beautiful flowers and designs very well free hand and also has an array of the new decal nail designs -She can do an American pink and white ombré like a pro. Most pink and white ombrés I've seen are not well faded, she does this well. I can't say enough about Kathy! She is a master go see her you won't be disappointed.
