    1. Reservation: not necessary 2. Food: not much, you can bring your own food 3. Wine flights were usually of 6 and the wine is okay. Unfortunately, I didn't like any particular one but it is a great place to meet with friends and have a great outdoors experience. 4. Ambience: Very lively, lots of people, long lines yet very inviting.

Service: our server was Matt and he was awesome! He took some time with my friends during their tasting before I got there. He gave me the flight so I can take to a table and assisted me when I asked to try their port and made a few purchases. Food: one of my friends did get the Indian flavored flatbread that was so good! Ambiance: main room has high ceiling and it's pretty bog. There is also a covered patio towards the back. There were outdoor seating in the front and I saw some picnic tables towards the trees to the side. Definitely a nice winery to visit in a beautiful weekend.

Best winery in Fairfax County. We've been coming here since they opened and have been wine club members for the past decade. Get the Cab Franc, Melange and Swagger

Great winery not far from downtown Clifton, VA. They have a variety of wines to choose from and my group particularly like the option for the wine flight. It was a really hot day when we visited and we ended up sitting on the back patio since the inside was crowded and loud. Unfortunately the ceiling fans didn't do enough to cool us down and we cut our visit short. In normal, comfortable weather, this winery is a great place to visit since they have plenty of outdoor seating. We didn't try any food from the food truck, but the flatbread pizzas looked good. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and smiling. We will visit here again (in cooler weather :) ).

Great outdoor seating, with lots of picnic tables . It provided good spaces for kids to run and play too. I tried their Merlot, and it was very good.

Paradise Springs is a perfect place to hang out with friends while sipping wine and enjoying the view of the vineyard and barrels in their huge tasting room. All while only traveling about 45 minutes from the DC metro area. My husband and I came by on a Sunday to catchup with friends and enjoy some wine. My friend is a member, so we were able to get a discount on wine purchases, but the pricing is really pretty reasonable even without a discount. They offer a basic wine tasting for $5 and a reserve type tasting for $15. We tried both to enjoy a wide variety of offerings, since this was our first time visiting Paradise Springs. I traditionally prefer reds, but I didn't dislike anything we tried. Their reds are a little lighter tasting than I had expected for Bordeaux type wines, but were still good. We ended up preferring the Virginia native red, the Norton. We purchased a bottle to share with our friends and continued enjoying lively conversation along with wine and snacks. One of my friends brought in a charcuterie board she made herself, so if you are wondering if you can bring outside food, the answer is yes. The winery also offers some snacks type food for purchase. Overall, we had a great time. The history of the location is another fun touch and the staff were very kind. Thanks for a great experience!

Huge selection of various wines. Not to mention the spacious property with something for everyone.

Beautiful space. Nice and quiet. Decent customer service. Only one sweet wine that wasn't really sweet. Crackers on sale when the food trucks aren't there! It was a nice place to visit!

One of the best vineyards in the area! Usually vineyard food is sparse and not very filling but this place probably has the best selection out there. They have a food truck outside that serves things such as gourmet hot dogs and flatbreads meanwhile you are able to order charcuterie boards inside. We ordered the sauerkraut hot dog and the kimchi hot dog. The kimchi hot dog was so so good! The kimchi was very pickled and had good spice which I was pleasantly surprised about! We also ordered the winemaker sampler which comes with 6 different wines, there is another sampler option for a more expensive price however we were happy with this one. This vineyard is close distance to the downtown clifton area, so I would highly recommend stopping by Petersons afterwards for ice cream!

Really nice environment. Enjoyed the bustling crowd. Appreciated the food truck with plenty of options. Wine was fine, nothing to speak too much about. Also had no outdoor heating. There were 2 spaces with outdoor heating which was extra charge which was unheard of. It wasn't cheap either. So not sure if I'd come again

First, a shoutout to our wine server, Hannah, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the wines without ever making us feel like we needed a sommelier certification to enjoy them. She guided us through the $20 tasting, which included a wonderful mix of whites and reds. It worked out perfectly because I'm a white wine fan while my husband prefers reds, so naturally we shared every pour and declared ourselves a two-person tasting committee. Now let's talk about the food. The truffle popcorn should probably come with a warning label because it is highly addictive. We kept saying "just one more handful" until the bowl mysteriously emptied itself. The fresh baguette with pimento dip was equally delicious and paired beautifully with the wines. The winery offers plenty of seating options, whether you prefer lounging on the grass, relaxing indoors, or enjoying the covered patio. We chose the covered patio, which provided the perfect balance of fresh air, vineyard views, and shade. And yes, I'm actually going to mention the bathrooms. They were some of the nicest winery restrooms I've encountered--modern, spotless, stylish, and clearly well-maintained. It's one of those little details that says a lot about the overall experience. Great wine, delicious food, beautiful setting, immaculate facilities, and outstanding service from Hannah. Greenhill Vineyards has earned every one of these five stars. We'll definitely be back for another "research trip" in the near future.

We came here first before heading to brunch and a second winery, and honestly, it set the tone for the entire day. The grounds are absolutely beautiful--peaceful, scenic, and everything you want when you're trying to escape the city for a bit. The wine selection is solid, and everything we tried was smooth, well-balanced, and easy to enjoy with friends. It's the kind of place where you can actually relax, take your time, and be present. What I love most about Greenhill is the vibe--it feels elevated without being pretentious. Just good wine, great views, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. If you're planning a Middleburg wine day, start here. You won't regret it.

I love that there are several options for seating. Past reviews led me to believe it is all open air, but there is a small seating space inside the tasting barn where the bar is. Granted, it still has open airflow, but can be mostly closed in during inclement weather. There are also two lawns with a hard separation--one for families and an adults-only space, which seems like a good way to be inclusive of both families and adults who are tired of children running wild at wineries/breweries. The wines were delicious, and of the ones we sampled the Cab Franc was excellent. I did like the Viognier, but it was a little too mild-flavored for me.

They had one marked for families and one for adults. And it is indeed dog friendly. There was plenty of space for dogs outside with a pet station. The day we went it was very windy so we headed straight inside. The tasting area is open and they have clear covers on the openings to keep the warmth from the heaters in and all the crazy wind and cold out. We opted to do a tasting and Emma assisted us. We did the traditional tasting and were able to try three reds and three whites. It seems like there was something to everyone because folks had different favorites. Emma talked us throihh each selection and happily answered all our questions about wine. After our tasting we were hungry and decided to get two pizzas and some dips. I also tried their cider which was yummy. The pizza was good, we had the mushroom flatbread and pepperoni pizza. Both were yummy or we were really tipsy lol! The icing on top of the experience was the live music. There was a musician singing and playing the guitar that really set the mood. We sat down inside, sipper our drinks, ate our food and played games. Hope to come back with the dogs in warmer weather.

Manisha and Prashsant, owners of Stone Manor Inn, were personally involved in making sure all went smoothly with our cocktail and dinner party, and it most certainly did! I was on the fence to book this place given its hefty price tag, and glad I went for it and completely agree with the glowing 5 star reviews. The bubbly host Manisha is very warm and welcoming. She cordially gave us a 20 min tour around the property, which was built in 1908, and even gave me a bonus tour of the other rooms afterwards. She kindly answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. The Peacecock Room is the most spacious and best room (aside from the bridal suite), elaborately decorated in peacocks. We loved it! The little touches like the handmade soap, a set of wine glasses, and a wine opener made the stay so memorable and special. While the rooms aren't temperature controlled, the electric flameless fireplace kept the room warm. The double capacity jacuzzi was perfect for my hubby and I and even had lights (some of the other rooms have smaller jacuzzi, so be sure to check). The rooms were clean minus a couple of lady bugs and stink bugs (which is too be expected out in the country). Dr. Fauci's assistant stayed here and Manisha informed us of the extensive sanitation process, even the pillows and decorations are quarantined for 6 days! The backyard is well groomed and really spacious with a nice patio and heat lamp, which kept us warm sitting outside in the frigid winter. Our dog loved running around! You can see the stars and constellations really well. It would make a great wedding venue! The Christmas decorations around the property are really nice. The owners really go the extra mile and put a lot of TLC into the property. The 6 course breakfast is delicious and bursting with flavor. Between the veggie quiche, cheesy potatoes, scone, pancakes, yogurt, and fresh OJ, I was stuffed! The fresh butterscotch scone was divine and devoured my mine and my hubby's! The cheesy potato had a nice spicy kick. Everything was so fresh and delicious. All the courses come out at once on a large tray. While my hubby and I chose to sit at the communal table (the chairs are roughly 6 feet apart), you can take the tray up to your room. Manisha and her family greeted us and thoroughly explained the dishes and chatted with us for a bit, even her son made an appearance! The bed and breakfast has a nice bar with wine, cider, and alcohol based on an honor code system. Water and soda is complementary, they even had Coke 0! The complementary fudgy brownies by the breakfast area during the day were sweet and tasty. Again the little complimentary stuff gives this bed and breakfast a nice resort feel. Very relaxing stay and looking forward to coming back!
