Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

More like "Pair of crooks" Paragon pools on Main Street outside of the village of Huntington... been going there for years even went after last year when the woman said to me that because I bought chemicals from another place, exact quote except for the expletive "don't blame me if your $£€+! doesn't work " (she's been fired btw)... in any event been going there , know all the employees and they know me and we kid around about how hard it is to get the pool balance and then today after realizing I already had chemicals - that I already bought from them , my son went there and didn't double check, I called and I wanted money returned on the chemicals that we had just purchased within the last hour Well, low and behold I'm read the chapter & verse that says it is the policy to not take back any chemicals , so I called the store and told Tim that this is ridiculous , they know who I am , I've spent hundreds of dollars in chemicals and watched their trial and error, which I'm paying for and by the way they need to return the money. My son will be there in 10mins. I then get a call from the store manager, aaron, who says it's only $15. We don't return it And when I said yes you are. You're gonna return it. At which point he said great, "I'll return it. Don't come back " so basically I got thrown out of a store that I've been spending money at bc of convenience that's been been giving me bad service / advice from kids that don't look old enough to buy beer a blessing in disguise and a warning for everybody else who has a pool near Huntington NY .
