    Rainbow Cake!
    Susan R.

To the best of all things! Shall we meet and discuss this day, we need the right snacks to do this! This days are unlike all other days, for we are here. It's the small things in life that make it all possible. We rise to the challenge. We need caffeine. They have some real great powerful ideas for caffeine here. Then we have breakfast! Hmmm! You decide . Now the breads and cakes! Yesss! On a recent drive by, this local is new to us. We were out here in Summerlin. The parking is ample. You will have to walk some depending on the time of day. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the weather or each other. Now we all know that cake carbs don't really count . Besides you will work it off. The rainbow cake truly the most best. The staff here are amazing! They are patient and caring. Thank you for making the cake especially the best.

Delicious freshly baked pastries every morning, great coffee, fresh bread, and incredibly friendly staff. A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. Highly recommended!

Cute bakery with a ton of sweet and savory selections. They also have a variety of Nutella pastries and coffees. They even have cakes, Japanese inspired cakes, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizzas, macarons, and more. When you walk in, there's a tray to your right where you can start to grab whatever goodies you want. Very efficient. Once you're done, you can check out on the counter and choose to dine in or take it to go. There's plenty of seating. I decided to get the iced Nutella latte and a creme brulee creme puff. The creme brulee creme puff includes torched sugar on top and creme brulee custard in the pastry. I thought there might've been a bit too much creme brulee custard in the pastry, but it was still delicious. The Nutella latte could've used more nutella or hazelnut flavor. This might be my one stop shop for cakes and desserts to take to a party or small gathering. I definitely will come back.

Love love this location. Paris Baguette in Downtown Summerlin is such a cute spot for a quick treat or coffee date The pastries are beautifully made and taste just as good as they look--fresh, light, and not overly sweet. Their cakes are especially impressive, perfect for celebrations or just because! The atmosphere is clean and modern, with plenty of options to choose from whether you're craving something savory or sweet. Service was quick, even when it got a bit busy. Cashier took the time to show off all their cakes to us top notch service. Only thing to note--it can get a little crowded during peak hours, but that just shows how popular it is. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area!

This is a nice pastries and coffee spot in DTS. It's very clean and well kept. The prices are typical for the things that they offer. The service seemed a little slow the times we come but it does get busy. They have seating areas if you come in to relax and have coffee and conversation.

It's Saturday morning and we don't have a lot of work this morning for the crew, so they're all munching down on the free breakfast at the hotel. I've stayed at enough hotels, I'm a little tired of the same free breakfast, so since I was out getting fuel in the big suburban, I decided to treat myself to some nice pastries and relax a little by myself. I heard of this Paris Baguette place that's supposed to be sort of a Korean crossed with a French bakery, but looking around it seems more French Bakery than Asian Bakery. This location is on the Summerlin side of town, the west side. I have some work sites over here, so I thought I'd check that out too. I get here and it's early and not too crowded. I go in and what you do is get a tray and just walk around looking into all the clear cases with beautiful tasty treats. Geeze ... I could eat everything here! I picked out a strawberry cream filled croissant and a round donut like thing that looked interesting, I forgot what it was called. Basically you really can't go wrong with anything here. I got a coffee to go with my treats. I was able just to sit and relax or once ... being the boss isn't always easy! I sure wish a place like this was located more near to where I live! I'd be here everyday! This sure beats the free breakfast at the hotel!

I was having a sugar craving and decided to pop into Paris Baguette in downtown Summerlin and wow, I was stunned by the amount of options they had. Every kind of treat imaginable! I ended up trying some macarons, and they were absolutely delicious. What I really loved was the huge variety of desserts. I already know I'll be back the next time I'm hosting an event because this would be the perfect place to grab treats for a dessert charcuterie board. They also offer savory items and coffee as well. The bakery itself is spacious with plenty of indoor seating, plus some outdoor seating as well if you want to stay and enjoy your food there. It's self selection then you pay at the counter. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth!

Ethan is so sweet and friendly, great bakery and service!!! Definitely will be back to this location.

This is a new storefront (larger than the others that I have been that also has ample seating inside and out, as well as WiFi hookups. It's situated on the perimeter of the extensive Summerlin Mall and I love the ease of parking! As usual the amount of pastries was pretty endless and the Baguettes to die for coming fresh and fragrant out of the oven. I would like to see more savoury selections that a vegetarian could enjoy. (How about Mushrooms and Spinach? Or use the Gluten free smoky Hotdogs) I am a pescatarian with gluten allergies and was sad to see they had completely run out of their seafood offering. (Maybe next time...) We chose an assortment of pastries and coffee (latté hot and an ice coffee). I also bought some sourdough for later. I liked that the slices are thicker than average. Ashley took great care of our orders! She definitely earned for her service!

    Caramel Macchiato

Ethan and Fawn took my order and made sure my order was correct. Very friendly workers! They made me a delicious Caramel Macchiato! I will be returning to this location again! Highly recommend!

    Salted Caramel Pretzel Croissant Crisp
    Jen C.

This Paris Baguette is located inside Downtown Summerlin in what I would consider a difficult parking lot to get in and out of. However, every item that I tried was super fresh. Starting with the Salted Caramel Pretzel Croissant Donut, which was perfectly flaking and crisp with in my opinion too much cream but a perfect glaze. The 4 cheese quiche was utter perfection in texture and flavor. It's good at all temps. The soft cream bread was pillowy and stayed good for several days after purchase. The salted caramel pretzel matcha latte had good quality matcha in it but it was overpowered by the cloying sweetness of the salted caramel. The store front itself didn't feel like it was designed with a clear pickup spot to grab drinks or heated items. The place had a decent amount of seating but the tables were very close together and resulting in having that area being a bit hard to navigate. Overall, I'd return to grab some pastries to go but wouldn't eat in.

    Do they have breakfast?

They have a ton of pastries that could be used for breakfast such as quiches and donuts as well as some more hearty items that could be more geared towards lunch or just a sweet treat.

We ordered the Croque Monsieur, French Onion Soup and the Kouign-amann (queen ah-mahn), and serving wise, this was good enough for me and my girlfriend to split! Everything was cooked quite well, full of flavors and the Kouign-amann was probably our favorite for that day! It's served strictly at 8:30am and will be available until they sell out. Even with a busy crowd, orders were moving quickly, which I appreciated. The space itself is also a plus: a decent number of tables, plenty of parking, and even games like Jenga to keep you entertained while waiting. We tried a variety of items: the Marsh Brûlée Waffle, Banana Brûlée Crepe, Crème Brûlée Crepe, and a Nutella crepe with Oreo crumbs. The crème brûlée elements were actually the highlight--they were generous and had that nice caramelized sweetness you'd expect. That said, the crepes and waffle themselves didn't quite hit the mark. The crepes were thicker than expected and lacked that light, delicate texture that really makes a crepe shine. The waffle was similarly underwhelming. Another small detail--the graham cracker crumble was very chunky, which threw off the texture a bit; a finer crumble would've blended better. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were solid, the desserts themselves didn't fully deliver. With a few tweaks to texture and balance, this spot could be much stronger.

But I loved that the flavor of the coffee really came through too. At some coffee shops you can't taste the coffee, or the flavored lattes taste like they're made with an instant coffee mix, but that is not the case here. The layout of the inside of the shop could be designed better, in my opinion. It is a good sized space, but it's not designed to smoothly handle a crowd. They have a few tables & then a large, two layer seating bench. It looks cool, especially if there are not many people inside. But if there are even 10 people inside it feels very crowded. There is lot parking within walking distance or you can find parking on the street for 2 hours max. People are coming and going so I lucked out with finding parking on the street that's about a 2-3 minute walk to the coffee shop. First glance, this place is extremely busy. Very difficult to secure seating on a table both inside and outside. I like the naturally lighting that came through. The tiered seating on the wall is interesting and definitely could be more cozy for people. Ordered a Honeysuckle Latte. I like my coffee on the sweeter side and this was perfect for me. The "for here" glass it came in was super cute too. I also ordered a Croissant Bacon Egg which looked and tasted pretty basic but was still good to eat. Service was ok. I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. She finally took it from me. I enjoyed my coffee but I am not sure that I would come back here again to hangout. I would come again to take my coffee to-go. Due to the limited space and service, I do not see myself coming back to chill in this space.
