Grab a tray and tongs, pick you own delicacies, then check out at the counter. We loved the Mini Garlic Croissants, S'mores Supreme Croissant, and the Chocolate Chip Strawberry Pastry. 2/5 Service, they are blah. Actually felt like they were being rude based off the attitude. For our first time here as a family, going to have to hard pass after one more try if they fail in the service department. My rule of thumb is 3 tries but this place left me feeling gross. Saw a manager (assuming with a different shirt) coming out the bathroom and when I went to use it, it was pretty gross. I think all employees should touch it up. Then the no paper towels available and just a blower made it more nasty, forcing employees and customers to have bathroom air blown on ur hands which by studies show accumulate more germs on the hands than not washing at all. I could be wrong but I just read up on it for a while (not a quick search). But whatever that's a no win tbh because it's a - save the planet versus cleanliness. Sucks, but it is what it is. Food was okay 2/5, nothing special and tastes like heavy seed oils and enriched flours with a lot of heavy sugars, didn't bother to ask about ingredients but if someone wants to. I'd like to know. The chefs pick sandwich was not too bad 4/5 taste (sausage, egg & cheddar) but a 1/5 feeling after. I eat fairly clean so I'm assuming there's heavy bad ingredients in it or maybe I got an old one. The Drink was the pumpkin streusel 0/5, ordered half sweet and it felt like it was 10x sweetened. Relying on sugar being highly addictive and cheap, I see this being a standard more than ever in businesses that don't care for the health of the customers. Asking for a small box for my pastry and getting it stuffed in a paper wrap kinda made me feel like I was unheard but whatever. This feels like another Tous Les Jours, pretend French spot with the same business model, bad for you ingredients & over hyped. Sorry, I know the trend followers will hate me but I'm being honest. I came in yesterday and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member with curly hair was very rude and displayed zero customer service. What's worse, I saw her touching a sandwich with her bare hands, which is a severe hygiene and health concern. If I see this happening again, I will be reporting it to the health department. This wasn't my first bad experience with her either. The last time I came in, she was equally rude and spent the whole time aggressively chewing gum while interacting with customers. Overall, the experience was terrible, and management seriously needs to address her behavior and proper food safety standards. read more

A European friend turned me onto Paris Baguette's Chinatown location a few months ago. We always make a plan to stop in anytime he's in town. I was shopping over at ULTA and was elated to see a Downtown Summerlin location! (Super dangerous - only 12 minutes from our place! ) Picked up a Croissant Donut - which is a croissant donut filled with custard cream, topped with lemon icing. So honestly I wasn't a huge fan of this establishment. Yes it's aesthetically pleasing to look at however the quality isn't up to par in my opinion. It was my first time ever going here and mind you it can seem overwhelming with all the selections, yet you can narrow it down. I got a grilled cheese sandwich, a chocolate croissant and (2) hot dog pastries. The grilled cheese was bland, oily, and it really needed something to go with it or more seasoning to add more of a flavor to it. One of my hot dog pastries was a garlic flavor and it was interesting. Too many different flavors all at once. It didn't really compliment together. The strawberry mint lemonade though was refreshing and freshly made. Now the service...it wasn't terrible however it's a bit in my opinion annoying when you get asked how to spell your name and the cashier still spells it incorrectly and then you request to ONLY have (2) out of the (4) items to be warmed up and the rest boxed up and they warm up all your items. Luckily a different cashier was able to resolve it by giving new pastries over to make up for it. Would I willingly come back? Hmm maybe yet honestly I don't know. However, if you like aesthetically pleasing ambience and bland food then please don't let my opinion stop you from enjoying what this establishment has to offer. This is my first time in this location. I have been to alot of locations including the ones in Chicago. The chinatown location was always my go to here. This is a great location for this place. This place was busy on a weekday! Service was great- staff were so nice and accommodating. I got the ice coffee with almond milk as well as the pumpkin spice cruffin and the brownie for my husband. Coffee was good and the pumpkin spice cruffin was yummy! I did not think it needed the frosting on top. It already had the creme in the middle which was enough. It was delicious though! I which it was bigger... more to enjoy. My husband and I tried the brownie for the first time and it was WOW! That had to be one of the best brownies we had for a long time. Very efficient. Once you're done, you can check out on the counter and choose to dine in or take it to go. There's plenty of seating. I decided to get the iced Nutella latte and a creme brulee creme puff. The creme brulee creme puff includes torched sugar on top and creme brulee custard in the pastry. I thought there might've been a bit too much creme brulee custard in the pastry, but it was still delicious. The Nutella latte could've used more nutella or hazelnut flavor. I've stayed at enough hotels, I'm a little tired of the same free breakfast, so since I was out getting fuel in the big suburban, I decided to treat myself to some nice pastries and relax a little by myself. I heard of this Paris Baguette place that's supposed to be sort of a Korean crossed with a French bakery, but looking around it seems more French Bakery than Asian Bakery. This location is on the Summerlin side of town, the west side. I have some work sites over here, so I thought I'd check that out too. I get here and it's early and not too crowded. I go in and what you do is get a tray and just walk around looking into all the clear cases with beautiful tasty treats. Geeze ... I could eat everything here! I picked out a strawberry cream filled croissant and a round donut like thing that looked interesting, I forgot what it was called. Basically you really can't go wrong with anything here. I got a coffee to go with my treats. I was able just to sit and relax or once ... being the boss isn't always easy! I sure wish a place like this was located more near to where I live! This is a new storefront (larger than the others that I have been that also has ample seating inside and out, as well as WiFi hookups. It's situated on the perimeter of the extensive Summerlin Mall and I love the ease of parking! As usual the amount of pastries was pretty endless and the Baguettes to die for coming fresh and fragrant out of the oven. I would like to see more savoury selections that a vegetarian could enjoy. (How about Mushrooms and Spinach? Or use the Gluten free smoky Hotdogs) I am a pescatarian with gluten allergies and was sad to see they had completely run out of their seafood offering. (Maybe next time...) We chose an assortment of pastries and coffee (latté hot and an ice coffee). I also bought some sourdough for later. I liked that the slices are thicker than average. This Paris Baguette is located inside Downtown Summerlin in what I would consider a difficult parking lot to get in and out of. However, every item that I tried was super fresh. Starting with the Salted Caramel Pretzel Croissant Donut, which was perfectly flaking and crisp with in my opinion too much cream but a perfect glaze. The 4 cheese quiche was utter perfection in texture and flavor. It's good at all temps. The soft cream bread was pillowy and stayed good for several days after purchase. The salted caramel pretzel matcha latte had good quality matcha in it but it was overpowered by the cloying sweetness of the salted caramel. The store front itself didn't feel like it was designed with a clear pickup spot to grab drinks or heated items. The place had a decent amount of seating but the tables were very close together and resulting in having that area being a bit hard to navigate. Overall, I'd return to grab some pastries to go but wouldn't eat in. read more

A welcome addition to the Summerlin area! Like other locations, their service at this location is great and I do love the wide selection of pastries and their coffee is really good. This location though, if driving to this location, has some accessibility issues related to parking and access in the small lot for quite a few establishments. I generally will take a little extra drive to their Decatur location rather than this one. Not to beat a dead horse, It is too bad they couldn't have selected another spot nearby where parking is plentiful. I have gone two times where there was actually no parking nearby and headed somewhere else. I am definitely not opposed to walking from another lot when by myself, but with guests that can't do a long distance, it can be difficult to not have close parking. read more

After the sign went up and the window had a sign coming soon, Paris Baguette is having its grand opening this weeeknd. Having been to the two other, I looked forward to having a PB in the neighborhood. This one is at the south end of Downtown Summerlin. How convenient! I walked in yesterday and just took everything in. I got two items--a pineapple brûlée pastry and a strawberry mochi doughnut. Thee doughnut was consumed right after I got home. Very good and good to hasve mochi doughnuts so close. The pineapple brûlée pastry made it until lunch today. The pineapple pastry was quite good with crisp pastry. I was pleased with my choices. There are many other things to try that I got when I visited the other outlets. I will have to stop in using care. I can alsmost see the store from my house. So close and so tempting! **Removed a star because I was told today that the don't make unsweetened matcha :( they were new and didn't know at the time I went last Saturday . I am diabetic so I figured something was off on the sweetness that day. But they gave me a unsweetened tropical tea instead so that was nice of them. I went back to today for $3 drink so I ordered a matcha (notes I said unsweetened no syrup) First time customer! It opened up near my work walking distance at DTS. I love that they have so many different varieties of pastries and even food. They have coffee too! I tried both sweet potato pastry, a crab one and the grilled cheese. I was having a sugar craving and decided to pop into Paris Baguette in downtown Summerlin and wow, I was stunned by the amount of options they had. Every kind of treat imaginable! I ended up trying some macarons, and they were absolutely delicious. What I really loved was the huge variety of desserts. I already know I'll be back the next time I'm hosting an event because this would be the perfect place to grab treats for a dessert charcuterie board. They also offer savory items and coffee as well. The bakery itself is spacious with plenty of indoor seating, plus some outdoor seating as well if you want to stay and enjoy your food there. It's self selection then you pay at the counter. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out as especially memorable either. The biggest issue for me, though, is the pricing. If you're familiar with Asian bakeries, the prices here feel outright outrageous for what you're getting. It honestly feels like price gouging. If you didn't know any better, you might not think twice, but there are so many other bakeries offering similar items with the same quality and taste for significantly less. At nearly half the price elsewhere, it's hard for me to justify coming back. While the space is nice and the pastries are decent, the lack of value makes this a tough sell when there are so many better-priced alternatives around town. read more

Great place for remote workers. First, the internet works. Fantastic staff. Everyone is incredibly nice. I loved the environment. It was relaxing to hang with a friend and do some work here. Maybe the music can be too loud but when I was here, my friend and I were the only ones so potentially the music just felt louder. I'm being nit-picky. Still a 5 star to me. Amazing experience here on a week night. My son & I were shopping at DTS & I saw on my IG about this new location. The cafe is in between Summer Dental & Sports Clips. The inside was bright & inviting with a HUGE selection of pastries & cake. They also offer coffee & other drinks. My son tried the Dubai Chocolate mochi donut, which he LOVED. I had the cream cheese pastry & it was DELICIOUS and buttery. I love that they have trays with disposable paper liners & tongs for the customers. This newest location of Paris Baguette in Vegas is currently the best one from a service standpoint in the city. They're trying to greet people as they walk in the door from behind the counter. While this isn't as big as the one on Decatur, there are plenty of seats available for those of you wanting to eat in. Just be clear that you will hear other conversations and others will hear yours as the seating is tightly packed. However, it's the typical clean PB look! As for the food and drinks.. they're what you expect from Paris Baguette.. delicious all around. My Caramel latte was delicious.. maybe because they use Lavazza coffee and, aside from Illy, these are my favorite big name beans that you get at coffee shops. Some people have given lower stars due to price... I get that, Paris Baguette has become a very expensive option, but if you know going in what to expect, I think you'll find this location to be worth it! Mind you, their official grand opening isn't until this weekend, so the true test will be whether their customer service remains at the high level a few months in, but for now, this location is the clear #1 in town. read more

This place is still one of the best dessert cafés! The Dubai chewy cookie is still my favorite, and their decaf iced coffee is seriously the best I've ever had. I also noticed they're careful about cleanliness. They use gloves when handling desserts and bread. The only items handled with bare hands are already individually wrapped in plastic, which is perfectly fine. Overall, the place feels very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! read more
