Incredible customer service! We stopped by with our four-year-old. He was crying, and one of the owners stopped by to ask if he was ok. He said it was his job to make kids smile, so he let our son pick out a cookie. He then came back to our table to check on us. Word gets around fast. 8pm on a Monday night and the place is packed. And fair warning, if you're watching your sugars or your weight, Paris Baguette poses a serious challenge to your resolve. Even at this hour, the displays were filled with cakes, pastries, decadent desserts and macrons. In full disclosure, I "sampled" with my eyes and only bought a baguette. I visited this weekend with my parents and was immediately impressed by the bright, spacious, and airy interior. The atmosphere feels cheerful and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The back patio is a major highlight. It is spacious, cool, and very comfortable, and it adds a relaxing outdoor option that many cafés do not offer. Beautiful, bright and busy. The selection of both sweet and savory pastries was amazing. I had to walk around several times to make up my mind. The line was long but moved quickly and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I chose the 6 piece croissant, the six piece garlic croissant, the sticky milk buns and the mocha frappe. The croissants were light and flaky, the garlic croissants had both a sweet and savory flavor that I highly recommend. The sticky milk buns were soft, fluffy and sticky sweet. The mocha frappe was the perfect combination of sweetness and coffee bitterness, good to the last drop. Good first experience with Paris Baguette's grand opening in Louisville - the crowd was packed! If it's your first time, this is more a 4/5 quality place. The pastries and drinks I had were good, esp the Strawberry Mint Lemonade and the Pineapple Pastry. Good flavors & great pastry breads. Kudos to the chefs and staff. They handled the opening weekend rush well! My reasoning for the 3/5 review is the food selection - there's seemingly less Korean and Asian inspired offerings here than expected. I've been to the Paris Baguette in Chicago, and my gf's been to one in Tokyo. Obviously I don't expect 100% same offerings in Louisville... but it felt more "white-washed" than I'd hoped for. I say that as a Caucasian man. I had the Korean BBQ Beef Wrap and the beef tasted bland. There were other options we didn't see, like: Pineapple Bread, Matcha Bread, Mango Cake, Ube Cake, Coconut pastries, different Curry breads, egg tarts, etc. My girlfriend is Filipino and we enjoy sampling Asian restaurants with her friend group of Filipinos, Koreans, Chinese, etc. We will visit here with them, but I hope to see Paris Baguette embrace more of its' Korean roots & be a truly unique offering in town! If not then there'll be a lacking re-visit appeal. If more Korean-inspired offerings were there & we missed them due to the huge crowds, or will be present soon, then I'll revise this review. If you have been to Cincinnati you have heard of this bakery. Filled to the brim with sweet treats, sandwiches, and beverages, there is not a chance you are unable to find something to satisfy your appetite. This location recently opened in Louisville and is beautiful inside. The parking could be better but it may get better once the hype dies down. I enjoyed a bubble donut with fruity cereal and a slice of strawberry soft crème cake. The cake was excellent! Super soft and moist and the berries were fresh. The bubble donut was super tasty. It ate like a bowl of cereal but was light and airy, making it easier to enjoy than a dense donut. The workers were out in full force giving it their all to provide a good experience to everyone. I stopped by Paris Baguette tonight after dinner to see what kind of desserts they had for the end of the day. I was greeted by the owner who explained the process and welcomed me to his establishment. The store was well designed and even for the end of day, there was plenty of delicious pastries. First time going to Paris Baguette today! The place is adorable and such a fun concept of grabbing a tray and picking your own pastries (both sweet and savory)!! Tons of different options. They have several cases and cabinets full of pastries! Staff were friendly , and the building seemed cleaned! Lots of tables and chairs for sitting and eating after you choose your pastries! They even have a back patio for you to sit as well that is covered. Even have sandwich options as well with chips! Coffee options too! Only thing I noticed was a few gnats flying inside the sweet pastry cases. But I know with the sweets , that will be something you see sometimes. There were many pastries to choose from and while we were only there for about 45 minutes I saw the workers bring our fresh ones three different times. We finally got in the door and figured out the way the place works, get a tray and tongs and pick what you want cafeteria style. All together took us 45 minutes to get to the cashier, of course not tables because people coming in would grab a table as soon as they saw one open up and let the other people get their stuff. I recently went here as I saw the pictures online and really wanted to try it out! It's still very new so there was quite the crowd, and no parking spots. Cars were creating there own spots but I opted for parking at the closed down Wendy's next door and just walking over. Once inside I was a little nervous about the line, but it actually moved rather quickly. I had no idea how it all worked so thankfully a polite woman in front of me was able to help me out! Theres a spot for trays and grabbers so you just get those and basically fill your tray with what you want. There were so many people I couldn't see that area so it would have been nice to have more clear instructions, especially when there's a crowd and you can't really see/get to the tray area. Everything looked delicious but the portions were all very large so I tried to get some things on the smaller size (I haven't 0 willpower when it comes to sweets and could have devoured the larger pastries ). There's a huge selection of sweet pastries and also some on the savory side. I wanted to try a coffee as well but you don't order that until you get ready to pay. You can choose to have them box your treats up or you can eat there. The inside isn't super large so there didn't seem to be a ton of seating but there is a cute patio outside with more seating available. I went to an iced Carmel latte and it was definitely very lackluster so I wouldn't recommend it. All in all I'm glad I went but with so many other bakeries and pastries around I will probably be sticking to my local places instead of chains! read more

My husband retired from Military and we search far and near looking over the years for a French Bakery, we found one 22 years later. Golden Delight Bakery in Gahanna Ohio. We retired to Florida and on a trip back home to Louisville, KY visited this Deli. Loved Everything. I brought plenty back to Florida with me. I googled this Deli and found two near me in Tampa and Orlando. Can't wait to visit these Deli's. A small concern noted on their Yelp photos. Customers were using their hands instead of (provided hopefully) thongs that the Louisville location had plenty of for customer's use. read more

I am so glad Louisville has a Korean bakery like Paris Baguette. JW Cafe was the first to come ,but it's small and didn't have the selection like PB. Im a little biased due to visiting so many other Korean bakeries across the country. This is one will do great in Louisville. It's catering more to the Caucasian tastes for the area, but it still has a lot of the original Korean delights. The cakes are out of this world and once you try it, all other cakes will be just blah. Hopefully, the hot menu increases and once it the crowd dies down a bit, it should be a great place to hang out and meet people. Kudos to the owners who took the risk of opening this franchise. Full-Time Manager Needed I've decided to take it upon myself to post a manager position for Paris Baguette. Today was my third visit, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing one yet. I was genuinely excited when this establishment came to Louisville, and I understand that new businesses need time to work through startup challenges. However, what I experienced today was completely unacceptable. The amount of overflowing trash was concerning. Litter had spread throughout the parking lot and patio area, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. The tables were filthy and covered in crumbs--to the point that my wife had to clean our table before we could sit down. I'm not even going to address the lack of inventory for sandwiches and salads, because that's not the purpose of this review. My concern is the cleanliness and overall condition of the restaurant. At the moment, the establishment appears poorly maintained, and it is clear that stronger management and attention to detail are needed. I truly want this location to succeed because Louisville deserves a great Paris Baguette. I hope management addresses these issues quickly and restores the standard of cleanliness and customer experience that customers expect. read more

Customer service is good and I enjoy most of their pastries. The only thing I can say that if you go during the week between the hours of 6 AM and 9 AM, don't expect a variety of pastries. Their cases are usually empty or they're just putting stuff out. read more

This place is incredible!!! Opens at 6am and closes at 9pm. Full of amazing pastry and really good Korean iced milk coffee! If you're looking for something remotely authentic in French bakery goods forget this place. The format and quality is nothing like French baking and the baguette was absolutely terrible like something you would get at publix. The pastries are very expensive and the quality is not any better than the stuff they sell at costco. I learned that they actually make their dough in South Korea freeze it and ship it here to be reconstituted. It certainly tastes like it. I don't know what they're doing to fool other customers but I'm sure it won't last long read more
