I like coming here for pastries, they're always fresh. Parking can be difficult sometimes.

I've been to this Paris Baguette many times, and I really appreciate the space. It's great for meeting up with friends or getting some work done, and there's always plenty of seating. This time I went specifically for the green tea strawberry slice. Not every location carries it (Ramsey doesn't), so I was happy to see it here. The staff is always helpful and upbeat, and the whole place has a really welcoming vibe. It's one of my favorite spots to stop by when I'm in the area. read more

Revisited Jan 2026 and I wrote prior one step above food truck. Now I'd say 1 step below food truck. Bought a bag of their "'mini croissants". When opened a strong odor of burnt onion oozed out. Tasted a piece of one and it reminded me of an onion bagel. A bad onion bagel. But I'd prefer that to this. In addition some sugary coating on the croissants wet to the touch and only 10 minutes from the store. This place gives industrialized high volume pastry a bad name. Avoid. read more

A very good Paris baguette in new jersey that has plenty of space to enjoy the many sweet pastries , sandwiches , hot and cold beverages and more . Was in the area on a cold morning and I had to go in and grab a cappuccino and a few pastries to take care of my breakfast fix. Good selection of pastries with the chocolate croissant and lemon donut as my favorite to enjoy with my hot beverage. Good amount of seating and staff are quick helping customers. The food and everything is fine but if you're trying to study the wifi just doesn't work, or is very difficult to get into. It's supposed to open a web page so you can sign into the wifi, but the web page has broken a while ago and they never fixed it. Also, the recent times Ive been here the bathrooms have been uncleaned to the point where they're unusable. Just compared to the other paris baguette, this one is not managed the best! read more

We got a chance to visit this PB since we were at a nearby place for lunch. The store has gone through similar renovation like other PBs, all bakery goods are displayed in a beautiful glass box now. Store was very clean and organized, including second floor sitting area. They had huge number of items on display. All types of cakes, full and slices, were also in stock. We picked several bread items for whole week of supply. Associates were really friendly at the counter, our checkout was done within couple of minutes. read more

Once you've been to one (or two) Paris Baguette, you pretty much know what to expect, and I've gotta say this relatively new store is above average. Firstly, the selection including readymade sandwiches is bigger than some other stores. High ceilings and the overall white and black theme give the space a modern feel and make for a pleasant quick hangout or lunch spot. Service is nothing to write home about but no frills, and as long as we get there early enough we usually get at least one of what we like. Metre parking is all around and finding a space is rarely an issue. read more

Loved Paris Baguette for two lovely baguette sandwiches to take out and a special little rainbow cake to celebrate a birthday in the evening. One chicken salad baguette and a ham and Swiss. Sooo excited to try this PARIS; I'm a fan!! Place is beautiful- huge- clean and welcoming. Staff need hospitality training - little eye contact, no attention to detail and poor hygiene. Pastries and coffee were good - could have been a bit bolder and fresh. Tables and bathrooms were clean - and tidy. Place is well lit and organized as week as stocked. I will continue to give this location the benefit of the doubt; I love Ridgewood. I look forward to seeing it jive, more traffic and good energy. Overall, it's a great place to carry on a conversation over a latte and some sweets. Buen provecho!!! Their customer service attitude hasn't improved much these past few years, but I overjoyed to see the associate checking me out wearing gloves. In the past, I had to ask them to put on gloves to pack up my desserts, and then have them give me an attitude about it. Like who wants someone touching their desserts with dirty money hands. So I'm happy to see this improvement. read more

I'm not understanding these bizarre reviews. I come here frequently. I work closely to this location. The pastries, cakes and sandwiches are delicious. The prices are the same at other locations and all of Ridgewood is pricy, due to the ridiculous rents! Croissants are huge airy, buttery and flaky, I make my own croissants and I find these flavorful with a buttery taste and perfect flaky texture. The service is hit or miss. It's a new business with a new staff so Im sure they are working out these kinks. At least it seems that way. It's not Paris or the other wonderful French bakeries in the town, but it's pretty close. The location is bigger than the others so if you're meeting friends, you will be able to sit, have room and not feel rushed. Noise levels are fine, you can talk to others without lots of background noise. Nice place for families. read more

Probably the best Paris Baguette I've ever been to! Huge selection of freshly baked sweet and savory treats and a market section for your "quick lunch". They also have free Wi-Fi and is a great change of scenery for my folks who work from home. The upstairs area has a lot of seating and is away from the hustle and bustle of the bakery. Do try and grab the far end tables, though, as there are only 2 outlets available. read more

Definitely the worst Paris Baguette in Bergen County. Prices are high (can't blame them the space is enormous), service is fine, though there seem to be a lot of people working there sort of stepping on each trying to make themselves useful. The standout characteristic though is the incredibly poor quality control. My blueberry cream pastry was dry and had poor distribution of contents. Pineapple cheese pastry was dry on the outside with flavorless pineapple. Jumbo twisted donut had to have been from the day before it was so stale. Mochi donuts were the only decent thing ordered but more expensive than mochinut. We are fans of Paris baguette generally but will stick with the locations turning out better quality. read more

Be careful when paying as they have charged me for items I didn't buy. When confronted, they were defensive and excused it as a mistake. However, when I asked for a receipt, the manager said she had thrown it in the trash. Won't be going back there because I don't like thievery. read more

Poor service despite great ambiance, delicious pastry and sandwiches. I ordered a Caprese baguette and a fruit bite, went to the register to pay, indicating I was dining in. It was 1:10 pm, got a table, sat down and waited. I went back to the register several time asking why it was taking so long considering the sandwich was already made & just needed to be heated up. At 1:37 pm I went again to ask, Andy, who rang me up and her helpers had no idea but went to the back to rush them. They returned with 2 sandwiches, 1 Caprese baguette which they handed me, and another, which they gave to another customer, an ethnic older man who was there before I ordered and complained that he also ordered a Caprese baguette - I gave him my Caprese because he was there before me. Needless to say, I waited another 10 or more minutes for my sandwich and become adamant before they took me seriously. I was hungry and the sandwich so hot that I burnt my tongue. The worst customer service experience. I am a middle aged female of color - did that have anything to do with it? The other customer was male, my age and ethnic, did that have anything to do with it? I don't know and frankly I don't think so, all I know is it was painful and no apology. The staff were all young people, there weren't a lot of orders for pickup, all I observed was the lines of customers getting longer as I waited so I can only guess it is arbitrary who gets their food first. If this is the case, shame on them, what is your system? don't you know the customer is your bread and butter? Several customers empathized with me asking if I got served and if the sandwich was worth what I went thru. It is my favorite sandwich but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
