A good rule of thumb is if the only voices you hear in the Banh Mi place are Vietnamese voices. It's probably going to be a good Banh Mi. Having never been to Vietnam yet I really don't have a comparison other than my local SoCal Banh Mi so bear with me. My wife and I went up to Denver to visit her high school friend and also see my Little Brother. Leaving the airport we got hungry since the Denver airport is out in the middle of nowhere. We yelped a couple of places and both agreed on Paris Banh Mi. I don't know if it's the altitude but these were some big Banh Mi. The dread was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside the way it's supposed to be. Since this place sells baked goods too i assume they bake their own bread. The sandwich was bursting with all that Vietnamese goodness. My wife had some spring rolls which were also huge. Topped off with some Vietnamese Coffee. Turned out to be a good choice. I really enjoy this affordable tasty place. I love cream style pies and milk tea so was overjoyed to find this place available for delivery. I was even happier with their by the slice and/or single-serve options. By this time, I've ordered more than once and have satisfied my sweet tooth each time. I've had the milk tea with boba, Thai tea, brûlée cheesecake, key lime pie, lemon drop cheesecake, & original cheesecake. I really enjoy the citrus cream pies. I have had a good batch of boba and a not-so-good batch of boba but the milk tea has always been delightful. I asked for the cashier's recommendations and he said I should try the roasted pork banh mi. It's not too expensive, mine came out to about $11, but definitely can find cheaper. The roasted pork banh mi is solid. It had a nice sweet tangy savory sauce with all the fixings you want in a banh mi. Not really sure what the difference is besides maybe one more layer of meat. Otherwise all the sandwiches are loaded the same with yummy veggies, you just pick the meat you'd prefer! First time here! Had the hot Cheeto cheese corn dog, a Paris special banh mi, a Thai tea and French fries. Loved the Banh Mi with super fresh ingredients and solid portions. The Thai tea was also very flavorful. The fries were pretty hard but won't count fries against a Bahn Mi shop. The cheese dog had a piece of cardboard from the container inside it (shown in the video) which was disappointing and gross. Went on 12/9/25 at 10:30. Very nice smallish place, about 5 tables. It is serve service, there is a slight discount for using cash, even thought they take credit card also. I had the grilled pork sandwich. Very reasonably priced for size of sandwich. The bread was fantastic, fresh and crispy. All the veggies seems fresh, crispy, and good. The meat also was very good. We were told by someone from Vietnam that this was the best Vietnamese restaurant around and we had to try it. So, here we are. We showed the waiter the note we got so we would know what to order. The stripmall on Sable a bit south of 6th (already containing such gems as La Familia, Ma Ma Olivia's Pizzeria, and Carniceria Compare) has just gotten a bit more multicultural with a branch of the storied Vietnamese sandwich/beverage chain, Paris Bánh Mì. Shortly after their grand opening, I stopped by with the intent of trying one of their signature sandwich specialties, but found myself in quite a quandary after perusing the available options. Did I want something on a baguette, croissant, or bun? I pondered the possibilities for a moment before realizing that was the easiest part of my decision. Simply put, all of the filling choices sounded delicious, from Chả Lụa (bologna), to Gà Xé (shredded chicken), to the Chay (vegetarian) sandwich based on Mì Căng (seitan). After much deliberation, I finally settled on the Bánh Mì Nem Nướng, based on a classic dish from southeastern Vietnam (specifically Khánh Hòa Province). The moist, shallot-and-garlic scented grilled fatty pork meatballs went remarkably well with the Đồ Chua (pickled carrots and daikon), crisp cucumber, spicy jalapeño peppers. and herbaceous cilantro stalks all tucked into perfectly pillowy bread. But naturally, sandwiches are just a small part of the picture at PBM, so let's bring things into focus a bit more. In addition to savory selections, the chain is of course also known for its sizable drink roster. Its signature offering, Paris By Night, will be immediately familiar to fans of the Tiger Sugar chain and its specialty, Taiwanese-style brown sugar milk tea. But in fact, one of my favorite drinks here is one that flies a bit under the radar - Trà Atisô (artichoke leaf tea). Now, don't turn your nose up like that - not only is it light and refreshing (especially with the squiggly cubes of Sương Sáo (grass jelly) that are included), but it's also very good at helping regulate gastric and liver functions - just to name two examples. But y'know, that handily reminds me that I haven't even begun to discuss PBM's sweet offerings. Perhaps one of their macarons (at least eight varieties are available at any given time), or a parfait of white, milk and dark chocolates, or even a humble cinnamon bun will tickle your particular fancy. There was an order taker who seemed like he didn't want to take orders, and looked very tired. I ordered a potato corn dog and didn't receive one, they changed the corn dog menu to say "SOLD OUT" after 2 more people ordered after me. I also ordered a winter melon boba and the boba pearls weren't fully cooked. The drink itself wasn't great and it was also very sweet as if they put a lot of brown sugar syrup in it .
