Unfortunately, I have to dock them a star. I should dock them two from my previous review, but I'd give them another chance based on previous good experience. I'm not sure if Amy and Toni still work here, but they do a fantastic gel manicure. I was a regular here, but my last visit was not as good. My pedi came out just fine, but the lady who did it was sniffling and coughing the whole time. I understand you gotta work to make money, but when you interact with and touch people, it's not a good idea to work when you're obviously sick. The guy who worked on my gel manicure was very nice and pleasant, but he seemed less experienced than other manicurists I've had here. Maybe I had old polish or something, but my manicure chipped in short order, which was disappointing. Previous gel manicures I've gotten here lasted four weeks without chipping. A friend of mine who is a regular here (and had her whole wedding party's nails done here at my recommendation) concurred that the services are not as good as they used to be. She learned the management has changed and some of the more talented nail techs are now working elsewhere. read more

Getting a pedicure here was like being at a kiosk in a mall. The prices online are not the prices you pay there. They are very pushy when it comes to adding services and if you say you don't want to add them they put you down and make you feel bad. I will never go here again. He cut me like 4 times while using a file on my toe nails and then told me it was cause my nails where old.. there was no leg massage so I basically paid $50 for my nails to be filed, cut and painted with gel. read more

I've only been to this location twice, but I won't be going back. Both times I was switched to a different nail technician in the middle of my manicure. This review is so unfortunate, because I used to genuinely like this place. As an established customer I'm very disappointed in the overall attitude and demeanor of the woman I was stuck with today. I didn't get the nail tech's I name who I saw this time, but her work was half-assed and rushed-- Did not bother to speak, and pulled and threw my hands around the entire time. The overall quality of work from the other nail techs in my last couple visits were good, but this was too uncomfortable and just bad enough to never return here. Had a scheduled appointment and when I got there they said the tech I requested an appointment with wasn't there. And, they didn't have time to to see me either (with a different tech) because they were too busy. No phone call to let me know that I needed to reschedule. I drove across town for nothing! I decided to try out this place cause it's close to my work and figured I could get my hands and feet done before my shift today. First off, it took 2 hours for a gel pedicure and a full gel set. My pedicure was fine for the most part but definitely not worth what I paid for. My hands is where I had the most issues. I had to let my nail tech know that I still had a dent in my nail right before she put on polish, she also cut me 3 times. 2 of which are pictured here. And after I left, I noticed more inconsistencies in my cuticles and the edges of my nails. To top it off, I paid an outlandish $85, with tip $102. I have never paid so much for the same services. So first of all this place is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, classy. It can get a little warm, so don't worry about a jacket at this time, but summer did just start. You can make an appointment but honestly they're busy all the time so there is usually a little wait. Yet the ambiance is great for waiting, they offer refreshments the staff is very sweet and talented and make for a enjoyable experience. On the plus side they play HGTV! I'm not one to usually write reviews but this situation definitely called for it. I'll open with that Monday was not only my birthday but my husbands very first pedicure, so it was a special day for us. Things had finally started to open after corona virus. My usual nail salon was still closed so I called Paris hoping to get in and see what it was like - based on the reviews I thought it would be a great second choice. We made an appointment for 345 for 2 pedicures and a manicure for myself. We had arrived a little early to do our Covid paperwork and then we were sat at the pedicure chairs. My husband received his whole pedicure as I just sat there, no water in the tub, no bubbles. Nothing. No one even checked on me until I was told that the tech next to me was almost finished and then he'd start on my feet. My husband finished his pedicure and told me the lady who did his feet was pretty rude. Now mind you, I didn't make a stink about the rudeness or the tardiness because I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt re-opening after two months. The man finally sits to give me my pedicure and takes all my gel polish off (which I expected) and tells me that if I don't want to get gel again it'd be $5 for taking it off and if I did get gel it would not cost, I told them the cost was fine. After my pedicure, I went to sit (and wait of course) for my manicure, 10 minutes goes by, then 15. I finally ask how much longer because I had my birthday dinner with my children to get ready for and he tells me any second the woman is almost done. The woman who's supposed to do my manicure approaches me and asks me if I want gel AGAIN, I said no just a regular manicure. This is where it gets good, the man who did my manicure then approached me and told me I'd have to leave and they would not be doing my manicure today. His reason? A lady and a man had come in and caused problems. Well my husband and I were the only lady and man who had come in and we sure didn't cause any issues? He asked me if I wanted to come in Tuesday because they couldn't take me even though I had called hours before to book my appointment AND waited till 515 when my appt was at 345, as they had new clients coming in to get services and they were open till 7 PM. So the fact that they took all my gel off and still made me PAY for the gel they took off but didn't re-cover, then made me wait 2 hours then told me they wouldn't be taking care of me was EXTREMELY upsetting. I will NEVER be returning and trust me, any chance I'll have I'll make sure no one else returns either. This was by FAR the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. 0 stars if I could. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. One of my best friends had made an appointment for pedi/full set and was on time. She then had to wait an HOUR to start her pedi and then get denied by the nail tech because he said he was "done with the day." They reschedule her the next day, she shows up with an extra Starbucks for one of the techs (10 mins late) and they tell her "appointment only." When it clearly states by the owner here and on there window outside "ALL WALK INS WELCOME." She asked if she could wait or not and he said "no, not my problem." I booked an appointment days in advance and scheduled the time and services needed with them. So I felt very disappointed when I show up for my appointment, shown them my design that they said they could do, and while I was in the middle of the service they tell me they cannot do any designs so I have to pick a solid color. So I changed my design. They were trying to rush through so I had to keep asking them to fix the blatant imperfections. 24hrs did not go by before one of the nails snapped off. Another nail had an issue as well that had to get fixed. Both nails that were fixed are bubbling and have chipped. 2 more nails broke within a 2 week period. Normally my nails have lasted longer before any issues arise. I was not surprised considering how fast they were trying to be. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Complete waste of my money. I decided to go elsewhere to get these disappointments of acrylics removed and just get a whole new set. I will never trust them with my hands again. read more

My first impression was that the facilities were really nice and fancy. Everything went down hill from there. The services were lazy and rushed and more expensive than most. I waited 25 minutes between a pedi and mani due to miscommunication. Then they pressured me into staying longer and still charged me full price. They are pushy, unprofessional and not attentive at all. You should spend your money somewhere else. read more

I'm sure this technician is fine at very simple manicures, but she needs way more practice on tips, dip powder, and design because my end result is disappointing and not good at all. I went in yesterday for a full set. I asked the young woman doing my nails to please file the acrylic down, shorter, round, that way my nails don't look chunky. They look awful a couple of my nails are deformed, I am going to a different nail salon to get my nails re-filed and shaped. Money wasted money wasted time read more

I had called at 2:45 and was told to come in at 3:30, showed up at 3:30 the lady working asked me what I needed I told her about the appointment and she just gave me a dirty look and kept doing what she was doing. No one came to us, and greeted us for a whole 30mins. Someone , a regular, had an appt at 4 & got taken back right away. They were Basically acting like they didn't want us around. I'm sorry but this was the WORST customer service I've ever gotten at a nail salon.
