They remember us from coming in only 1 time before which was really nice . they start up conversations and they don't try and push other services on you trying to get more money. I used to love this place but recently I just can't seem to get anything good from them. My acrylics are always crooked, misshapen, and quite frankly - ugly. I'm tired of going back in to get it fixed. So overpriced for the basic quality. Services are very rushed and doesn't feel as clean as it used to. This place is horrible. I had to tell the lady to clean my cuticles and she still did a pathetic job. I had to file my own nails because she didn't understand when I told her all my nails needed to be even and uniform. I was so upset with the service and ability I would even let them paint my nails. So not only did I over pay, but now I need to go somewhere else and have them fix the less than sub par job that was already done. Don't go here. read more

Today was my second visit to Paris Nails. On my first visit, I had a gel manicure and was very pleased with the quality and service. Today, I had acrylics put on. Daisy was my manicurist and she a great job! She made sure they were perfectly fitted and straight. I'm very happy with the work done today. The salon is also spotless ! So the first time I went here I wasn't satisfied so I thought I would try them again one more time. The second time I went I was even more dissatisfied. I went not even a week ago and more than half my nails are cracking. I went with one of my girl friends and when they were doing her nails they told her " we can't guarantee the gel will last" and now her nails are all cracked half way trough the nails. Another one of my gfs went and she got a nail infection from them. I am never going to be going back again. I do not recommend this place. read more

Kim is the Best. I've been coming here for a while now and I've been to practically all the technicians until I found Kim. She's AMAZING with nails and pedicures. I've referred so many people to her. So, i went yesterday and i wanted a certain length and shape and design and i was waiting on my friend and cathy the one who did my nails said " itll take longer dont wait for her " and was being rude . she charged me 50 dallors on the short chunky nails ive got . in the past ive gotten them long and glittery with designs on them for 50 dallors . it wasnt worth it . cathy also said " no long nails " i was mad . and she also cut me. i do not recomed this salon . not worth it . my stepmom even got her nails done nice for 28 dallors . not even worth it . on god . ive orderd kits online and ive even done a better job read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. There are two things I dislike. One dishonesty. My wife called ahead to inquire about the price of a french manicure, pedicure and two flowers on her toes. (Very specific). However, the price she was quoted doubled after the service was completed. Two- lack of quality. Her manicure appeared to have cracks on the tips of finger nails the day after this service was provided due to the cheap quality of products used. She gets her nails done twice per month and this has interestingly never been observed. It should be noted that this is not the fault of the staff as they were very apologetic about their boss's obvious last minute price gouge. read more

This place was the worst at designs I've ever seen... It was really sad lol... So are my nails. They suck at cleaning underneath the nails, mine are pretty bad. My nails are full of cotton stuck in the gel and they're all cut to different shapes. My nails were perfect before I walked in... Wish I hadn't. read more

This place is just wonderful! They're super nice and chat with you, instead of you sitting in there staring around the room in awkward silence. Linda was my tech today and she's super sweet. They do a really great job with acrylics too. While a thinner layer of the acrylic is better for your nails, it also makes the acrylic more prone to air pockets, so I like that they put a nice thick layer on, and then file the edges so everything is smooth. I've learned my lesson to not deviate from coming here for acrylics! And if you think acrylics are tacky, good. I love me a tacky nail (And my real nails suck, so acrylics give them super powers). read more

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR ACRYLICS REMOVED. This was my first visit here and I only came to get a removal because my nail salon is all the way in Rancho Cucamonga and I'm staying in Camarillo right now and a friend of mine recommended them. They literally ripped the nails off of my fingers! I was expecting a soak removal like most places, so it caught me off guard when they started ripping them off. I could've saved my money and tore them off myself at home if that's the case. It was the most painful experience ever!! My nails were so tender and they cut them down to the skin. When filing and buffing, they were really rough and burned the area of my cuticles a bit. They asked if I wanted to get a manicure, I refused. When they were finished it looked like I was an obsessive nail biter! It was over a week ago that I visited Paris Nails and my fingers are finally feeling better. Never again will I be coming here. The two stars are because the workers were really nice and welcoming when I came in. I'm not sure how well their other offered services are, but I personally will never come back here. read more

Ive been here a couple times and each time it was ok. I hate how when you don't get all the extras they say things in their language and they make me feel like I'm cheap because i don't spend extra on things i don't need. Ive always been a good tipper so it shouldn't matter what i go in for. My pedicure each time had been good. This last time i asked for a french tip mani and was not satisfied with it. Before i left i asked him to touch up a few spots on my nails that were noticeably imperfect. He stared at me like i was crazy! I'll stick to one solid color if i go back. read more

So I went here for a fill and pedi and it costed me $82... $92 after tip. Maybe this is normal but I've never paid this much in my life. Get this my deluxe pedicure didn't even come with callous treatment... What the heck???? For that they said "EXTRA CHARGE". The deluxe package was basically a rub down of my calves. I left with my feet dry and as calloused as when I walked in ... The guy said my legs would feel super soft but NOPE! They are actually drier than before I went there and they charged me extra to do French tip when I coulda swore it was part of my package??? About my fill, I've defiantly had better. I'm so tired of pointing out the obvious it's like now if the job is unsatisfactory I'll just yelp my review and never go back. The guy and lady were nice but it's highway robbery for what I got. Honestly, the people there were very nice. The place was clean and organized and they had a variety of colors to choose from. However, they seriously messed up my foot!! I had asked for a specific treatment because I get ingrown toenails. The man stated that he knew how and yet when I left and started walking around, I realized that my toe was extremely sore. It has been killing me and upon closer inspection I realized that he had cut the wrong part! I am so upset and will never go here again. Furthermore, they only had 3 people there and since there was a long wait the man really rushed with me. My cuticles were half done and the nail polish was all over my toes. I had kept correcting him too because he was messing up on stuff. All in all it was just a disaster. I am completely unsatisfied and do not recommend going here. I came in here with a friend who raved about the place.. from my first impression the place was beautiful and all of the staff were very friendly walking up to us with bug smiles on their faces ready to work.. Chi Chi did my feet while Katherine did my nails which I loved by the way.. if you get medi/pedi they do it at the same time.. they did an awesome job I've been there 4 times since the first encounter and I love the jib they do everytime.. the waxer I had (don't remember the name) SAVED MY EYEBROWS! !!
