But barista's make up a good portion of whether people enjoy a space. The table and chairs were contemporary basic and for some reason in that particular coffee shop I felt like everyone was on view and really didn't seem like you had privacy. So we chose to take our coffee into the Knies library area against a large window that overlooked prairie, grasses, and wildflowers and enjoyed it there. One detail we thought was clever: each empanada is stamped with a number identifying the filling, which makes ordering and sharing much easier. The surprise star of the meal was the Rogel cake for dessert. Thin, flaky layers packed with dulce de leche and topped with toasted meringue/ rich, crunchy, sweet and absolutely unforgettable Another fun surprise was the robot that delivers the food from the kitchen before the server brings it to your table.
