We walked in the park600 restaurant at around 10:30 PM on NYE. The kitchen was closed at 10 PM but they were serving pizzas and of-course the bar was open. We ordered the wild mushroom oven fired pizza. The oven was located at one end of the restaurant and I enjoyed watching pizza in the making. It had a decent spread of arugula and truffle oil and was delicious. They also brought fries upon request. We enjoyed our dinner and drinks but the star of the show was our dessert - Cranberry orange Panna cotta which was rightly recommended by our server All tables were served with complimentary champagne which set up just the right mood for a quick midnight toast. Our server was extremely polite and professional. The decor was beautiful and for the level of service and quality of food, I found the prices reasonable. I am going to return for the other items the menu offers and probably for the weekend brunch as well.

We went there on New Year 2025 eve and it had good ambience, less crowded. Kitchen was closed by the time we reached but wood fired pizza was open We ordered wild mushroom pizza and waiter was kind enough to take our fries order as well. We tried different drinks and each one turned out good. In dessert we ordered Cranberry Orange Panna Cotta as per recommendation by waiter. Worth it. By midnight we were given free chamlagne which we toasted on countdown while watching ball drop on screen. Overall good experience Wild mushroom pizza Fries

Awesome service from Elle and delicious breakfast food. Food was a little on the pricy side but worth it. I got the southwest skillet and ordered the eggs over easy. My only comment is that the eggs were more over hard than easy, next time I will order over soft if I want the runny yolk. Delicious food and super friendly service! Will be back!

This is located in a cute little hotel in Rochester and for hotel food it was pretty good! Overall, the decor was pretty nice and the wait staff was really nice! The food was a little bit on the expensive side but overall it was pretty good. Unsure if I would come back alone but definitely with a group

Came to Park 600 to celebrate our anniversary. My husband made reservations and also let them know what we were celebrating. He said it was easy to make reservations. Parking is the same as the hotel, so you may have to park in the structure. Parking is free. The restaurant is in the front of the hotel. When we arrived the hostess wished us a happy anniversary. Seating is either inside where the bar is or outside the bar area and by the windows that look out either to the parking lot or creek. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great drink and food menu! Even had some non-alcohol drinks - I got the Peach Mint Palmer and it was so refreshing! Got the French onion soup and sadly wasn't impressed. Not much depth of flavor and the broth to substance ratios were off. Both ordered the burger and upgraded to truffle fries. The burger was cooked well and delicious. The truffle fries were equally good and seasoned nicely. For dessert we were treated to a Chocolate Tuxedo Cheesecake. Very nice touch of having Happy Anniversary written in chocolate! The cheesecake was smooth and very rich. Park 600 is unique in that you can come for a casual meal or to celebrate something special. It's pricey though!

I've been meaning to write a review for this place as I've been so many times. I always loved Park 600 and would have given it 5 stars, but our last visit a few nights ago left a bad taste in our mouthes, pun intended. So giving it 4 stars based on all visits overall. Service and food used to be the best, but it took over 50 minutes to get our first appetizer, and it was a slow night. Our server was nice enough to take it upon herself to take it off the bill at the end, but she wasn't nice enough to check on us at all after the rest of the food came out. We felt like she got annoyed with us customizing a drink (and we weren't even being picky or asking for much) so she left us hanging for the rest of the night. Their pizzas are on a separate menu that we had to ask for, and it took about 20 minutes for someone to bring that menu out after asking for it twice. Food has always been great, but they constantly change their menus and get rid of their best items, so none of our favorites were on the menu this time, even the pizzas. The 600 burger didn't have any flavor and the bread on it tasted stale. Calamari was just okay. Parmesan Truffle Fries had no Parmesan or truffle flavor (you can even tell the difference in the seasoning of the fries from my picture a few days ago and the picture from last summer, even the aioli sauce). Won't be back for a while, if at all.

This is an update to Park 600 and a review of the Christmas pop up. We originally planned to go down to see the tree lightening but it was windy and yucky and we chickened out. Lol. First of all, if you want to go to Park 600 make sure you make reservations. This place gets very busy particularly on the weekends. The service is typically a bit slow but everyone is kind. We ordered drinks and mine came out right away. For some reason, a single pour of bourbon took a really long time. We got our French onion soup, and his bourbon finally came. By this time I was ready for my second drink. Not even two minutes later, our main dishes came. What on earth? W restaurant of this caliber and prices should know to bring the main dish some time after the soup or salad. So by the time I finished my soup, my chicken Marsala was ice cold. I almost asked them to microwave it but I am always afraid to send food back. I was done eating by the time my wine came. Keep in mind, drinks are a minimum of $15 and meals are anywhere from $28-60. I expect better. We went across the hall and stood in the very long line for the Christmas pop up. It went surprisingly quick. I think most people come and order two drinks and leave. So the wait is not terrible. They do have snacks if you're hungry. I highly recommend the the gingerbread old fashioned. This was delicious. I loved the decorations and the Grinch themed section. I am a big Grinch fan so this made me smile. As predicted, we had two drinks each and left. This was a great way to get in the spirit of the season! Check it out!

This was my first time trying out park 600 restaurant for dinner and everything was great! We came for dinner first before going to the holiday pop up bar.

I last visited this restaurant 11 years ago and it was much more upscale venue. Unfortunately , the restaurant has become much more casual dining but prices for entrees are still priced in the $25-45 price range. Had the seafood platter for an appetizer which had an amazing smoked trout and white fish pate. For an entree had the Ginger Sesame-Seared Salmon which was served overcooked. The server was very apologetic and once she had it corrected the dish was very good. My date had the Miso Black Cod. The Miso sauce was delicious and was paired perfectly with Kimchi forbidden rice. In short, for the menu prices they are charging was not overly impressed given the ambience and music being played

Came here for a super early dinner, right when they opened the patio at 4, everything we got was on point! I was a little skeptical coming here since the reviews weren't that great, and I honestly don't see why this place wasn't rated higher. Staff was super nice and friendly, service was very fast, and food was amazing!! Yes it is more on the higher price scale but this is a restaurant inside the royal park hotel right in downtown so...either way it was worth it to us! Steak bites are a MUST! The pizza was thin, crispy and so much flavor! The calamari were amazing as well, super tender, nice crunch to them and loved them topping they choose for them! Those tiny tomatoes were super sweet and complimented the salty batter very well. Will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend!

Went here for a friend's birthday dinner, the ambiance was enjoyable. The service took longer than expected, but it was a Saturday night and the place was packed! When you come here, you should definitely make a reservation because it seems like it gets very busy especially on the weekends. We had a reservation at 7 and our table wasn't ready til a few minutes after we got there. Our server was very nice and personable! And our food was amazing! I got the calamari and cranberry kale salad with seared salmon. Both were delicious! The half size of the kale salad was definitely enough for me paired with the calamari. We went to the holiday bar right after and although the wait was about 45 min in line. We had a great time and my friends and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered the s'mores dip and one order would have sufficed for about 4 people. I would come here again and recommend it!

Outstanding service. The food was delicious. We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the river and surrounding area. In addition to the fine breakfast, the hotel accommodated our group when we were not able to go to a restaurant when a transformer had blown. The Royal Park set up a table to accommodate more than 20 people and provided excellent service and food to all of us. Truly going above and beyond! All this while several weddings were going on.

They also have specials that are written above the kitchen so be sure to check those out. Staff are great and working hard hustling back and forth between tables and the kitchen. Never feel neglected or that they are too busy to check in. Food is awesome! Had a little but of everything but the quiche was my favorite. We came here on a Saturday on Mother's Day weekend and it was packed. They told me about 20 minutes, but it was more like 10. They seem very efficient here all the while not rushing people out to get in the next set of customers. The food and drinks also came out in a good time, so being busy did not keep them from running well. It is also a bit pricy here, but the food and portions are delicious and well sized. I love the ambience. It is modern and bright in here. The people working here all seemed very nice, professional, helpful, they provided great service. I did start off with the espresso martini. This was the low point of the meal. While it looked nice and had a great strong coffee flavor, it had zero sweetness whatsoever and did not improve with cream and sugar added. I would put it at the bottom half of my drink around the world espresso martini quest. But, the other drinks quite made up for it. The pomegranate mimosa and plain mimosas were wonderful. I would order both of those again. Just the regular mimosa alone was nice and seemed like a must order item. I would recommend those. One child got a smoothie which was nice and the other a beautiful tiramisu latte that was beautiful and came with a lady finger and mascarpone cream on top. My husband just got the coffee which was standard and nothing special. I love a sweet and a savory for brunch, so I ordered the fruity pebble pancakes. The batter was so lovely and sweet. I loved the bits of fruity pebbles in the batter and the sweet cream on top. I also got a chicken tender biscuit with the siracha maple on the side. It came with a nice salad, which a good dressing, but I also used the siracha maple sauce to dress it up a bit more, and it was very tasty. The biscuit also had gravy and cheese. Both of those items had nice portions and it took two people and three meals to finish it all, which is a good deal, I like nice portions. Two people got the tiramisu pancakes and one got the Monte Cristo. Everything was fabulous. I would love to come back. I think I would get the pancakes again, so well made and delicious. I would also like to try their wrap sandwiches. They looked amazing.

I ordered a couple apps -- the Brussels sprouts and the boom boom shrimp. The Brussel sprouts were a touch over for me with the meat not quite being crispy enough, but that didn't stop the rest of my table from finishing them. The boom boom shrimp was delicious -- I found the spice-level completely appropriate for something I'm expecting to have 'a touch of spice' while my husband found zero spice. Would order the shrimp again. They did away with the breadbasket of yesteryears and switched to real, cut, French bread with whipped butter! I had the French onion soup which came last to the table and I wasn't mad at that as it was HOT -- thank you! My friend ordered the tuna on sourdough which was perfect with beautifully crispy fries.
